Views over Palermo were beautiful. Rooms were clean and instructions to find the entrance very helpful

Access for cars is very tight. The was no personal interaction at all, everything was prepared in advance with no staff on premises. This is fine if only one group is staying but there were other visitors on the premises as well so it did feel uncomfortable having no one available to deal with any issues. Breakfast was generous but insufficient instructions given on what was available (how were we to know we could access the fridge??)

The room was clean and tidy. The self-service breakfast was rich. Free parking on the site. Good location, but only reachable by car. We walked to Monreale Cathedral on feet, but this appeared not that simple.

At least during our stay there was no staff in this place. The communication was through WA and there was someone who brought fresh products for the breakfast, but we never saw anyone. The place is super clean and smells fresh (if you are sensitive to smells, it might be too much for you) and everything was as we expected. The place was a bit tricky to find but we got good instructions via WA and found our way. Great location if you have a car and want to visit Palermo! The breakfast was quite rich and there was like 20 different varieties of cookies in the buffer. If you're a sweet tooth, this is your place!

A very friendly landlady, immediately responding to our request. Excellent breakfast with goodies from her own bakery.

Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The house is really lovely and the view over Palermo is terrific. We had to leave too early for breakfast but there were always snacks, yogurt, juice, a self-serve coffee pot, and other goodies available.

The breakfast had a variety of options and was self serve, which made it nice if you were an early or late riser. The room was a good size with a small balcony, although we used the breakfast room balcony as it had comfortable chairs.

It should be noted in the posting that the host doesn't speak English so we had several communication issues. She wasn't onsite when we arrived (even though we arrived at the time we had conveyed) and another person (who also did not speak English) attempted to help us. We were tired from our international flight so check-in was difficult. We also had other communication issues during our stay, including difficulty with the gate when we needed to leave.

It was close to the city center of Palermo.

Right next the A casa di Simona is a very busy road, so you can not sleep well. The floor in a bathroom was full of hair from previous guests. Why in the 21st century do I have to pay the tourist tax especially in cash and leave it in the room, when the payment for the room was made in advance online?

A clean and pleasing room.

- The hotel is on the main and very noisy road which made it difficult for us to sleep. - Breakfasts typical for Sicily, only sweets and no bread. - It was very difficult for us to find the location is incorrectly marked in Google Maps.

Fantastic. Perfect terrace. Very tasteful and big breakfast. Charming view on Palermo. Simona is so friendly host.

Breakfast was great, both in quality and quantity. Simona even offered us some left-over pizza from her bakery. The room was comfortable and clean.

There is no frequent public transport nearby.

Simona was very generous and helpful, and the house is spotlessly clean. She made us feel very welcome.

My only suggestion would be to give guests a small map of exactly where to leave the main road to get to the house. In the dark it was difficult to find the turning.
