Beautiful Lakeside Deer Park Resort
Nuestra casa adosada de 3 niveles tiene 4 habitaciones, tres baños. El nivel de entrada tiene una gran sala de estar cómoda, mesa de comedor con espectaculares vistas al lago y a la montaña Loon. Amplia cocina recientemente renovada y renovada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Dormitorio de reina de primer nivel con acceso a baño. Gran terraza con vista al lago con toldo retráctil y parrilla a gas. El tercer piso tiene una gran suite principal con baño principal que incluye bañera de hidromasaje. El nivel inferior tiene un segundo gran salón perfecto para que los niños se reúnan. El sofá tiene un colchón de la reina. Dos habitaciones, una reina con baño y una habitación con dos camas. Salga al lago y disfrute del paddle board, nuestro bote de remos y kayak, además de muchas carrozas e isla inflable con altavoz MP3. En frente de nuestra unidad está el río Pemi, ideal para pescar. La casa club cercana tiene una gran piscina cubierta climatizada / jacuzzi, canchas de racquetball, una gran sala grande con mesas de juego. We really enjoyed our stay! Their home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean! It’s in a perfect location, right on the lake, river is behind the home and it’s very close to the indoor pool/ rec center! We would definitely stay here again!

We rented this condo for two nights for a family ski trip for 9, children and adults. The condo is very attractive, and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room, very comfortable, wonderful fireplace. Only minutes to Loon Mountain. The Clubhouse has a very nice pool and other activities. It sits on a pretty pond. We all highly recommend it.

The property was amazing! Great central location to everything the White Mountains have to offer. House had every amenity you could need, right on the lake with access to kayak, paddleboards and floats. Great community with short simple trails leading to the river. Probably my best stay in NH yet!

Awesome time as always
Deer Park is super convenient to everything and Kristen's place is in the best spot. Awesome addition of the bunk room downstairs too. Place is always in great shape and she is accessible when you need her. We'll be back next year.

Family vacation
I’ve been going to Deer Park off and on for 7 years this home was amazing. The owner was wonderful. The inside was very clean and was supplied with anything you would’ve needed. Perfect view of mountain and beach and had a great time with all the paddle boards , floats and paddle boat. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 friends (all seniors). We loved and enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect and great location to attractions. We highly recommend this house for fun and relaxation. We bring great memories with us home.

We've stay in several units at Deer Park and this was by far the nicest property we've experienced. Great location on the water, with mountain views. Unit appears to have been recently updated. Nice amenities! Very clean! Communication with the owner was easy. Quick response to all of my inquiries. Will rent this unit again.

This condo is amazing. Located on a beautiful pond, it's spacious, roomy and clean. We were there for a two night girls getaway and had a blast. The owner was so generous and quick to respond. Clean, convenient, warm home with every amenity. Perfect for a family or two families with children... beautifully located on a serene lake and next to a creek. Did we say clean??? Impeccable, is more accurate! Kids loved the club house... parents loved the fire place and thoughtfulness of owners. We had a wonderful visit and will be coming back.

BEST vacation rental ever
I rent vacation homes every summer and I got to say this place is the best of the best. There's nothing to hesitate about this beautiful, warm, and amazing lake house. Cleanliness is most important to us, and when we got there I was really surprised how clean they kept the house. The house was immaculately equipped and private. Also, it's so much better than the photos. What more could you ask for?
Deer Park Resort is a big community, so we were really happy that it was just a short walk to the club house and they have a nice indoor pool. This place is perfect to relax and enjoy! The view from the patio is amazing too! There's so much more to this place and photos don't tell all.
Whenever we had a question, Kristen was always quick to respond. After our trip, I've been telling our family and friends that I found the best vacation home. We can wait to come back!

Perfect in every way!
This property is perfect from start to finish! The location is ideal with the lake right outside the back door and the river and walking trails outside the front door! Steps away from the clubhouse too! The unit is beautifully clean and extremely well stocked with anything and everything you may need from rollaway cots & towels to life jackets and floats/boats. We’ve been coming to Deer Park and the Lincoln/Woodstock area for 40 years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We will be returning frequently! Owner is very accessible and helpful with questions as well!

Clean, quiet, great layout!
We had a great weekend - the condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials (plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc).
The tv was a bit of a challenge to use but figured it out.
