I can't describe how happy we all were to stay at this magnificent estate. The home is clean, updated, and comfortable. There is space for 14 people with ease. We had an amazing time making smores and drinking at the outdoor fireplace, swimming in the beautiful heated pool, and even playing a game of one on one basketball on their private court while the kids drew with sidewalk chalk. It's truly a dream! Just remember you are responsible for linens and towels.

There were three generations aged 16 - 80 gathered for a family reunion/trip. Deidre’s house was the perfect venue. Spacious, comfortable and bright in a gorgeous setting and an incredibly convenient location. Highly recommend!

Huge estate property with plenty of space and privacy for our big group. Enormous well-equipped kitchen, lots of baths, lovely pool and fenced rear yard. Great location for getting to all parts of the island. Owner is wonderful to work with.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Deirdre's property. There really are no words for this. It's gorgeous. The kitchen is huge & spacious with everything you would need. The bedrooms are massive with so much sleeping space. The backyard is immaculate with the pool and the yard. We were overjoyed. We have been going to the Vineyard for years but this house stands out from all of the rest and it made our week the best one we ever had. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house!

This house had everything. Beautifully manicured grounds, huge large rooms furnished comfortably and every extra you can imagine. We loved every minute of our stay and wished we didn’t have to leave!

You never know for sure what you will find when you get to a vacation rental. This property surpassed our expectations. Our multigenerational family was comfortable, and delighted, with multiple rooms and well furnished outdoor spaces to explore and enjoy. Our hosts, Deirdre and Mark, were responsive to all incidental questions and made us feel most welcome and relaxed. The kitchen and outdoor spaces are much larger than they appear in the photos. There are excellent heating and AC systems, if needed. We couldn’t have found a better place on the Vineyard to spend our time together and from which to explore the island. Highly recommend!

This property is amazing. The pictures didn’t do this place justice. The house is at the end of private road with massive lush yard that gives your party plenty of space to run around in. The fireplace outside is great for gathering at night and making s’mores. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at this house and Deidre was very responsive.

A large group of us recently stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a wedding. The house and grounds were beautiful and everyone was comfortable in the ample bedrooms available. Number of baths were perfect accommodations for the 15 people that stayed in the home.The outdoor space was amazing. Great pool and patio with fireplace. We enjoyed watching the turkeys that welcomed us to the home. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed (kuerig, utensils, large range, ice maker, etc). We appreciated the separate freezer and fridge as we had ample room for all our beverages and food for the entire weekend. Wifi in the house was also great. We took ubers to get all around the island and felt the home was very conveniently located. Deirdre the owner was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall great stay. We chose this rental over others as this was one of the few we could find on the island that weekend that didn't have a 7 night min requirement, which was perfect as we only needed it for 4 nights. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing rental for a large group. The house is beautiful, spacious, and private. The pool and fire pit areas were perfect places to socialize. The seven bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen was a fantastic place to gather. The house is located inland but is a short 10 minute drive to Edgartown. It is also close to bike trails and super close to the airport. Deirdre was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond. A few helpful hints for future renters... You are responsible for bringing your own towels and sheets. MV Clambakes is just a few minutes away and was an easy way to feed our group. Morning Glory farm is a short drive or bike ride down the road.Overall, an amazing home that I highly recommend.

We have been to Martha's Vinyard with a large group several times over the last 8 years and we finally found the retreat we were looking for. This place truly is beautiful. From the ride down the long gravel road, which is a little dusty, you arrive to a lush green lawn with fruit trees and a circular driveway. Most likely you will see the resident turkeys frolicking around when you pull up. The outside is perfect with several seating enclaves and plenty of flat lawn for activities. We set up various yard games (volleyball, whiffle ball, Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, etc...) and they stayed in place all week. The property does have a basketball court but the backboard and rim were removed. Not a big deal but I am sure we would have utilized it had it been up. The pool is also pristine and was used all week. It was a great feature especially with a large group of children (8 all together from the ages of 9-13). It made the days effortless as we just eased in to every day with the kids hanging around the pool or enjoying the grounds without nagging to get somewhere. The house is a close drive (12-15 minutes) to South Beach, Edgartown, Oak Bluffs. So relatively convenient to most areas. The kitchen really made it hard to eat out, but we did manage to get out a few nights. The pictures do not do this kitchen justice, it is enormous and absolutely awesome. For the most part it had everything we needed for cooking. It could use a little more organizing but we managed. Bedrooms were all well proportioned and with a total of 16 people it was not cramped at all. We spent nights around the outdoor fire pit as well as the many other sitting areas inside just reflecting what a great time we were having. The property is very private but there is a small cottage at the entrance the looks like it gets rented out. It is far enough that it doesn't really interfere with anything but it is does take away from some of the exclusivity that the property exhibits. The owner, Diedre was very responsive on the small items/issues we did have. Which really are irrelevant. So the next time we are in The Vinyard we no longer have to search for our oasis. Really was a great place and a superb time. 5 Stars!!

We were fortunate to have this house for a week during the late summer of 2014 for my wife's birthday, for which 10 others joined us and stayed for the week. I have to say it's the nicest and best cared-for house we've ever rented! There's plenty of room for everyone (especially for a large group - the kitchen is unreal!), the grounds are beautiful and the location was very convenient for hitting all of the best spots on the island throughout the week. If you're looking for a large rental on the Vineyard with incredible views and room for all, look no further - you won't be disappointed!

My family and I stayed for two weeks in this amazing house! It took us nearly two days to navigate the house; it is huge! The kitchen is a chefs dream come true. The outdoor fire pit was a hit with our three teenage children, every night they made s'mores, and the pool was always warm and clean. The owners take great pride in this beautiful home and it shows. We had fun feeding the fish in the koi pond and watching the frogs jump in every time we approached. Our dog loved the long driveway and trails around the house. We had the most relaxing two week vacation and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. If you are looking for a quiet retreat for a family vacation this is the place. The grounds and house are immaculate. We had several generations of our family with us and everyone had a fantastic time.The owners went out of their way to provide whatever we needed. We would have been happy to stay on the property the entire time but the abundance of activities on Martha's Vineyard did lure us out occasionally. Miles of walking trails right outside the door and a decent trek to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The little ones especially loved feeding the goldfish in the pond. It was truly bliss. I can't wait to go back next year.
