This is a old hotel. Individual cabin type pretty clean did find a dirty wash cloth in the shower some cobwebs but that didn't bother me. Room had everything you needed for your stay except air-conditioning. The AC was a 8000 btu portable unit would not cool the unit had to close the bedroom door to cool just that room. Possibly would suggest in the future to turn it on sooner before guests arrive to get the humidity out and cool the place down.

Great place to stay for a weekend get away

Great Location for Lake Geneva and Williams Bay area. Host was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was very safe. Enjoyed our weekend - relaxing no hassle experience. Hope to return.

No frill, but very comfy bed, good water pressure and a nice outdoor space. Perfect for a Lake Geneva weekend getaway.

We stayed for a weekend trip and honestly had no real complaints. Jim was very friendly and responsive. Check in and out was super simple. The room was clean and everything worked. The only thing I would say is that you can hear noise right outside your doors and windows (but that's to be expected) and I wish the window coverings blocked more light or 100% covered the windows. Overall great stay for the price.

The host is very kind and was very pleasant to talk to. However, only 5 min after checking in we ran into our first issue. I stepped in a puddle of toilet water. The bathroom is VERY tight. You cannot open the door all the way and when sitting on the toilet your knees basically touch the sink. Very awkward space to do anything in and makes getting ready unenjoyable. The shower water barely got warm which was very frustrating after a long day and wanting some hot water. The water faucet squeals when on the hottest setting and it is the most aggravating thing to listen to both when in the shower and while someone else is in the shower. To my utter DISGUST we found a USED soap bar left in the shower. And very strangely there was no trashcan in the bathroom. That was one of the most inconvenient things I've ever experienced during a stay before. Every time I had to throw some item away while getting ready I had to walk over to the kitchen. A trashcan is cheap. An investment that should be a given. After a very long first day, as I laid my head down on the pillowcase I noticed a stain. It looked like it was from blood. Very disgusting and there were no extra pillows. There were also stains on the bathroom towels and lampshade. Oh, not to mention we found a DEAD bug in the sheets! The couch is fabric and VERY stained. You could only sit there wondering what they were from. So much disgust during our stay. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the doors, ceilings, and under the picture frames. My husband ACTUALLY killed over 12 spiders. It was truly DISTURBING. All the dishes were stored under the sink? Which is honestly a horrible practice because guess what- they were all filled with dust and we had to wash anything before use. We also found OLD food in the sink trap. The ceiling fans had dust and grease on them. Honestly, anywhere you looked you saw dirt and something gross... The floors did not appear to be mopped or vacuumed, and if they were it was VERY poorly done. The silicone around the bottom of the toilet was yellow and brown and made me want to throw up when looking at it.Functionality of bedroom was also poor. Everything is smushed in and I hit my leg multiple times on the bed frame. The decor is outdated and doesn't match. There isn't much care for an aesthetic. The bed side tables were disgusting and old. The air conditioning unit was a hassle. Not worth the price, motel 6 quality.

Jim was very timely in responding to questions & brought extra towels & bedding for the couch. The cabin had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect; we attended a sunrise wedding on Fontana Beach, a brunch reception in Linn, & a backyard celebration in William’s Bay - all in one day! Enjoyed our stay very much! The cabin was a perfect fit for a weekend getaway for my family including our dog and young son. The cabin was meticulously clean and well located so we were able to take some day hikes, trips for ice cream and to several parks. We did a bonfire one evening and really enjoyed all the location had to offer!

Very easy process! Had a great time on Lake Geneva with my fiance and our two pugs. Space was clean and well-maintained. Even when the cabins around us were booked there was no issues with noise.

Convenient location. Access to both Williams Bay and Lake Geneva is a plus.

We stayed for a long weekend of boating. Cabin is small but had everything ee needed. Boat ramp and beach just down the road was very convenient. Jim greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Very relaxing weekend!

Stayed here on part of our honeymoon it was very nice.

Jim was on time and flexible with us for our arrival time. This building is part of multiple of the same buildings/VRBOs right in the same area which I was not aware of. Also I feel like it is quite pricey for how small it is and how not secluded it is.

I had a great time staying in Cozy Cabin in Williams Bay. Jim was very nice and friendly. It’s the perfect place if you like to sit outside by the fire and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you Jim!

Nice weekend

This was the perfect spot for our mother daughter getaway. The place is small but very clean and close to both downtown and the lake. The host was wonderful and responsive and helped us to have a great stay!

I can’t say enough about the property and owner Jim. From dog friendliness ,to proximity to the lake, to the outdoor barbeque area and deck.... everything was perfect. We are returning next year!

We enjoyed the cozy cabin experience walking distance from the lake. Yard and patio gave us a private setting for gathering and recreation. All basic amenities provided. Front room was a warm compared to the bedroom that was super chilled. Had a little delay contacting the owner with questions at first.

Our long weekend at the Cozy Cabin at Harbor View Motel was entirely satisfying and completely relaxing. Easy checkin/checkout, the cleanliness of the cozy cabin, a spacious, well-kept yard that slopes down to a fire pit, and dogs are completely welcome, this was a perfect location. Bring your own towels, cookware and utensils. Charcoal grills are available. If you plan to cook, I recommend that you bring your favorite frying pan, covered sauc

My 7 year old son and I stayed here for a night and loved it. Such a short walk to Williams Bay beach! Fire pit and open area is great for hanging out or for kids to play :)

Pleasant change from chain hotel. Private and accommodating. Nice surroundings.
