Disfrute de espectaculares vistas al mar durante el día y amaneceres y noches de luz ultra clara y brillante a la luz de las estrellas desde la cubierta de este condominio de playa muy bien cuidado. Esta es una vista completa directa y de cerca de 180 grados de toda la playa y el océano (no una vista lateral o distante). Great location with beautiful views. Owner was very easy to work with. We blew a fuse and he was very quick to respond to resolve that issue. We also had a smoke alarm go off and he sent someone immediately to get that taken care of. Our only concerns were that the second (guest) bathroom shower stall is pretty small, but not a deal breaker for a short stay. Also, the master bedroom TV kept buffering and we could not always get it to work. We did see a Wifi booster in the master bedroom, but we still had issues with it. Overall, a very nice condo.

Awesome vacation trip! The ocean view from the balcony was incredible! Within walking distance to Coligny Beach and market with great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and well maintained. Interaction with Frederick was outstanding. He sent details in advance of the trip explaining the extras like type of coffee pot and beach equipment that was included which made packing easier. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

We so enjoyed our stay at Rick and Michelle’s villa. As a previous part-time resident on the island, my daughter and I wanted to return to our old neighborhood for a little getaway and Ocean Dunes is one of the best locations in S Forest Beach. This villa is nicely decorated, comfortable and spotless but the best part is the view from the patio - nothing but ocean! We loved being able to easily be on the beach, by the pool and on the patio reading as the sound of the waves danced in the air. Perfectly relaxing and exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for the perfect HHI getaway, don’t hesitate to book this villa, it does not disappoint and the owners are delightful. Thanks again, Rick and Michelle, we will be back again soon.

We have a fantastic week at this property. It was clean and exactly as described. The ocean views from the balcony are perfect and the location and amenities next door made this a perfect spot. I will be back!

Our family had a great time staying here. Very clean condo and well furnished. Beautiful balcony and pool with great views. Awesome location close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again!

We took a long weekend 11/3-11/6. Great weather and overall, a really pleasant stay. Location was perfect to enjoy sunrises. Our only "wish" is that the bikes would be in a little better shape. One of the cool aspects of the location is being able to ride bikes on the compacted sand of the beach. A pleasant ride was made a little more laborious with bikes that were a little a bit worn. Aside from that, zero complaints.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is in a great location and has a great view. Great for kids with a TV in the second bedroom for them to fall asleep to at the end of a long day.

Booking, checking in and checking out were all very simple and easy. The location of this unit was great. The view was amazing and the unit was closer to the beach than anticipated. We even saw dolphins several times!
We appreciated the gated resort and that there were codes needed to enter the resort and use the pool and cabana bathrooms. The green gate was hard to operate and it seemed like the push bottons may have not been working properly. The men's cabana bathroom code did not work, so everyone had to use the ladies. Our kids enjoyed the pool area and we swam several times. We only had trouble locating chairs one time. It was nice having access to the Ocean Oak bathrooms and tiki bar/grill. We purchased drinks and lunch a couple of times. The unit was stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed and the appliances were up to date. We liked the coffee pot so well, we bought one for our home. We were disappointed that the unit had a mildew smell that was quite strong upon check-in. We aired out the unit on a cool day but the bedrooms seemed to hold the smell. Also, we would suggest the cleaning company scrub around the perimeter of the bathroom floors and maybe use some bleach spray on the corners of the showers/shower curtains to rid them of mildew. Our kids were excited to see and use the sand toys and boogie boards provided. It was also nice to have beach chairs and bikes to use during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes.

What a perfect property for a nice getaway for me and my wife. Ocean front, with a great view of the property in the ocean as well as a convenient back covered porch to sit listening to the waves in the evening. Everything was clean and functioning, and I would definitely recommend this rental.

We were all very impressed with this rental. The views were amazing...even better than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we would've needed. The location was perfect. The owner answered any questions we had right away. Would definitely love to stay here again sometime.

This property was very clean and offered amazing views of the ocean from the third floor. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The neighborhood was very safe and everyone we met who were also staying in the condo were very friendly. Also great proximity to the Coligny circle where there are many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

From start to finish, everything about renting this property was easy, which made for a good vacation. Booking the property was easy, paying for the rental was easy and spread out according, check-in was easy and they reached out to us to be sure we were going to be on time and arranged for after hours check-in because because traffic didn’t allow for us to be on time.

I brought my friend for her birthday, it was perfect. Walk to beach and close to all Hilton Head has to offer. We had the best time ever on a beach trip.

Very nice building, well maintained. The unit was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners have pretty much thought of everything you'll need for a beach vacation (bikes, beach chairs, etc.) plus plenty of charging ports for your technology. I even found the bicycle pump on the last day. Ocean view, as advertised, close to Coligny beach and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again if we're back on HHI.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Dunes recently. The host and property management company were very easy to deal, even with us arriving after their normal hours and leaving very early in the morning, prior to their offices being open. Great condo, fully furnished, lots of space, with the most amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. Would definitely go back next year, but for 2-3 weeks! Thanks Rick and Michelle, you're the best : )

When we arrived the elevator was not working…that put a damper on our stay. After 2 days it finally was fixed. Condo has awesome beach view! The bathrooms are dated but all in all we enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay overall. However, did not like that during our moving in, we came around the corner to the unit to find the maintenance man coming out of unit with a woman. He said they weren't sure if we received both keys.??? Then a few days later, 2 men knocked at the door asking to come in because owner downstairs said there was water coming into their unit from upstairs. Men wanted to see if it was our hot water tank. There was no phone call to us and they had no identification. I let 1 in because they were both older and I, sadly, figured I could subdue one of them if he tried anything. I did see him when returning our keys to Vacation Time. He said they did not have a phone number to the unit.??

The location was perfect and the unit just as described. With questionable weather on the way, Rick stayed in touch to keep us informed and updated. It was our first time at Hilton Head Island and it was Amazing!!!

The property had everything you could want. Bicycles were included and it was nice to use them on the beach. Sand chairs to use and we had our own umbrella but we did see one on our 3rd day there. The bedroom air conditioner broke over our first night but the owner was quick to act and replaced the 2 year old unit with a new one . Took a few days but labor shortages abound everywhere.
We liked our first visit to Hilton Head the good food, and warm water.

This condo has the perfect location, is tastefully decorated and has an amazing view of the beach!!
It was perfect for two adults and two kids. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Being in walking distance of local restaurants was great. The stretch of beach right in front of the complex wasn’t over crowded like some areas. On a couple of cloudy evenings we availed of the pool which was very well maintained.
We had a fantastic week and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed one week here with my three teenage/college age kids. While a small apartment, it was clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, walking distance to Coligny and many restaurants and shops (we loved the Sand Bar). The best part of this apartment is the gorgeous view of the ocean and pool. We all spent a lot of time on the balcony and I took multiple naps out there with a glass of wine and the lovely sea breeze. The only thing I wish I had was a laundry basket to transfer our clothes to the washer/dryer, but it was not too far!
