We had a wonderful time staying in your rental. Everything was so clean and well organized. All the little extras made our stay so much more comfortable. The location was very quiet and the outdoor patio was great for reading and enjoying the sun!

We had a really nice stay here. The owners went out of their way to set everything up for us (from cookies on arrival to baby bell cheeses). The kitchen was well stocked. There was a freezer for freezing ice for our cooler. Useful items in the refrigerator for us to use. Great location with plenty of things to see and do within walking distance of this house.

Cedar Alley was amazing for our 3 night stay in Anchorage. The location is within walking distance of downtown and there is a market a few blocks down the street. The hosts were available 24/7 and were ready for us early on our check in day. They walked us through and had so many special touches to make our stay easy and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with essentials to get us through our stay and we so appreciated that and the gift card to the market. There are toiletry supplies and a washer and dryer which really helped ahead of our trip to Katmai NP and the wilderness. The style of Cedar Alley is so cool. So many beautiful decorations and little touches. My teens really enjoyed the heck out of the candy dishes! Also, thank you for the room darkening curtains! 😊 The yard is filled with gorgeous wildflowers and decorations as well. It’s like a little garden oasis to unwind and relax after exploring the city. We didn’t use the patio and grill but it would be great and it’s nice that it is available. It’s a pretty neighborhood that was quiet. If I’m in Anchorage again, I will definitely book Cedar Alley for my stay! Wonderful. Thank you!!!

The house was fabulous! Best VRBO we’ve stayed in! The house was well stocked with all kinds of extras. The hosts definitely went above and beyond! The location of the VRBO was also wonderful!

We spent 3 days in Anchorage and Cedar Alley was the perfect location. We walked to downtown restaurants and found it easy to leave town to go hiking and visit the area. Pamela and Lee are very generous hosts. They worked with us to stock the kitchen before our arrival. The house itself was great for the two of us.

Our first time in Alaska and the owners were very helpful and kind. They gave us a gift card to a local bakery. They went above and beyond. Thanks again for everything!!!

Their place was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need. There were even items in the fridge, plenty of linens and towels, liquor, snacks, 2 comfy beds and it was decorated so nicely.

Very nice property managers, close enough to downtown to walk, but quite neighborhood that didn't keep you up at night. Very nice home for a short stay. Had everything you would need plus all the extras you never think about. If we come back again I would definitely stay here again.

The home is small but very charming. Lee met us soon after our arrival to show us the home. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Sweet cabin for two in the midst of the city. Great location for day trips. Pam and Lee offered extensive amenities, you wanted for nothing…including Bloody Mary Mix 🍹. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place. The owners have thought of everything, from groceries ready on our arrival to lovely crafts and art throughout the house, with lots of gadgets like Alexa and fancy lighting. When the owners, Lee and Pam, stopped by to say hello, we teased them that the only thing missing was placemats, and of course Pam showed us where the placemats were kept. The house is also in a great location, walking distance to downtown Anchorage, to a great supermarket with fresh fish just a couple of blocks away, and to walking trails along Chester Creek and Winchester lagoon to the Tony Knowles trail. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

It is a great property close to downtown and easy access to main highways. It had everything we needed for two couples to cook and be comfortable. Only a couple of complaints the second bedroom is tight for two adults and the mattress needs to be replaced. Lee put a piece of plywood under it which helped but was hard to get a good night's sleep. Second the internet was slow and tv, etc. kept buffering making it impossible to watch. All in all, it was a great place, and I would stay again with a different bed.

We had never been to AK before and so no idea what to expect. Lee met us and showed us around the place. It was just the right size for us and all the amenities were there. Let me just say that Cozy Cottage had the best stocked kitchen ever. Please check the kitchen before buying any staples. Had so many spices so do not buy! Not only that, Lee had stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks for any trip you are taking. Wait! They also provided a $20 gift certificate to Fire Island Bakery which we walked to. It was fantastic and the gift certificate would have been enough for all to have breakfast but we of course bought some of their other creations. Finally nice grocery store 2 blocks away. We are coming back via Anchorage for our last night but unfortunately Cozy Cottage is booked otherwise we would stay here again!

This might be our favorite VRBO property. It was equipped and stocked with everything we needed, including some groceries that our hosts had thoughtfully purchased for us. It's certainly cozy inside, but again is just what we were hoping for. The location is ideal, being located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown (and the outstanding Fireside Bakery!). Just walking around the neighborhood was a pleasant way to stretch our legs. The owners were also very gracious and conveniently live just across the alley. They were super-responsive and did things like come over to show us how to operate the TV equipment and washing machine. You can't go wrong renting this property when staying in the Anchorage area!

This house is a home. Small rooms but cozy and comfortable with all the appointments we wanted and more. Our host was next door and very friendly and helpful.

Following a week of hiking the Kenai Peninsula, we spent a relaxing week in the quiet, comfortable Cedar Alley Cottage. The homeowners have thought of absolutely everything to make this rental feel like home. We chose not to rent a car. The Anchorage train station is within easy walking distance and the cottage is just blocks from shops, restaurants and the fantastic Anchorage Museum. Bike rental stores are nearby and we enjoyed riding the beautiful coastal trail. One bike store also takes a shuttle out to Flat Top Mountain for an afternoon of hiking. We used the Anchorage bus system for the short ride to the very interesting Alaska Aviation Museum and a walk around the lake to watch the seaplanes. On another day, we took a bus that dropped us off a short hike from the Sport Fish Hatchery. After each day’s activities, we looked forward to coming back to our inviting Cedar Alley abode.

This property is very close to shopping. The only thing we had an issue with was that it’s a little cramped. The hosts met us at the house and gave us a thorough tour and instructions on all of the things.

Pam & Lee are delightful and their little cottage was just perfect! Amazing care and attention to detail. Location is perfect, neighborhood is quiet and adorable. We will absolutely stay here anytime we are in Anchorage!

The property comes with tons of amenities to make anyone feel right at home. Excellent communication from the home owners. Our traveling party was two adults. We would definitely stay here again.
