Beautiful Ocean Village - On Hole One of the lower floor of the golf course
Esta Ocean Villa de 1 dormitorio se encuentra justo al lado del primer hoyo en Ocean Village. Condominio en planta baja en un edificio de tres pisos. Have stayed in the same condo several times and always happy with it. Condo was perfect beach was nice and weather was hot❤️

My husband and I were in Adventura for business and decided to extend our trip to include some downtime along the quiet shores of Hutchinson Island. After searching for hotels and finding the on-island options to be quite limited, we turned to VRBO. This is how we found Wayne's condo in Ocean Village. The condo was as advertised with the addition of a Keurig K-Duo coffee pot...nice option. Ocean Village offered a perfect, quiet location and the condo offered everything we needed for our stay. Wayne was readily available when I had a question about which button to push first on the Schlage keypad (It's the one shaped like a house.) and he checked on us to make sure we were having a great experience. Everything about Ocean Village was a positive for us though we spent the bulk of our time relaxing on the beach. We had supper one night at Pie Hole and another night at Archie's; we recommend both.
You just can't go wrong with Wayne's place, Ocean Village or Hutchinson Island.

This is our second time staying in this property. We enjoyed it so mich the first time we knew we wanted to stay again for our weekend away. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. The beach access is so close. We could walk over in the evenings and enjoy happy hour by the surf. The condo has been nicely updated and everything you need is available. We really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the green early in the morning and in the evening. The check in/out process was simple. We'll definitely be back!

Really nice. Property is exactly as listed. No surprises. Enjoyed everything the grounds had to offer. Any questions to Property Manager was answered promptly. I think that was a big plus.

Perfect in every way. Full kitchen was a bonus! Very clean and all the comforts of home. Close to everything - all in walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property. Our view was of the golf course and the beach a few steps away. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Wayne was very responsive to any concerns and questions we had. We are coming back next year.

The complex is behind a gated entrance but the check-in directions were perfect. The room was just as described and comfortable for our short stay. The kitchen has all the dishes you'll need and a coffee pot. There are lots of amenities around the complex that we didn't get to explore because of our short stay and the weather. But we did walk the beach and collected shells between rain showers and enjoyed the pool. We also ate at the restaurant on site and it was great, good variety and priced right for a family meal. Room view is the golf course. We did a load of laundry which was nice instead of driving home with wet stuff. Wish we could have stayed longer because there was still lots we didn't get to explore in the area. We were here the last weekend of July and it was not busy or 'touristy' at all. Owners directions were great, easy to follow and he texted to check on us too. Would stay again!

Condo was clean, and everything was in working order. Check-in process was smooth. The neighborhood is immaculate. Lots of amenities!! My husband loved the 9 hole golf course. We loved the 1st floor condo. Fort Pierce is a hidden gem! We had a great vacation.

Everything was just the way you want it to be when you go on vacation. The owner was available, if needed, & the condo was clean, comfortable, & fully equipped with everything necessary for relaxation & fun. We have stayed in other Ocean Villages condos & this one was perfect.

We found the perfect place to run to when Hurricane Ian was coming at us on the other coast. We felt safe and secure at this condo. Wayne was at the ready for anything we needed. I just wish we could of enjoyed the amenities, but packed in hurry to get out. Would love to come back and relax!!! Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at ocean village. The condo was clean and spacious. Perfect location, on the first floor and close to the big pool and tiki bar. Wayne was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had very quickly.

Property was not clean- 1 garbage bad- no toilet paper- hair and large blood stain on sheets and mattress pad. Had to shop for and do major cleaning/ washing.

The property was good unfortunately it's hard to predict the weather and therefore did not get to enjoy all the amenities. Great to have extra room then hotel having a teenage daughter. I would stay again. He is easy to work with and made vacationing stress free

Everything a Beach Vacation Should Be
This condo was the perfect setup for my husband and our two teenage boys. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and Wayne responded quickly to my questions. The binder has everything you need to know and check-in instructions were on point. One trip to the market and we were planted on the beach the whole time. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were included. Perfectly situated. Love this area and plan to return again!

It was an amazing complex with tons of amenities. Very clean, all we needed in the condo and close to the pool, restaurant, tiki bar and access to the ocean. Would definitely come back.
