Ubicado en la sección original de Kiawah en una calle tranquila, con una hermosa vista al mar es este espacioso de cinco dormitorios, tres baños. Freshfields, el Mercado de Paja y todas las instalaciones de la isla están a un corto paseo a pie o en bicicleta de distancia. El acceso al océano está justo enfrente de la casa.

When we were looking for a place for our trip, we wanted something close to the beach at a reasonable price. This fit the bill and glad we booked it, just across the street and over the boardwalk is the beach which is great if you only have a short time to beach that day or not lugging your stuff too far.
The house is in good shape and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and pots/pans/etc. laundry works great. Beds were comfy enough (they aren’t ever like sleeping at home are they?), though I should have brought a pillow with me, the ones there were a little hard for my liking. The two screened porches are nice but it was super hot when we were there so didn’t use them a whole lot. There is a very small beach view but it’s kind of looking out one of the the windows in a certain way saying “hey there’s the beach” and that’s about it. The only negative really is as others have commented on it is relatively dark in most of the rooms, even with all the lights on. . Aside from that we were pleased with the house and the island and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again.

The home was meticulously clean, with lots of thoughtful details throughout. The spacious screened in porch in the back was the primary gathering spot for our group.

We had an amazing stay at 8 Eugenia Avenue -which is directly across the street from the beach and one of the boardwalks to get there. As we biked all over the island we saw many families biking with beach chairs and bags on their back. For us, we could come and go from the beach to the house throughout the day as we wanted to, to get a snack or take a break. The phrase in real estate, "location, location, location" is a great description of this lovely home. The home's 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed us to spread out. comfortably. The porch on the front allows you sit and listen to the ocean and the back porch was huge and filled with lots of great furniture either to eat at tables or to lounge on and relax. The grill out back was brand new and great for grilling on! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more .. to the detail that I needed poppy seeds to make coleslaw and couldn't find it at the store - and then realized there was a cabinet full of spices, etc. , including poppy seeds! We have always wanted to find the beach house that we would want to return to year after year as our family grows - and now we have done so! We will definitely be back!!

Everything went very well from check in on, no problem or issues, the cleaning crew was there at 10 and we weren’t out of the property felt a little rushed

Great location and easy access to the beach. We felt like we were in a private neighborhood on the island tucked away from the crowds. We enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhoods on the bike paths, seeing gators in and around the ponds, and riding our bikes on the beach. We felt like we were on a private beach...no one within 500 yards of us on either side. The house felt very comfortable...had plenty of good cookware, tons of books for beach reading and games to play with the family. We will stay at this house again.

We loved the property! It is exactly what a beach house should be ... cottagey but with every convenience that we could have wanted. The kitchen was super well-stocked and the beach access couldn't have been any closer with it being right across the street. The screened porches were wonderful and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. You can tell the owner takes great care of this property and cares about their guests by all the little extras that are included.

Firstly, the locaion of the property is excellent. It is directly across the street from the boardwalk to the beach; in other words just a few short steps from the ocean. The house itself is dated and somewhat dark. However, it is equiped with a modern kitchen that comes with every kitchen appliance and tool one can imagine. I have not seen a rental property so well equiped.

This is a great beach house. The location is A+; it is a short (2 minute ) walk to your spot on the beach with the beach access walkway being directly across the street. The house is on one of the nicest streets in Kiawah but because it is toward a dead in, there is little traffic. The house itself is a great; it is a very charming old school, one story house with beautiful hardwood throughout, and both front and back porches. The five bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space and the common areas- den, porches, kitchen and dining room- have plenty of space for the full group. All bedrooms and living space have ceiling fans which is really nice. The house is very, very clean. The kitchen is the best equipped that I have ever rented with the tools, equipment and serving dishes and barware for whatever you decide to cook/make. With that being said, the very best attribute of this house is probably the incredibly nice and very conscientious owner. She insures that you are well informed about the house, that all of your questions are answered and that everything is as it should be. This one of the very best VRBO experiences that we have had in our 15+ years of renting 40+ properties. We will be back!

This is one of the most convenient homes we have ever rented. It takes about 30 seconds to walk to the beach and about 1 minute to bike to the bike path. The home is well stocked and comfortable. We loved our time here!

We had a great four or five days on Kiawah at this house! Meda was fantastic with communication before, during, and after our stay... we had no problems with the house at all. The house is exactly as listed. The house is a bit older than average, a bit dark on the inside, but is clean and has everything family might need for an enjoyable trip… Again, no false advertising for sure. The location is unbelievable. Directly across from the boardwalk to a great beach on Kiawah! And dog friendly with Giant back yard! It’s appropriately priced. We will be back!

This house has it all. Perfect location, perfect size and layout for multiple family members, kitchen had everything and more and working with Meda was great. If we end up in Kiawah again this would be our first choice. Thanks for opening up your home to our family so we could make great memories during this crazy year.
