We stayed at Tortilla Flats for 4 days and had a great time. Marie was a great host, welcoming us in person and a delicious brown sugar cake upon our arrival. The apartment is located in Gardiner, right at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The place was clean; kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking and meal preparations. Convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour companies. In addition to exploring different areas of Yellowstone, we did water rafting on Yellowstone River and went ziplining during our stay.

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is the perfect size for this year's party of three. Very close to all the facilities we needed and entrance to the park. Cooked breakfast and dinner a few days and also enjoyed Marie's coffee cake she made for our arrival! Met and had a very nice talk with Marie on our last morning. Would highly recommend this beautiful unit to anyone.

As a retired couple from Southern Utah, my husband and I wanted a short getaway from the summer desert heat. Tortilla Flats was absolutely perfect for us. We are frequent visitors to the Yellowstone area so the location was ideal. Marie was wonderful. She communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us a delicious coffee cake and had it waiting for us when we arrived. Jim was so nice as well.
Tortilla Flats has plenty of space, a full kitchen, a master bedroom, large bathroom, and satellite TV. From the back deck, we could watch the rafts go down the Yellowstone River. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Our stay was wonderful, and after staying for two weeks, we did not want to leave.

The accommodations were really nice and the location was as convenient as you could ask. We were about three minutes away from the North Park exist which made it very easy to get to where we wanted to go. Marie was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and provided some great tips for us! Definitely recommend staying at Tortilla Flats!

Marie, the rental host, greeted us with a delicious homemade coffee cake. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good tips for wildlife viewing. The rental was spacious for four of us and had beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. I highly recommend staying here.

My 38 year old son and I stayed at Tortilla Flats and were so happy we had made that choice vs a hotel. Ther e was a room for my son and slept in the room by the entrance. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and I was able to get away from my son's snoring. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home, provided information about the town and where to eat and very helpful about Yellowstone as Marie had worked there for 10 years.

Tortilla Flats was our home away from home for 3 days! We loved being there, along the Yellowstone River in Gardner MT. The apt. was clean, homey, had a well stocked kitchen plus grill on porch which we used one night! Marie's coffee cake was scrumptious and a welcome treat after driving a distance through the Natl' Park which we fully loved! Great location near the North gate was an asset. Thank you Marie for allowing us to stay in this home away from home!

Tortilla Flats was the perfect home base for our exploration of the northern areas of Yellowstone . Also Gardiner is a nice little gateway town.
Tortilla Flats was exactly as advertised, spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. And then there was the delicious coffee cake that Marie had waiting for us upon our arrival! The whirlpool bathtub was a welcome finale to our busy days of hiking and animal watching.
Marie was a gracious and congenial host. We highly recommend Tortilla Flats!

The property was very clean, well supplied and comfortable. The Manager lives next door and is readily available if you need anything but not the annoying hovering type. We spend long days in Yellowstone which was a very easy access from the location. Coming back each night was like coming home. So comfortable and so cozy. The owners have put a lot of attention into many details to make this the great place to stay that it is.

This place is like a home away from home - the perfect place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We loved being able to cook some meals for ourselves and relax on the deck in the evenings.

We loved the location; it was great listening to the river at night and it's within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Gardiner.

This property is one minute from the North Yellowstone entrance which was never busy to enter. We got right in every day with no wait. Very charming town with elk strolling around town. Very spacious rental with everything you need. Marie was very helpful & friendly. Greeting us with a smile and coffee cake! Only 1.5 hours to Bozeman airport. Very much enjoyed our visit & would stay there again.

This place is in perfect location for those visiting Yellowstone. Being along the river provides soothing sounds for sleeping. You’re about half a mile from the northern park entrance. The place is basically new. It is stocked with everything you could need.
And the best thing is Marie, the host. She is readily available. She is personable. And she made us the best coffee cake I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend staying at Marie’s place.

Very nice, well stocked place super close to Yellowstone
The property was a perfect size for the four of us in the group and was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. We did all of our cooking in the property and there was a ton of dishes and pans to use along with a dishwasher. We were also very surprised how close the north entrance of Yellowstone was, which was literally a quick drive up the road. Marie was very nice and accommodating and made us a delicious cake. The valley that Gardiner lies in is beautiful and we really enjoyed going on the decks to look at the mountains and river. Overall, we had a great stay and were glad to come relax here after a long day.

Property is located very close to the entrance to Yellowstone NP and overlooking the Yellowstone River. Quiet neighborhood and our host was gracious. Great jump off point to our daily excursions into the park. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for us to stay for our Yellowstone adventures. Easy to get to the entrance and it is close to everything in Gardiner.

We stayed 3 nights in Gardiner to visit Yellowstone. The location was perfect. Literally 2 minutes to the Roosevelt Arch and north entrance of Yellowstone. Marie’s place was well equipped for all our needs and was exceptionally clean. She even left maps and literature for our use to help us navigate Yellowstone. And, of course, the cinnamon coffee cake that she left for us was delicious!

Great stay
The property was perfect and had everything we needed. There was a good amount of all the cookware, dishes and paper products we needed. Marie was so nice and had prepared a coffee cake for us to enjoy during our stay. The property was close to Yellowstone, our horse riding event and just a bit over an hour near Bozeman. There was a very nice laundromat within minutes as well as several shops including a small market for grocery shopping. I would highly recommend this location.
