Perfect spot in Wolfeboro to capture the essence of this lovely village! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would go back in a heart beat. Bob was a most gracious and accomodating host.

We stayed here in June 2023 and it was exactly what we were looking for - access to shops and restaurants (literally right outside the door) and access to a dock for kayaking and SUPs. While the weather didn’t cooperate for the boating, the place was perfect for what we needed.

Property as advertised. Great location!!! Owners very responsive with questions. Check in and out easy.

The apartment was super quaint and comfy. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were soft and cozy. Check in was simple as was check out. I would totally stay again!!

I thought the place needs a deep cleaning starting with the cobwebs around the kitchen window and maybe around the door to enter this charming home for more of a welcome feeling . It was not a good first impression . The bathroom is newly renovated and was thankfully very clean except for the Bath rug that desperately needs to be replaced! Unfortunately we couldn’t sit on the porch furniture to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake because after we got the leaves off the cushions on the porch furniture they were too damp to sit on but we moved to the picnic table and the lovely Adirondack chairs on the lawn. I know this review sounds conflicting but I always look for the positive . I rolled up the bathroom rug , I swept the cobwebs from the door frame and enjoyed the fact that we could park our car and not use it again until our three day visit was over.

Lovely condo on the Lake. Balcony that looks over the lake and beautiful view of the town and lake. Stairs up as is a second floor apartment but sturdy railing to help if needed. Bob easily reachable and checked in to make sure we were all set. Extremely walkable town with great shops and restaurants. Right in front of the condo is The Yum Yum Shop. Great ice cream, bakery and the best coffee I have had in awhile. Lots of extras condiments, syrup, dressing, and extra cleaning supplies..Hope to get back again!

Loved the location and the view was outstanding! Walking distance to Main Street stores and Restuarants. Very convenient location. There were only 2 of us, so we didn't utilize the upstairs, but easily would accommodate a large family.

Perfect location! Comfortable arrangements with so many amenities included. Bob was fantastic to deal with. Would love to come back .

During our three night stay at this perfectly sized condo, my husband & I truly enjoyed the downtown vibe of quaint Wolfboro. We used our boat, fished from the dock & enjoyed our dinners on the deck. Best of all……ice cream from the Yum Yum Shoppe! Our extended family took a day trip to visit & there was plenty of room to enjoy the inside of the unit. Thank you for sharing your magical place in Wolfboro!

Came in March and loved so much we came back in April for another week, we absolutely love the place, the location, views are breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked, everything is so clean, bed super comfortable, couldn’t ask for more having a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Coming again in May and plan to make this our regular go to place as we have fallen in love with Wolfboro. Thanks again for another wonderful, comfortable stay.

We had a gray home staying here with friends. The view of the lake and proximity to downtown can’t be beat!

Clean accommodations and great location.

This was a super place to stay: comfortable, elegant, convenient to wonderful places to eat, wander, and shop. Easy for trips on and around the lake, as well as Mt. Washington and other classic New England sites.

A very comfortable condo, nicely appointed. A great location with amazing views. We highly recommend staying here.

Located right in the heart of downtown Wolfboro this lovely condo on the lake is perfect for a family looking to be right in the action yet with a feeling of quintessential New England. Drink your coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. Bike path very close. Kitchen has everything you need but many restaurants and bakeries within steps if you don't want to cook.

We enjoyed our stay here in this condo right ton Lake Winnipesaukee. Very close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a charming downtown area. Would highly recommend.

The location is prime. The accommodations could not have been better. The property owner could not have been more accommodating.

The location of this property is amazing! There's a beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee as well as most of the restaurants in Wolfboro are within walking distance. The property itself was very cute and clean.

Excellent location for chilling on the deck or lawn and watching the boats go by. Swimming off of the small beach was clean and refreshing. Perfect in town location for shopping.

Perfect, the balcony and lawn allow you to be out in the fresh air enjoying the activities of the bay and you could actually swim from the front yard. It was right in the middle of town.

We got there and there was a great deal of thing that we did not expect, like condiments,coffee, everything you needed to cook. The views were great. Bob is a great host. We had a place for our boat. Sat on the porch many hours. Yum Yum shop 75 ft away for breakfast donuts and pastry’s, at night ice cream. Short walk to many places to eat, try full belly deli. One more time Bob great host.

I can’t properly describe how beautiful the view is from the balcony and the convenience of the location. It was perfect. And Bob is the most friendly and gracious host. Our new favorite spot in Wolfeboro!
