Second time staying here. We love the views, sunsets, and dolphins playing. Good communication with owner and made himself available to help with issue we had with TV. We just wished the window to the outside from bedroom was tinted more to prevent light from coming in from security light( we like a dark bedroom). Also, needs better pictures of the condo because current pictures doesn’t do it justice. Definitely would stay here again.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the beach access was really fantastic. That's what we came for and Tybee didn't disappoint! Enjoyed evenings on the balcony watching the dolphins, birds, and ships. The water was calm and neither the beach or pool was crowded. The rooms and furnishings had some wear and unfinished repairs -- could use a little update or tlc -- but overall very comfortable (great bed and HOT shower). The location was nice for hanging at the beach/pool. It was easy to get in and out to explore the rest of the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. So relaxing to be able to enjoy the beach from the balcony to start the morning, then it’s just a few steps away when you’re ready for your beach day. We loved watching the dolphins, the fishing ships and the container ships-always something going on! We were glad we brought our binoculars for a close up look. We also learned more about the container ships through marine traffic.com.
We loved this particular beach-quiet, not crowded at all. It was great to have the option of a pool, too.
We enjoyed the restaurants close by-low key and casual, just what we were looking for. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics for when we wanted to stay in to eat.
Looked like there was some maintenance going on, with new doors and windows. We could hear the toilet run intermittently, too.
Overall, though, it was a great stay for a quiet beach vacation! We hope to come back!

This was in the perfect location! I loved to sit on the balcony and people watch. It was a great place to watch the sunset and the dolphins playing.
The beach was not too crowded and just a minute away.

You’re getting the view here, which is spectacular. The condo could use some updating and a more thorough cleaning service. The sectional couch needs to be replaced or shampooed, and the toilet ran frequently. The owner was very responsive as I had to communicate with him before check in as I didn’t receive the proper check in instructions.

Condo has an amazing view of the ocean and North Beach. There were dolphins outside the room all the time. We sat out on the porch and watched them for hours.
The unit is well equipped and has everything necessary to have a comfortable stay.

This was our second stay at this condo. Clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bring extra trash bags, TP, and Paper towels if you stay the week. New patio door and front door. Beautiful view to watch the boats go in and out and all the birds and dolphins.

Location was wonderful. Furnishings and appliances were a bit dated but the unit was adequately equipped. Initially had a problem with the wifi. Sent the owner a message and he responded immediately with instructions to rectify the problem.

We have stayed here before and the view is the absolute best. So many dolphins and such a quiet area. The condo is fine, nothing special, but comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. We weren't aware there was a Keurig coffee maker, so didn't bring our K-cups, and the coffee maker is a small one, but that certainly didn't affect our stay.

Simply amazing. The view from our unit was breathtaking, the view of the dolphins was nice and the water superb you could relax without the hassle of waiting in the next wave. The unit itself was a great location and well maintained. Felt like a private getaway! Will definitely be booking again.

We thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach and by that I mean no more than 2 minute walk from apartment door to beautiful warm water and sand. The apartment itself was clean and basic and totally sufficient for our needs. ( shower and comfortable bed). Tybee itself has great warm ocean water at this time of year but generally we felt that the island itself is a bit run down and neglected. We ate dinner in Savannah each night as Tybee does not offer anything of elegance or our standards of offerings. Grocery store on the island is extremely basic and customer service at the store is non existent.

We spent our 10th wedding anniversary in June on Tybee and had a great time! The room was comfortable, had a beautiful view, but did not appear to have been cleaned very well when we arrived.

The properry was awesome and the atmosphere is very laid back. The view is amazing with many dolphin and cargo ship sightings. Jim the property owner is amazing. We'll definately be back.

This was our first time on Tybee Island and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! The view from the condo’s balcony was lovely. We liked that the beach was way less crowded than other areas on the island and the waters were much calmer too. Very easy access to anywhere or anything you needed. I’d definitely return. Cheers!

I loved everything about this place. Everything was super easy with checking in. Directions were sent to me prior to leaving home. The condo was so super clean! I am really picky about staying places other than home and I had no issues here. Great balcony view of the ocean. I loved staying at the inlet. We saw tons of dolphins during our stay! The pool looked great though we stayed on the beach the whole time. Close to great places to have dinner. Would definitely book again!

Condo is clean and comfortable. Perfect for our Anniversary weekend away. The view is stellar and spent many hours watching the dolphins and boats. Kitchen and bathroom are decently stocked. A few trash bags and TP to get your vacation started. Pool was clean with plenty of chairs. Walk to the beach was easy, just be careful high tide covers the bottom few steps to get back up to the walkway. We really enjoyed this condo and are looking at our calendar for next year to see when we can come back!!

The view is amazing. We have stayed in various units at the resort. Older resort but well maintained. Suggestion shower liner needs replacing. Love the north shore with Savannah port ship traffic.

I’ve rented many SBRC units over the last 30 years and this one might just have my favorite view. The listing photos don’t do justice to what you’ll find in this special place. Climbing those 3 flights of stairs will land you in a very comfortable home with great furnishings and lots of supplies that you won’t need to bring yourself. The space was very clean and the linens smelled super fresh!

This was the right size for us and had a great ocean view.
The door was a little tricky to open and close. Fyi, It's time to change or wash the shower curtain. Other than that, everything was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Me and my husband took a road trip down the coast. This was our third stop and it wasn’t a great experience I wouldn’t stay here again. There were water bugs in the house. The view is great but the sliding doors were filthy and you couldn’t see out of them. There was wasp nest that my husband was stung by in the morning. We actually left a day early. Trying to contact the host was nearly impossible. I let him know about the wasp nest and I got no response. My recommendation is do not stay there at all.

The property was clean and welcoming. This condo looks out onto the ocean. You can see dolphins quite often and a ways off, you can see interesting container ships pass by in a shipping channel. The beach in front of the condo was clean and quiet. We had a pleasant trip !

If location is the most important part of your stay...
This is the place. Close to the water, people watching at it's finest, easy access to the beach, there are stairs, so bringing a rolling cart is tricky but it takes 2 to get it down the stairs to the beach. So much to watch, cargo ships, tourist boats, sail boats. The dolphins, they're everywhere! No need to pay for a boat to take you to see them, you can't miss them! Tip, this is the kind of place that you bring everything you need and basically stay at the condo. Spend time at the beach, the pools, the condo, the common areas. Getting around by car is rough, NO FREE PARKING. Biking? There are no trails, just a bike route, pretty dangerous if you have kids. A small island PACKED full of stuff. Don't miss the Crab Shack. It's the real deal, a favorite of all who travel to Tybee. The beaches, though, they are spectacular.

Nice condo
Great little condo that's right on the water. (not fully ocean, more like a sound) The dolphins were great to watch every morning and evening. The a/c was nice and cold, the bed was comfy. It's great to have linens and towels provided. A laundry room is across the hall (just bring quarters with you!!!)

Great view
Perfect for 2 people. My husband and my first time to Tybee. We were glad we were on the quieter end of the island. The view is AMAZING! The bed was super comfy too. Just make sure to bring all toiletries. No hand soap was in the bathroom but other than that it was great.

Peaceful vacation
It was what I expected and more Views were outstanding. The Condo was what you would expect for a one bedroom the property was convenient to get around the island. The Mattress was super comfortable. My only complaint would be I wish there was a screen door on the patio. We would stay there again.

Great condo on a quiet side of the island
We loved the condo overall. The balcony was fantastic for watching the fishing boats, container ships, and dolphins. The room was nice and had everything we needed- except an oven mitt would have been helpful lol. The only hiccup was that I did not read the entire emailed pdf about check-in instructions until on the way, and therefore hadn't realized that I was supposed to print a parking pass at home before leaving. By this point I had no way of printing one. I contacted the landlord, and they dropped one off to my room. Overall, I would recommend, and would stay again.
