Charming cottage. Location to water and restaurants excellent. I worked remote so required reliable WiFi. By adding a WiFi booster, I had reliable WiFi except for two days when I had to use hotspot.

Cottage was very cute and cozy. Perfect for 2 people. It’s in a great location, property is well maintained and we had a great time over the weekend. Would definitely refer friends and family to stay here.

The overall place was very cute and quiet, which was what we wanted, to be away from all the party crowd. This is exactly the place if privacy and quiet is what you're looking for. Quick tip for anyone looking to cross the fairy to Port Aransas. When we got to the fairy at 11:30 am, the wait time was 45 mins. we decided to drive toward Corpus Christy to the South side, which was quicker than waiting for the fairy. After a day in Padre Island, we took the fairy back into Rockport, which was quick, only 30 minute wait time and quick to cross. We enjoyed the cottage stay and will return in the future. Our only sad part was on the last evening. We did not have good wi-fi connection. We were trying to watch a movie, which kept stopping every 2 minutes. I think everyone was on the same connection which slowed down eventually. This isn't a bad thing if you're on vacation, we weren't upset. We were happy to find such a cute place.

Property is small, bed was comfortable. Reviews were spot on. Great for two people doing a short stay. Property was well equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap. Coffee and filters.

Always clean. Stayed here before and love the cottage and location.

We were forced to checkout a day earlier due to the flash floods in Rockport. The cottage was at the verge of receiving flood water when we were forced leave around 11am. I will request a reimbursement for that day lost as a result of the weather.

The cottage was cozy and very comfortable we had a great stay!

Mesquitos very bad, could not open door or go to vehicle without getting swarmed with them. Parking not good for cottage #5, the Palm, especially if you have a truck. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable, definitely not meant for taller people as far as shower, toilet, and beds. Bathroom way too small. Probably ok for petite shorter people. It looks nice and clean inside and there were plenty of dishes and towels. There is a burner missing from the stove. Window AC worked well. Outdoor Grills were not clean and still had old bucket of charcoal sitting around.

Good but a few hidden charges that should be part of renting 160 .00 in few besides tax that you expext.

The owners & manager were easy to communicate with & met my every need,. It was perfect, and my cats especially enjoyed the big tree in the deck. I liked there were outlets on the deck so I could charge my phone while relaxing. Peaceful surroundings, close to everything, especially the water & birds. I will recommend this place to family & friends!

The property had everything I needed. It was very easy to maintain while I was there. The location was amazing.

My husband and I stayed at The Palm over Labor Day. The cute little cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. It actually is 1/2 of a twin which I didn’t realize. It was small but had everything we needed for 2 nights. It’s nicely decorated, has a huge refrigerator, coffee & cream was supplied which was a nice touch. There is a huge deck right outside this cottage, but unfortunately due to mosquitoes we weren't able to use it. Be sure to bring bug repellent! The cottage is within walking distance to the water, restaurants and other businesses. There is no real beach here, but the Rockport Beach is only a couple miles away and its quite nice. There also a nice H-E-B grocery store nearby. Parking outside the cottage is tight. The weekend we were here there were several large pickup trucks (including ours) and getting in and out was tricky.

The cabin was cute, exactly as described and was close to everything we needed.

The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. We were having a girls weekend for my best friend’s birthday and wanted a place to stay that was close to everything for the two of us. The cabin is adorable and really was fully equipped with everything from standard items like towels, toiletries and coffee all the way to kitchen utensils, pots/pans and even beach chairs, extra beach towels, and an ice chest. You can see the care that went into ensuring their guests had a wonderful experience! We saw reviews that the cabins were small but it was exactly as expected from the pictures (except that there was only one full size bed instead of two twins, but honestly made more sense for the layout anyway). The cabin is the equivalent of a small studio apartment and the perfect size for two guests. Overall, we were highly satisfied and will definitely be repeat guests!

My sister and I had a great time. The apartment was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. #3 Fin and Feathers is a great find. The owner was quick to answer when we called, we only had to call one time only because we were having a problem with the key pad, but once we figured it out we had not propblems. Will want to stay again when we travel to Fulton again.

Super clean cottage near restaurants, perfect for a couple.

It says 1 bedroom but it's an just a bed in the living room. Shows a fishing pier and there is no pier for the complex. Clean but not as pictured whatsoever.

The location of the property is excellent We found it as described clean everything we needed and we really enjoyed it. As mentioned in the reviews the bathroom is tiny but functioned properly and is doable. Would rent again Thx Coffee pot not working Also we would like more info on the fin and feather for future stay this fall

Rented this place for a short stay in town. Pros: very close to water, quiet, clean, nice communal deck, ac works. Cons: there was a weird/stale smell in my cottage, the fridge had rust in the outside (I did not look inside). Bed and couch were both super soft, could be either a pro or a con. This is a great place for couples or singles if you want to just chill for a bit. I'd compare it to staying in a very clean college apartment.

Clean, pleasant but dated accommodations; easy to get to and near the water, restaurants and shopping..

Place was very clean. Not a lot of (boat)parking. Parked in the yard off the road. Bathroom was tiny. Just some minor things to take into account.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cabin 5. It was just the right size, clean and neat. Suited our purpose as we lounged and toured that part of our great state.

Stayed at Island time for July 4. Had a great time. Stay a whole week. Although most of the piers in Rockport were still damaged. We found several places to fish. The mosquitos did their best to get us but we overcame. As far as the cottage. Very pretty. Well decorated. Kitchen stocked with all utensils needed. I always take stuff from home—deodorizer, extra towels, extra blankets, paper plates, cups so on. Just in case. We enjoyed the stay. Will recommend to our relatives who love Rockport. No hot water the entire stay, not enough bath and hand towels, dishes in kitchen were dirty with caked on food. floors were poorly cleaned, found empty water bottles by bed and night stand. Owner did respond quickly with plumber when I called about the hot water and for 2 hrs we had tepid water to bathe in, after that it was back to cold. This rental was worth no more than $50 per night. Location was near boat ramp and restaurants but nowhere near any beach access. It was evident that water had been standing on the floors for some time after the hurricane because they did not replace the night stand or chest of drawers. No smell of mold however. Bath extremely tiny and toilet was sized for a child. I'm only 5'2" it was low for me, my husband 6' was nearly impossible to use. Kitchen useless, dishes had dried food on many of the plates and bowls. Obvious cleaning staff did not check cleaning skills of last occupants. Refrigerator had many stains and a slight oder but did make Ice and we were able to refreeze our ice packs. Owners would do well to enlarge bath, downsize kitchen to sink, refrigerator and microwave and not worry about people trying to cook. Most eat out except perhaps for breakfast.Can't recommend this set of rentals, there are 5, if you are wanting anything more than a place to sleep. No proper lighting for any reading except the ceiling fixture and you could only watch TV if you were in bed as the couch was on the same wall as the TV.

The property was cute and very clean. We were aware that the bathroom/toilet was very small, so we were not surprised. The property was very convenient to the Fulton Oysterfest that we were attending. Short walk to the fest, shopping and restaurants. It was well stocked with whatever we might need. Fulton is in the midst of recovery from Harvey, and the devastation is still very evident. This property is in good repair and very livable. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but that’s really my only complaint. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
