It was clean and perfectly located.

The space was comfy to come back to after a long day of work. Beds were comfy and space was clean. There wasn't much space to unpack though, as most of the dresser drawers were filled with extra bedding and towels. Parking was a bit tight for my SUV, but all and all it was good stay, and for the price, I would stay again.

I messaged the host twice about early check in and never got a response. Upin arrival the heat was turned off and the apartment was freezing. When we returned around 830 pm the grease smell from the restaurant below was suffocating to the point we had to open a window. All of our clothes smell now.

We enjoyed our stay at Koreana #2 on a recent Friday night in Decorah. The location downtown is fantastic. This apartment more realistically sleeps 4 (not 6) unless 3 people sleep in each queen bed or 2 people sleep in the couch recliners. The one parking spot provided is quite small, and additional overnight parking in downtown Decorah is hard to find. Overall we enjoyed this VRBO however.

We stayed for one night and was very comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Lovely property, clean, everything you need. Location is in the heart of downtown close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Great base for exploring Decorah. Lots very nearby to walk to for food, drink, shopping and sightseeing. Easy check in instructions sent ahead of time. Nice clean place with lots of room.

This apartment was located in the middle of downtown which was great for walking around and shopping. It was very clean and had all amenities needed for us to stay the 8 days. There are a couple of other apartments in the building so there was a bit of a noise issue above us at night but it didn’t last very long. Overall we had a good experience here and would rent again.

This is our 3rd stay at Koreana since our son began college at Luther. It is extremely spacious, clean, and has a renovated modern atmosphere. Kitchen is full equipped and a shirt flight of steps downstairs and you come right out onto downtown and walking distance ro all local shops and dining. Always rent hear because we can comfortably cook a homemade meal for son and few of of his friends.

And the location was perfect for walking around town for meals and even to get to campus. I already booked it for parents' weekend next fall.

The pictures of the property pictures didn't lie. Very clean, spacious and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend this location!!!!

The Koreana couldn't be in a better location, smack dab downtown. Apartment 2 had all the essentials, including a dishwasher. The check-in process was a breeze and parking in the back alley was very convenient, especially because street parking is limited and not allowed from 3 am to 6 am. I would have appreciated a slightly cleaner apartment, perhaps swept and dusted, and a working washer/dryer. But all in all, it's location trumped the negatives. Bonus-The Koreana Restaurant below has excellent shushi and great service.

The only downside is that the parking spot in the alley is too small for anything except a motorcycle or maybe a very small, compact car. Unfortunately, I drove into town in a minivan. The space is located behind the rear entrance to the Koreana restaurant and a sign clearly states the door must not be blocked. The only way not to block the entrance was to have the back of my vehicle butting into the alley... which obviously could be hit by another vehicle, especially after dark. So I had to park on the street overnight, which earned me a parking ticket. The next afternoon when we returned to the apartment, the space was being used by another car, even though it's clearly designated for the unit we rented for two nights. On the other hand, the unit itself was great! Clean and very comfortable, with super easy access to Deborah's sweet downtown, restaurants, parks, shops, and even a grocery store a block away. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If you don't need a parking space for a full size vehicle, this is a great choice for a stay.

Great spot to be in the center of it. Easy to grab food from anywhere up and down the main strip in downtown. Has parking in the alley in the back, which with no overnight street parking for several blocks, is really handy. Place could use a little more thorough cleaning, dust on the ceiling fan, etc. I would stay again though.
