Lovely apartment, host was very friendly, available for any questions, and provided a baby bed

Really gorgeous, quiet surroundings. Lovely pool. Great location. Comfortable apartment with fabulous balcony, full kitchenette, washing machine, great coffee maker. Very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Bed is comfortable, upstairs in loft. Needs a clothes closet or hooks to hang clothes. Bathtub a little far (high) to step out of. Elevator and hallway/entrance need updating. Overall we were really satisfied and enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to going back to Royal Park.

Good Side: 1. Location 2. Comfort 3. Price 4. The beauty of common area The accommodation is outstanding in the regards of beauty, comfort and location. The place is amazing, close to all you need to visit in the central area, bus stop just in front in case of more far places, like southern beach.

Bad Side: 1. Pool is only open from 1000 hours until 1600 hours, except saturday, then i may be close even longer. 2. They say the host is supportive with information, but dont ever count on it, he seems not to live in Eilat since he dont know any about any. 3. There is no room cleaning during your stay, if you stay something like 3-4 days its ok, but more than this, like i did, i starts becoming harder. Note that they dont inform about room cleaning, so its not a miss information, its more a missing service. 4. Wifi only works inside the room, not ever outside. So if you plan, for exemple, use the pool and wifi, dont count on it. Even inside the room wifi its slower than Pelephone sim 4g, which makes a case for buying the sim card if you plan to have fast connection everywhere. 5. When you arrive the host expects you to call him to pick the key, thats another point in favor of buying a sim card, since there is free wifi for the city, but it keeps disconnecting all the time and its not a reliable connection.
