Great location on a 100 ft bluff overseeing the ocean. Tons of whale sightings - at a distance so mostly just the spouts so bring binocs. Pair of bald eagles perched on branch next door. House was perfect for us. Did lots of grilling on side deck. Took glass blowing lesson nearby. Very nice drives along the coast.

The house has amazing views and the beach access is relatively close. We were able to get to and from the beach quickly which allowed us to make multiple trips per day which was great with a child. The home is well maintained and clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. No complaints!

It was a great spot, clean, easy to check in, lots of space, comfy lounging areas, loved that they had toys for the kiddo. It was 5 women and my 4 year old daughter for a girls weekend. Close to beach access. Only negative was my email had different check out instructions than the posted sign inside the house so we weren’t sure which ones to follow. Also, they need a new can opener and some Kleenex would be nice. Otherwise, no complaints.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It was wonderful to just sit in the living room and watch the sunset over the water.

Great place! Amazing views! Very comfortable! The garbage disposal was broken and the sink kept getting clogged. Called the company and they said they would send someone and we waited all day for them. No plumber. Waste of a day! Dang.

This house was spacious, clean and had a great view. However, the ammenities were lacking. Low on supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trashbags, soaps, pillowcases, etc.

Beautiful place, well equipped in all aspects and well maintained. Location over the beach provides great views and beach access is a short walk although a challenge for some walking back up the steep hill. Caution is required when walking or exiting the driveway due to the very narrow street and some passers-by driving too fast. We'd book it again in a heartbeat!

Had a great time with the family. House was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable and having the back play room with 3 little ones was amazing. Two thumbs up!

Wow! This property was great for our family of grandparents, parents and kids ages 2-8. Plenty of space, well appointed, comfortable, AND incredible views. We loved spotting whales from the living room and the deck. Additionally, we had a little issue with a toaster and the management company responded immediately and brought a replacement. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in this home and definitely would recommend it to others.

Had a wonderful stay, perfectly met our needs. Does not have cable but streaming was fine. Only recommendation I have is they install handrail on walkway up to front door. It was challenging for our older family members.

Overall the property was outstanding. The only two things missing that could really help check all the boxes are cable tv and a hot tub. There is internet but trying to stream a movie was impossible.

The property has a very wonderful view. It was very clean. Because of lack of cleaners (Covid) we couldn’t get in until 5:30. There was ample space. Large area to spread out in. It smelled clean and was clean.

Prior to arrival we were told a dishwasher technician would be repairing the dishwasher. We arrived to a note saying the dishwasher was inoperable so we called and the management company basically said "sorry, you're out of luck" and promised to keep us posted, which they did not, and we had to hand wash all dishes throughout our stay. The refuse had not been picked up when we arrived either, so we made do cramming trash into the already full bins which wasn't ideal. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and the layout of the home is great.

My husband uses a walker so getting him in and out was fun and I had a hard time also. But once you were in it was great.

For layout, the first floor has a two space garage with interior steps that lead to the second floor. The second floor, which is the main floor, can be accessed through the garage or both sides of the exterior of the house where the left side leads to the deck and the right side leads to the front door; the front door has a keypad so no need to worry about keys but do use the instructions in the welcome email if you are not familiar with using a keypad. Once inside, the second/main floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, two guest rooms, game room and a bathroom. The entry way closet has a lot of games so it is great for family and friends! The dining room comfortably seats 10 people. The kitchen contains the essentials but the dishwasher does not properly wash dishes so use it as a sanitizer, not a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet with extra bedding, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a pull out couch with a twin bed. Across from the master bedroom is a guest room with queen bed and adjacent to the master bedroom is a kids room with two bunk beds. The second floor concludes with a game room that has a lot of Nintendo Wii and classic children's DVR movies. On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Overall, this is a great weekend getaway! Final thoughts: This house is not old but it also is not new. If it were ever to be renovated with heated vinyl flooring, quartz kitchen countertops or a bigger third floor, then this house could easily rent for more but it is already a stunner with an unbeatable view.

We’re in awe at the gorgeous views (the pictures don’t even do it justice). The home is within 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach that sometimes even have many tide pools. The kids had so much fun finding shells and creatures! The home is also located just minutes from the outlet mall and many restaurants. Our entire family (3 children, great grandma, grandma, aunt, mom and dad) would stay here again any time and would highly recommend to anyone. There was so much at the house to keep us entertained. Kids had a game room, 2 closets full of board games and many beach toys provided also. We can’t wait to come back!

We had to initially call when we arrived because we couldn’t get the code to work but they talked us right through it and got us in quick! The ocean view was amazing! I loved that the house felt lived in by having mismatched dishes and furniture from newer styles to antiques. The beach access was at the bottom of the hill and would be easy to walk to for someone who was in great shape. My mom uses a cane and I had double knee surgery, so walking was out of the question for us. My son used the grill and he said that it did fine for him. We have family that live in Salem and we all met up at the house. We had 9 people in our group and we were not on top of each other and everyone had space enough to be comfortable. The closet in the living room was well stocked with various games and one of the bedrooms had puzzles! We never turned on the tv once! There were even books to read as well as cookbooks. The nearby beaches and towns were easy to get to and fun to explore. I love all of the little shops with the local crafts and we definitely brought home some souvenirs as well as some salt water taffy! Everyone we encountered was super nice and pleasant to chat with. We mostly used the kitchen for our meals and ate out a couple of times! I highly recommend The Chowder Bowl! I have to eat there at least once every visit. Other’s in my group loved Mo’s. We would 100% stay here again. As a travel agent, I have stayed in several vacation homes and this one is in my top 3! Thank you for this amazing house and we hope to stay again in future visits!

Just love everything about this house!! The stairs were a little more then I expected to get into the house, but the ocean view’s made it worth every step!! I would stay here again!!
