Our family just returned from our vacation at Folly Beach (week of June 22nd) and we already began planning our next visit. The home is beautiful and 100% accurate to the pictures. It is very well appointed with all the comforts of home, including a well stocked kitchen/supplies, smart TVs in every room, bathroom toiletries, etc. The linens and bath towels that were provided were comfortable and high quality - along the lines of a higher end hotel. The location is prime if you like to be near the hustle and bustle of the island - you can walk everywhere in a matter of minutes, but don’t let that deter you as the 10 pm - 8 am noise ordinance ensures a good night’s sleep.
The downstairs enclosure area was great to hang out in after a day at the beach. The home included at least 5 beach chairs, a bucket/shovel, an umbrella, and a couple boogie boards.
The property management were very responsive, but only have office hours from 9-5, Mon-Fri; however, they do provide a contact number in the event of an emergency.
We were also provided with the opportunity to check-in a day early which we took advantage of as we were planning to leave Friday afternoon, stay the night in a hotel in Virginia, then drive the remainder on Saturday morning. Checking in on Friday allowed us to leave early Friday morning and drive straight to Folly - it was great being all settled in Friday night and it even saved us money compared to what we would have been paying for 3 hotel rooms.

What a great place to stay in Folly beach. Everything in town is within easy walking distance and beach is just as close. Beautifully remodeled and super clean. Has everything you might beed for a perfect getaway.

We had both the Blue Crab and the Stone Crab for a family reunion and it was wonderful! The houses are beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better! We really enjoyed our trip, the house, the island and the beach! We plan to be back and would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!

Fabulous location within short walking distance to pier and ocean, bars and restaurants and grocery store. Beautifully furnished and equipped townhouse with wonderful below deck area for grilling and socializing.

Ideal location that you can walk to everything...beach, restaurants, pier. Bert's market is across the street as is a very neat taco/beer spot. Wiki Wiki (highly recommend) is also across the street - great restaurant...as is Rita's and Taco Boy. Great house that has it all, including a neat open area on the bottom floor where you can hang out, relax on the hammocks, play cornhole, and a great area for your bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, etc. Convenient outside showers to rinse off after the beach. The AC worked great both upstairs and downstairs. Every room has an outside patio (no ocean view but you can smell it) as it's just one block away. Very easy check-in and check out policy. Thank you for the stay. We will be back!

It was smaller than we anticipated, kitchen and living room close together but it is hard to know these things when booking on line looking at pics. It is a beautiful full functioning kitchen! The drive way was tight with the tree in the way, but we figured it out. My husband loves an outside shower, but it wasn't private so he was bummed abut that. Despite the construction, we managed getting to the close beach. We truly had a very nice stay at Folly Beach. It is a lovely beach house! Thank you so much for asking!

I typically prefer to stay ON the beach, so I had reservations about renting a block off... but my fears were unwarranted. The house was close enough (less than a five min slow walk with coolers) that it wasn't an issue. And we saved a ton of money, which is always nice. The house was clean, the rooms were big, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms/kitchens were updated and in good condition. The hammock downstairs was a hit with the kids. I would definitely rent this property again, and recommend that you should too.

Please wash the pot holders. They are disgusting. The location and beds are great. Kitchen has loads of spoons but very few forks. It would be great if you supplied stovetop cleaner, which would make it so much easier for a renter to make it shine. The master bedroom curtain on the right side needs replacement — the fabric has pulled away from the rings on the curtain rod. The wood floors really need to be WASHED, not just vacuumed. Especially with the exhorbitant cleaning fee charged it was disappointing that we saw that it was not that clean. Additionally I wonder if all the bedding is being washed, because based on the Covid requirements they should have been, but based on our checkout list it didn't look like mattress pads or bedspreads are being cleaned for each renter.

The house was in a central but at times loud location. The team at My Ocean Rental did a great job responding to text messages and even got us a new coffee machine when ours was not working. The hot tub and grill are two great features.

This house was everything and more than we could have asked for! The house is beautiful and has so many great accommodations. The kitchen and living space is perfect for hanging out and the hot tub area was so fun! All the bathrooms and bedrooms were great for our group. The best part - the location. It's a block to the beach and to the best restaurants on Folly! I will definitely be coming back.

We had a great time staying at this home. We loved being only a block to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The beach chairs were an added bonus! Our 4 year old grandson also loved all the beach toys, including pails, shovels, etc to make sand castle making easy, along with collecting shells. Not a lot of toys but enough to make it fun for him. The rooms were all a nice size to accommodate our family of 6 adults & a 4 year old. Just a thought, replace the metal springs on the beds with box springs as we all complained about the squeaky beds whenever you moved at night. We loved the screened in porch, the lower sitting area was a great place to be when grilling food (a great bonus!) & watching TV, plus the hot tub was very enjoyable with the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach and after being in the hot tub. Folly is a hopping little town with some fun places to hang out! Got to try the Pineapple Soft serve at the Pineapple Hut, worth the wait & the money! Bert's Market and Liquor was just across the street, making it convenient to pick up necessities. Thank you Todd for all your help and stopping by to make sure things were going well! We enjoyed visiting with you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is within a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed spending our afternoons in the outdoor space under the house. There is a market within a block from the house that had a lot of items we needed as well. We had a great time here.

House was either new or recently renovated. It's a duplex and I was in the B side. The house was a couple of blocks from the beach and a block from the main restaurant and retail area in Folly Beach. The downstairs space with the hottub, outdoor shower, grill, TV and seating area was nice. We were able to store our beach things in there and keep sand out of the main house. I thought it might be noisy because of being so close to restaurants and bars but it was not. Very minimal oceanview from porch off master bedroom.

Townhouse was the perfect spot for beach going or headed to restaurants. Check in was easy and clearly communicated. Place was so nice. Open, clean and tons of hang out space. The only issue was we prepared to have Keurig so brought k-cups instead of coffee:( we checked in on a Saturday so rental company was closed til Monday. Monday they had one for us on the porch, which was great. But would have loved it the whole time. Would have also been nice to have some extra blankets. But overall, great place, would stay again.

My family of mostly young adults (no one under 18) loved the convenience of this property. It is situated in the heart of Folly Beach, two blocks from the bustling restaurant area and two blocks from miles of beachfront. The property was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a four day stay. The gas grill, hot tub, Jacuzzi, and additional sitting area underneath the property were added bonuses, and we enjoyed spending time there watching TV on the big screen. There are multiple screened-in decks for spending time outdoors. The listing represents the property well. Management was very responsive to requests and questions. Would recommend this property for a visit to FB.

The location is great- close to the main drag and close to the beach. The house was very nice to stay in. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub area and also the screened in porch. I wish the house had been a little more stocked on things we needed (ie: paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags). I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place with great amenities.

Great location. 2 blocks to the beach. Near everything. Little loud if you are trying to sleep before midnight due to the bars across the street. Other than back wonderful place. *heads up unit has LOTS of stairs.

The location is perfect. Place was only okay for cleanliness. We did enjoy ourselves. Note, the window in the bedroom with 2 single beds is very dangerous, especially for young kids. The screen is pretty much knocked out and it is only a foot off the ground, nothing to stop someone little from falling out a second story window!

House was very comfortable and clean. Beds were excellent and below house outdoor living space was amazing. We enjoyed a nice outdoor temperature for March. House is so convenient for a short stay, being steps from the pier, beach, restaurants, spa and a nice neighborhood grocery store. No parking worries at all. No need to drive. For the long weekend it was perfect for our family with teenagers. We weren't expecting to hear music from bars and restaurants but it wasn't a game changer. All music stopped at 11:00. We would definitely rent this place again! It's a great place to experience Folly.

Elaine did quiet little touches to make us feel welcome. She has a lovely spot on a hillside in Kona. The place is clean and obvious that someone cares and loves this place. The view and neighborhood were a welcome respite after a day of exploring the island. Would highly recommend this place.

From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed with the property's layout and cleanliness. The property is spacious, has all the amenities and is warm and inviting. As an extra bonus the home also has turned the area under the house into a wonderful outdoor space that's great to hang out and use the hot tub. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
