Wonderful communication with Toni. Great close walking to a local hike (city creek park to city creek canyon). Walking to City Creek shopping and restaurants. Extremely Clean and spacious for our group of 6. Very nice to have 2 reserved parking spaces off street. The kitchen was fully stocked, Cold water bottles upon arrival. Also important items like extra paper towels, lots of k cups for coffee, stocked for cooking and nice selection of condiments in cupboard, also extra toilet paper, extra towels and wonderful toiletries in the bathrooms, everything that was needed for a stay. Thanks a ton

I’m glad 2 people ended up backing out because there were only enough beds to sleep 10, not 12 like the listing states. That’s the only thing that bothered me, the rest of our 5 days were perfect

We were in town for a convention at the Salt Palace. This cozy condo was absolutely perfect. It comfortably slept 8 women. Any more would have been too tight. The condo could be hard to find but feels so tucked away and safe. We had the best time. We felt like we had a home to go back to after long days. This condo was better stocked than any other rental I've ever used.

The space was very nice and the location was great. We walked or rode the Trax everywhere. It was cold outside and we were bundled up and enjoyed the experience.
The VRBO had everything we needed and had a fully stocked kitchen with all the all of the non pearishable baking needs, if one would want to cook/bake there. Just need to purchase the perishables. It is a basement unit, but that was not a problem at all. We would definitely stay there again next year at this time, if it is available. Our family travels to SLC every year during the Christmas season and spends a weekend enjoying the Christmas season in downtown SLC area walking and riding the train to get places.

Overall it is was great stay at this apartment, it was very close to all downtown venues I needed to get to. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than it actually is but it worked fine for 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

The property manager was very kind and was easy to work with. This was a first experience with VRBO and we will do it again. Great location and walking distance to downtown. It was a basement apartment so the upstairs tenants were a little loud and we could hear about everything. Other than that, it was perfect and would do this property again. It was very clean and well set up. One thing was no patio for relaxing on and being outside.

The only thing I would have the owners change are the stairs, they are very steep, and I think they should be replaced. And put fans in the bathrooms. Very nice, open and also cozy feeling in the home. I have stayed in other places up town but this was the best. Thanks for a great stay.

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was one of my favorites! Completely modern finishes awesome layout, and superb location. There were 7 of us and a baby and we were completely comfortable. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, and we enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area. Highly reccomend this gem of a place!

Business and Fun!
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Its PERFECT!! The location is great (walking distance to the convention center) and the street is adorable. Toni was very accommodating with our early arrival and let us in a couple hours early!! Highly recommend!!

We stayed in this property with a group of teens for a church group. We loved the location! So conveniently located, in a beautiful neighborhood! Everything was sparkling clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need! Wonderful property!!

Great place to stay in SLC and skiing
Very cute, clean place! Everything has been updated and the design is very nice. There is a full kitchen that has EVERYTHING you would need to cook, even spices, sugar and flour. It was very well thought out and labeled. The bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of closet space and the bed are very comfortable with lots of extra blankets. The washer/dryer is new and the bathrooms are well stocked too. Great place for our ski week in SLC. We skied Deer Valley and Snowbird and it was nice to come back to SLC and eat and shop in the evening. The outside of the building is very old, but once you are inside the 3 bedroom place, it didn't mater because it was very roomy and new.

The property was as pictured and had great extras, like a children's play area and toys, but unfortunately it is a downstairs apartment. The tenants above were quite active past midnight and all the walking, laundry and facilities use are loud and make it hard to sleep.

The location was great. Walkable to grocerty store, Capitol, Temple Square, downtown, etc. It had the absolute best stocked kitchen we have seen in a VRBO. Property Manager Toni was very responsive when our coffee pot was broken, the TV didn't work and we needed more washcloths. Only comment I would have is that people need to know that there are about 6 steep steps down once you get in the door. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic place for family
This unit had everything! High chair, pack nplay, and lots of toys! Clean comfortable, great proximity to downtown. Kitchen twice a big as our own. Owner was helpful with early check in.

Great location and well-appointed unit
This property is vey well-appointed and is in a great location. Access to so many things are close by. That being said, it’s a basement apartment and you can really hear the tenants upstairs. Also, there was a “booming” noise that seemed to come from the pipes in the ceiling. We heard it at least 4-5 times during our stay, and usually right about the time we were falling asleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper, I highly recommend this place for the decor and location. There were six of us staying there and we had plenty of space. There’s also a play area for kids, which mine appreciated.
