Overall, the house was great. The layout was cozy and the view from behind was lovely. The sound of the creek flowing was soothing. Plenty of amenities (even though we did not need them). Plenty of space to relax in the home other than the bedroom. Nice quiet area as well. Would definitely request this home again.

We have stayed here many times over the years while day hiking in the area. The house is comfortable, well supplied with everything you need, and well located on Frazier Creek. The hosts are always responsive. Already planning on next year.

We came into town for my wife’s family, get together in remembrance of their great grandma who passed away. This was the place that her family loved, and for the first time we were bringing our children. The home is very beautiful very well stocked and you can tell that a lot of time and effort has been put into place. On the first night, the hot water heater went out we contacted the hosts and they were able to fix it right away. Somethings are no one’s fault, and it was nice that they could come and fix it. I think this shows how amazing they are, and how much they value the people who come to stay at their home. We can’t wait to come back !

Home was absolutely amazing! Creek in the backyard to take photos and swim in was an amazing added bonus. House had everything we needed. We were unable to use the bikes but it wasn’t anyone’s fault. The owner didn’t know ahead of time. This house didn’t disappoint! We will be back!

Lovely home and peaceful setting on the edge of a creek. Well stocked kitchen, books and games, and spacious floor plan with lots of natural lighting allowed for a comfortable and fun family reunion.

What did we love the most? The sense of absolute peace that comes from the pine dotted property along with the swing beside the creek. We just couldn't get enough of the outdoors!! We enjoyed dinner on the deck every night...no bugs! We got a hot spell but opening the windows at night kept the house very comfortable. Home Pros: great beds, great showers and water pressure, soft water,big fridge, well stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies, wonderful natural light in the house, quiet streets for evening walks, close to groceries and gasoline, close to 5 golf courses, plenty of open space in house. Cons: scratchy towels, carpet needs cleaning, confusing light switches..but the cons are so small compared to the pros that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and return myself. Graeagle is not a "party" town..the grocery store closes at 6 as does the restaurant at Graeagle meadows..so cooking at home works best.. oh and bring your own knives if you are a foodie. Great and very spacious house with large outdoor areas close to a river. I was concerned about no air conditioning especially since it was it the high 90's but we opened it up at night and closed it during the day and it stayed very comfortable. We will definitely rent it again.

Our family has stayed in other accommodations and also camped in Plumas/Sierra counties many times, and we love it. This time, because we had a 20 month old child with us , we chose this home. It was perfect. Not only spacious and comfortable, but the setting on Frazier Creek made us reluctant to leave the property. Of course we did leave, and the hiking trails and swimming spots we visited aren’t far away. We’d love to stay longer if we could afford to, and hope to return to this fantastic property.

We had such an amazing time here! The property felt so private and quiet; it was a great place to relax and recharge! Lots of fun for the family with the creek in the back plus lots of games available inside. The house was very clean and well equipped. The owners put a lot of thought into providing everything you need to feel comfortable. This is a great place for a family with lots of room to spread out and have your own space to enjoy. Judi's home was everything as advertised. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable and quite comfortable. Additionally, the bathrooms and kitchen were properly stocked with all necessary items needed for our trip. The backyard was the best part of this home as its backed up to the creek. The homeowners were very easy going and reasonable throughout the process. I hope to return to this property in the future.

Everything was there and provided for us to have a perfect stay. Comfortable, clean, plenty of space. It was just my husband and I but would be great for a family retreat. Highly recommend.

The property is as beautiful and well-maintained as it looks online. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities and extras, like brownie mix. The master bedroom and bath is grand and comfortable. The porch and furniture are just right. Great hikes from the neighborhood into open space. Good restaurants in town. We were three couples and it worked so well.

This home is wonderful! First, the setting of the home is second-to-none. The back of the home borders Frazier Creek and a nice forested area. The outside deck is a wonderful extension of the home. We spent much time sitting outside enjoying the weather and scenery.The homes on either side are not too close, so you have plenty of privacy. The inside of the home is incredibly comfortable. Plenty of sitting areas. The home is also very, very light inside. But, the best part is the wonderfully well-stocked kitchen. This kitchen was as well stocked as our kitchen at home. This kitchen had everything. LOL...the only addition to this home would be a hot tub!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It was our relaxing oasis. A comfortable home with breathtaking views of the forest and soothing sounds of a roaring creek all within feet of the redwood deck. We had a hard time saying goodbye!

A group of us stayed here for a wedding in Graeagle, and it was a great long weekend. The back deck was so relaxing - we grilled dinner out there one night and enjoyed morning coffee every day. The location was a short drive into town, and one day we even walked to a cute shop to grab coffee. The house had everything we needed for meals and a fun few days with friends - would definitely stay again!
