The property is so perfectly located on a mostly private beach with turtles and amazing sunsets. The unit had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great place to relax, or come home to after a day of traveling on the island.

Everything was so easy. Just walk outside to the most beautiful beach. Great snorkeling.we saw dolphins whales and turtles! We didn't need the air conditioner. The sea breeze cools the condo day and night. The condo is so comfortable with everything you could need.....except maybe a later check out time ;)!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything we were looking for! It was incredibly clean, peaceful, and you cannot beat the roaring waves right off of the balcony. If you want something quiet and relaxed, this is the place for you. The host Tammy was incredibly responsive, the locals were friendly, the property was impeccable. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been more pleased. Ocean front view and gives the feel of the true Hawaii experience. It’s far away from tourists and feels much more private. Our favorite part was falling asleep every night to the sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved the beautiful ocean’s view from this condominium! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this spot is definitely it. We loved how the ocean was only a few steps away from the room. We are pretty boring folks :) so this was perfect. There are several places to visit and just a short drive to get too. I love to souvenir shop and we picked up lots of stuff at the Swap meet at the stadium in Honolulu. Great prices!! Overall this VRBO stay was a 10 for us. The owner was great at staying in touch. Thank you!!

Overall, my wife and I loved this place. Nice location right on the beach with good places to eat nearby. Convenient washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, just absolutely amazing. One of my favorite things while staying there was being able to cook with a full view of the beach and eating meals with my wife on the balcony. My only complaint would be the shower. It's advertised as a luxury shower with multiple heads/functions, but I guess with a combination of hard water and previous guests, it is a shell of its former self with only the main head working with the water coming out in random directions. The shower floor, I believe was installed with good intentions, but the unevenness of the "rocks" made it uncomfortable and the grooves between them seemed to have provided an challenge in maintaining cleanliness. Overall, we loved it. There seems to have been great care in the design and remodeling of the unit. We really felt comfortable and at home. We definitely would recommend this place to others and would absolutely consider staying there again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful with the perfect view for watching the sunset. It was very modern and clean. The host was AMAZING from quick response times to giving recommendations on site seeing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit beautiful Oahu without hesitation. Floors were not as clean as preferred. Noticed when you walked barefoot on tile. Hot water in shower not hot enough. TV remote in living room did not work even after changing batteries. Kureig was not working. Otherwise accommodations were nice and staff on site helpful.

Great property but we didn’t like the rain shower and the ac doesn’t work all that well. Beautiful and clean though. Parking is EXTREMELY tight!! All huge vehicles these days.

My husband and I LOVED staying at this condo, we spent alot of time in the mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the waves break on the rocks. We took alot of photos of wave action and the sunsets. We really enjoyed our time in Waianae!

We loved staying here. Quiet and cozy stay with a nice clean pool and amazing views. Tammy gave us some great restaurants to try and some fun activities close by to check out. Will definitely look to stay here again next time. We loved sitting on the lanai every night and watching the sunset

View from condo unit was truly amazing

This property sits on a beautiful sandy beach. The condo itself is extremely nice, well furnished, and CLEAN! The sofa was a nice, leather, sleeper. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances and a front load washer/dryer. There is a traditional coffee pot and a keurig for whichever fits your liking. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and found it was nicely stocked with an assortment of pots/pans and utensils. We grilled on the community grill every other night! The bed was comfortable. The unit also has A/C, which in our experience on any Hawaiian island, is not a usual amenity, but most welcomed! We loved sitting on the lanai for coffee and for the most amazing sunsets. We were treated to some dolphins playing out in the bay on our last morning there. We played Pickleball and loved walking on the beach. I’d give our stay 10/10 for the condo and experience we had there. It is not untrue that there are lots of homeless people nearby. Although, from what we saw, that could be said of any location in Oahu. Not once did we feel unsafe at the condo. The building has security at night and is fully fenced and secured, requiring key fobs, which we really appreciated…for the increased security. It’s a bit of a drive to the Waikiki area, but for us, that wasn’t an issue because one night of dealing with so many people and we were even more sure of our decision NOT to stay downtown! If you want a beautiful beach, and clean condo, that has a/c, this is your place!

The view and access to beach was perfect. Close to the grocery stores.

Perfect space and location for the family on our trip to Oahu. We wanted to be away from everything and were okay driving to see other areas of the island, so really enjoyed this condo being away from things. The views of the sunset were great. We ensured we were back and settled in before sunset almost every night. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

We stayed at Tammy's condo for one week with our 3 children. At first the place seemed small for us 5 but surprisingly space was enough. The place is fully equipped and super clean. The beds are comfortable. The condo is quiet and security is excellent. We loved having our meals and watching sunset on the balcony. The beach just outside the condo is very nice and quiet, never crowded and there plenty of shade in the morning for the kids. The only disadvantage I see is the fact that there is no place really near by to have a nice supper (just a lot of fast-food) You have to drive minimum 20min and more to find a nice restaurant. Be prepared to see a lot of homeless in the neighborhood although they never bothered us or anybody. Besides this I think the place is great for a family vacation just make sure to rent a car to be able to drive around.

What a wonderful way to start our family trip! The property itself felt very secure and safe. The security guard helped us with the check-in process when we arrived after 10pm. The unit was very clean and modern, and well-stocked with pretty much everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Beautiful view of the private beach from the lanai. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our young kiddos, especially since the waves were too big for them to swim. Our only wish was that the shower water temperature was hotter. It stayed pretty lukewarm, even at its highest, but this was a very minor inconvenience. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the west side!

Property was as advertised very nice and quaint we had 5 guest and only 1 bathroom which was a pain but we knew that going in. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but we always felt safe. My only complaint would be the a/c couldn’t cool the place below 80 degrees.

The actual condo was good but…. The neighborhood was not safe to just walk around. The beach and views were great.

What a beautiful place! We truly loved the views and being able to see the sunset. The condo was just the right size for us. The neighborhood itself is not the best, but the security at this location though, truly put our minds at ease. We highly recommend staying in this location during your visit to Oahu. You truly get to see the real beauty of Hawaii here.

The view was everything we hoped and more. To be 20 steps from the ocean was worth the driving we did to also go on excursions. The area surrounding the condo was a bit run down. There are large camps of homeless in town as well. All the suggestions from the host were spot on! The beach was always almost empty. It was so relaxing and amazing! Thank you for an incredible stay!

Great beach and condo awesome sunset views

We loved staying at this Condo. Tammy was very helpful and responsive. The ocean view is AMAZING.

We were in Hawaii to visit Pearl Harbor with our nine year old but wanted to stay in a quiet location with an uncrowded beach. This condo was perfect for that! We found lots to do in Honolulu and close to the condo also but especially enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners on the lanai. Great beach and friendly staff as well!

Very clean, lovely view and the beach was great!

I had read the reviews before renting this property and I am so glad we chose it. The view was spectacular and with the private beach, you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and listen to the waves. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was the floor was not very clean. You couldn’t tell by looking at it but our feet were quite dirty after walking on it. Other than that, we had no issues. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable, even the sofa sleeper. You could sleep 5 but it would be a bit crowded. After going out on day trips we always looked forward to coming back to the quietness of this condo. The only thing I would say is we were told there was security and it was gated for our safety but the gate was not closed for the last 4 days of our stay. We had no safety issues and in fact the security guard came to our room to tell us our lights had been left on so we appreciated that. There are lots of homeless people in the area but we had no problems at all with them. The last thing I’ll say is finding restaurants other than fast food is difficult in this area. Unless you’re willing to drive a while it would be better to go to the grocery and get food to cook. It wasn’t a problem for us but if you like eating out you may be disappointed. With all this said, Tammy, the owner was great and very helpful with suggestions of places to shop, visit and eat and we loved staying at the Hawaiian Princess.
