Very comfortable, great value location in an attractive setting. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who offered a wonderful and bespoke breakfast option for myself and my friend at good value. Very nice room, with good AC and a nice bathroom. Fantastic option in Kelaniya, especially considering the low cost.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to the main street and the Kelaniya Temple. It is one of the few hotels in the area with clean and comfortable rooms, good facilities such as AC, hot water, refrigerator, etc., and an elevator to the upper floors at very reasonable rates. The staff is nice and friendly. If traveling by car, this hotel is an ideal base for touring Sri Lanka. This is because you can avoid the traffic jams in Colombo city and make day trips to Galle, Kandy, and even Sigiriya. Also, since Kelaniya is a neighbor of Colombo, visiting Colombo is easy.

I had no complaints. I would venture to say that a larger variety of soft drinks available at the front desk would be perfect.　Also, the road in front of the entrance was a little muddy after heavy rain.
