We had a group of 15 women stay at this property & it was great. Mr Black was very helpful & the property was very large & could easily house all of us with lots of room. The view out back is wonderful. Would definitely rent again & likely will.

My friends and I booked this place in early spring for a quick trip to AC and it was perfect- it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and less than a 10 minute drive to AC. There were beautiful views of the bay and the place was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Bill, the host, was extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful- since we booked off season he allowed us to have a late check-out which was very nice of him. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to come back at some point in the summer for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

My friends and I rented this for one night for our birthdays in AC. Everything was amazing and such a smooth process. The house was the perfect size. It was a great quick trip.

My friends and I had a nurses night out with an overnight stay in Brigantine. I wanted everyone to have their own space, but still be able to gather as a group. The house offered a lot of space, and has a beautiful bay view, there are great restaurants nearby, but the shining star was the host. Mr Black was a wealth of information about the area and was invested in making sure our group had the best time! And we did! Thank you Mr Black we enjoyed our stay at your home! It was just what the doctor ordered!

My family love this house is so big and clean,the kitchen have everything you need for cooking and the have watching machines.the view is amazing,the supermarket, bank,restaurant is only 5 minutes away from the house.we have good comunication with the owner, he is so nice.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Bill, the owner was very helpful and gave a lot of great local advice. I would recommend this for any large group visiting the area. There were plenty of beds and accommodation for everyone in our group. The best part is the dock in the back to kick back and have a beer!

I was looking for a weekend in Atlantic City with my friends and family - this house was the absolute perfect accommodation! The house is in a safe neighborhood and a quick 10 minute drive to the heart of Atlantic City. You think the house is big in the pictures, but trust me it is much much larger! This house is perfect for a large gathering as there are so many rooms for sleeping a lot of people - also tons of parking right in the front. Bill is more than accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for my birthday weekend - and he had nothing but great recommendations for places to visit in Brigantine.

We had 10 people and everyone really had a wonderful time. The dining area and living room area was spacious and cozy. The backyard pier was just amazing with fabulous scenery and two big grills. All the rooms were clean and warm. We could feel the delicate touches of the owner (i.e. Bill--really helpful) right when we entered the house--the house was decorated with drawings, miniature boats, airplanes, plates all around the house. We would love to visit again when it gets warmer!

Great house, Great host
15 of us, all 60-something adults, spent a long weekend in the house and had a great time. The kitchen was very well equipped (we did all our own cooking) and the beds were all comfortable, two things we have not always found in the past. We were concerned going in about the number of bathrooms but it worked out okay. Sinks in some of the bedrooms helped.
The weather was not so great while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the back yard and docks as much as we could have but it's a great set up and well equipped, including crab traps!
Bill was a very friendly and helpful host, offering plenty of ideas of things to see and do in the area and places to eat, as it was our first time on the island.
It was not easy to find a reasonably affordable place with as many bedrooms with queen and king beds so we were pleased with the quality and cleanliness. The two living room areas and large dining room worked well for us.
Definitely 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! It is convenient to restaurants, stores, the beach & of course the bay. Very helpful host who gave great recommendations. Would recommend anyone looking for a large home (with plenty of bedrooms) in the Brigantine / AC area.

From the time we walked in the door we were amazed the area was amazing equipped with everything we needed food liquor and drug store even a dollar tree the property is right on the water two miles from Atlantic City me and six other guys had tons of fun very spacious with room for big gatherings you will not be disappointed

Awesome Birthday Celebration for Wife with entire family.
Front start to finish, it was an amazing experience working with Bill to make this an memorable awesome family celebration. The house was perfect. Absolutely beautiful views looking over the water to enjoy an evening cocktail or early morning coffee. Just 2 blocks to the beach and a short ride to Atlantic City. House had a lot of room to move around and two large sitting areas inside for family gathering. Beautiful outside, nice back porch, and dock. We will definitely be coming back.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely getaway. Bill was more than accommodating - recommending places to eat and go, things to do in the area, and making sure all questions were answered. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to renting again as soon as we have the opportunity.

Amazing New Year Celebration!
We had an amazing time at Bill's! Some friends of mine wanted to book a beautiful house to celebrate the new year together and it was better than any of us expected! It was very clean, everyone had their own rooms, and we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

I’ve never rented a house where I felt more informed and secure about everything. He recommended so many options to us incase we went there and had no plan. House was so spacious! Me and my friends loved all the rooms (it was almost like a hotel upstairs and everyone had their own separate bed). We were shocked how many beds there were! Lol. View is amazing! Loved all the balconies looking over. We’re already thinking about booking another weekend trip at the same house. Couldn’t thank Bill more for making this rental SO EASY! I couldn’t stop telling my friends how nice he was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect place for my family
Bill was an amazing host and the house was beautiful. He had great restaurant suggestions and things to do in Brigatine. For us it was a safe place to get together during COVID19, we spent hours sitting on the dock just relaxing. I especially loved the view from my bedroom with the beautiful sunrise and sunset. This house exceeded my expectations!!!!

Family Vacation
A great vacation in a strange year. Our stay was great. The property had everything we needed. This was our first visit to Brigantine. All enjoyed the fishing as well as the swimming in the backyard bay as well as the ocean. Plenty of parking. The owner was very helpful.

Night in Brigantine
Bill was very helpful during this process....let us know of great local spots/food recommendations. Place was very clean and extremely spacious...loved the backyard and the deck with stair access between floors. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun night down the shore/a short ride from AC.

Great experience overall !!
Had a wonderful stay at the property and location was great. Complete stay can be summarized as
1. Check-in / check-out : Bill was awesome throughout the process , he was very responsive in answering all the questions and providing all great tips that helped the group with better planning, travel and stay. He will give you a good walk through about neighborhood and things to do near by and food options.
2. Stay - house is big and location was great, we were also lucky that it was not very cold for dec time and we enjoyed the deck across house. We wish we had one additional bathroom for this size of house, but this to some extent gets taken care by individual sink in bedrooms.
One last thing to point out, property is better than in photos, photos do not completely justify how clean property is and how beautiful the deck area attached to house is !!
We would definitely consider the property next time if we rent around Atlantic City with quick access to city and enjoy quite neighborhood !!
