The room had everything we needed! It was perfect for our honeymoon and the view on the balcony was amazing!

Great location and pretty view from the balcony! Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo was clean, loved the hot tubs after a long day of hiking, and it was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Breck.

I literally can't say enough about the location of this little condo. We were in town for a quick trip for a friend's wedding in Frisco. We walked everywhere as we were one block away from Main Street Breck! We had rented a car thru Turo and the parking included was much appreciated and secure. I didn't realize that this is essentially a Marriott hotel so you check in like you would at a regular hotel. It was nice having someone at the front desk 24/7 for any questions or assistance. As for the condo itself, it could use some lovin'. Carpet worn but clean. The shower curtain and bathroom had seen better days but stocked with enough towels & wash cloths. Extremely comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Balcony is lovely just wish it had a couple chairs on it to sit out and enjoy the view! Kitchen equipped with the necessities; we really didn't utilize it as we were all about the eats on Main Street. Overall it was a wonderful stay here, seamless check in/check out and the location, again, was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Breckenridge.

We had a great stay! We own a house close by but it was rented out so we found this place to stay and it was great. Great view of the slopes and so easy to get to Quicksilver. We loved it and would stay again. And the four hot tubs were nice!

The Marriott is a great location, close to town a couple of hundred yards to the slopes. Hard to beat.

Great location over looking the resort and the lift. Easy check in process and easy walking distance to shops, food and every location. Gym and game room were clean. Overall my family and had an amazing time no issues with noises or crowds at all definitely great vacation !!

The property was very close to Quicksilver chairlift. Also, a lot of restaurants in the area that are walking distance. Christmas week was very crowded with gridlock traffic in the evening hours . I would recommend going later in January or February because of the crowds.

Wonderful location! The property manager did not respond at all when we reached out to him about early check in, but did call us back when there was an electrical issue in the bathroom. Communication could definitely be improved.

Very expensive but very convenient to ski/snowboarding

The resorts location was amazing!!! Just a few steps to the quicksilver lift and a ski in to the steps of the Marriott. The room itself was a decent size room with a great view. Only drawback was the decor itself was in need of some work. Our comforter had a big rip in it at the base. Our pillow covers did not smell clean. I attempted to reach the owner twice by message to ask a couple of questions and never got a response. I had to call the resort to get my questions answered. Overall I would for sure recommend this resort for convenience and location!!

Overall an amazing experience. Great location, excellent amenities, stunning views, walking distance from everything one desires. Fantastic 5 star staff!

Building, apt, location, host were all great

Super close to the slopes at Breckenridge. Great staff, well appointed room. They need to do a soft goods refresh, and do some minor repairs here and there.

Check in process was quite difficult cause the receptionist couldn't find my reservation. The room is good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids maximum. Kitchen has all the apliances but missing couple of cutleries, plates and cups. Few items broken or missing, some of them were replaced after we called the front desk others not because that room doesn't belong to the hotel. Car Parking is covered and free but is not on the same building, which requires more effort if traveling with kids and weather round 5 F. Location is awesome, ski in and out with just a few steps from the chair lift and main street with shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host was nonexistent, emails were not answered, but in general was a good time, and we consider come back in the future.

Everything you need is within walking distance. The view is amazing and the sound of the river tops it off. Clean and friendly staff. Would stay again

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is really clean and well kept. Great location to one of the ski in, ski outs. 5 minute walk to Main Street which was so great. The building is a but older but clean. Downsides were that you can’t check in until 4pm and you have to go to the reception desk (no self check in/out), the receptionist don’t really have any insights to your property, you have to park in a completely different building and walk over, and the property manager wasn’t the most responsive about the check in process. That being said, I think we would still come back to stay here. We liked the experience overall.

Easy booking. Easy check in. Clean up to date accommodations. Excellent in town location. Excellent views from windows and balcony. You won’t be disappointed!
