This was a great location and fit all of our needs. The bed was comfortable and the other tenants were just as quiet as we were. Our rental car was an EV, which concerned me. However, upon arrival I was surprised to see an EV charger. I contacted the POC and was even more surprised to learn I could charge the car without an extra fee. This put me completely at ease and allowed us to drive the area as much as possible. I would highly recommend this place for someone wishing to stay in downtown Napa.

This was such a perfect place for our Napa birthday trip. Very comfortable and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and they actually had pillows that were not half an inch thick. If we go back we will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for all things. We walked each morning to Oxbow for coffee- though it was available at the house. All of the reviews talked about how walkable it is but until you are there, you don’t realize how actually close you are to the Riverwalk. Exceptional place for an exceptional stay!

We just stayed for Labor Day weekend and this Condo was above all our expectations! We had two couples and it was perfect amount of space for us! The fully equipped kitchen I my pressed is all! The cleanliness and coziness was 10 stars! The location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to dinner and anything else we needed. We have stayed many other places and this tops our list!

Traveled with 4 couples and stayed in units B and C at Villa Murialdo. Units are nicely appointed. Both coffee maker and coffee pods for use. Location is literally just around the block from the main drag - restaurants, coffee shops, bars are all within easy walking distance. Keith was very helpful in securing the reservation and updating me on availability and check in/out. He always responded quickly to my inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed 2 nights at the property and we loved it!!!!! The location is literally 2 mins from downtown and the condo is clean and cozy. I definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

What a great place! It’s clean and cozy! Just as described! Beds are very comfortable & linens are high quality! The place is stocked with all you’d need and not with the cheap stuff! The location is one of the best things about this house! We could walk to about all you’d need to do!
Keith is about the best host we’ve ever vrbo’d from (& we’ve rented quite a few) responds quickly! We had an issue with dates and he was so very helpful! Rent it! You will not be disappointed!!!

My sister, daughter and I were in Napa for wine tasting. The condo worked out perfectly for us. We will able to walk into town for wine tastings, meals and shopping. The condo was comfortable and had a nice furnished patio to sit outside.

Quiet and restful
We enjoyed our visit in Napa all the more because of our great condo. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Having a washer/dryer in our unit was much appreciated for our 9 day stay and also having off street parking made it very convenient. We would recommend this location if you are considering a visit to Napa.

Villa Murialdo is in the perfect location in Napa! Walking distance to great restaurants and tasting rooms, but also tucked back so it is not in the middle of the busiest areas. Keith was incredibly helpful and responsive. Our group had a great time and will definitely stay here on our next trip. Highly recommend!

Can’t wait to return
Our stay was wonderful! The location couldn’t be more perfect. So many restaurants, cafes, and stores are walkable. The apartment unit was perfect for our small group. We were traveling with a baby and Keith kindly provided a pack n play with sheets which was so appreciated! He was so responsive to communication and very helpful when we had questions. We will certainly be returning!

Keith was extremely helpful, the apartment location was on the edge of a nice residential area, yet two blocks from downtown. The apartment lacked for nothing with thoughtful touches and was immaculate. I highly recommend, if you are planning a trip to Napa.
