Este es el lugar perfecto para alojarse en Chapel Hill. Nuestra casa de tres dormitorios se encuentra en el pueblo del sur. We had 6 adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The home was great, had everything we needed and was in a wonderful neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice and close to UNC hospital where our son had surgery. Well furnished bedrooms. Nice baths. Clean inside. Good kitchen. Outside could use some sweeping and de-spiderwebbing however….
Close to great section of wooded trails and paved greenway for running/walking. 5 min to Harris Teeter and CVS if you’ll be living there for a bit like we were.

The property was in a great location as we were in town for graduation. Spacious house with plenty of room as I traveled with my parents, sister and spouse. Perfect fenced in back yard for the dog. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Absolutely love the place, location, and neighborhood. The house is well organized for groups of people or for couples and is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had 3 people staying there for a wedding at the Carolina Inn and parties at the local bars and restaurants. Everything was easily accessible with Uber and there were no issues getting around town.

This is the 3rd year we have have spent Christmas in this charming, well-appointed home. We always enjoy the comfortably spaces, perfect location and many amenities — the new kitchen renovation was an unexpected bonus!

If you have a large group and would rather not spend a fortune in hotel rooms, book this house, that's what we did. We had a large family wedding in Chapel Hill so we needed a large house with several Bedrooms and a full kitchen so this property ticked all of the boxes. The owner was friendly and responsive. We will book again!

This house worked out so well for visiting Chapel Hill and the area. The Southern Village market area has some good places for coffee and to eat. We used the Tar Heel Express bus at the Park and Ride to attend a UNC football game. The neighborhood is excellent for walking the dog. We understood that only starter supplies were provided so we came prepared. We would stay here again on our next trip to Chapel Hill.

This property is just steps away from southern village and easy to get to other areas around chapel hill and Raleigh/Durham. With the fenced in yard we were able to enjoy our dog with us. I can't say enough about how great of a location this is. Any questions I had the owner was quick to respond. Thank you for everything

Overall, this rental was great. The neighborhood is in close distance to anything you might want to do in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. We had kids and adults in our group and the property was a perfect fit for all, including good sized rooms, bathrooms, and a park down the street.
There were a few things missing or on low supply, including dishwasher soap and trash bags, but that didn't ruin the overall stay at all. Just a minor issue.

The total cost of this stay far exceeded the value provided. The washer and dryer both had bedding left inside which we had to dry and fold. The porch light was not working, which was a real safety hazard. The instructions for using the TV did not work as written, but we finally were able to figure it out. The TV in the bunk bed room did not work at all. There were 4 windows upstairs which were not latched and were cracked open at the top which caused the rooms to become very hot and humid

Parents Visiting Adult Children Who Live in Carrboro
The property is spacious, well-kept and provides all basic needs. There was both a drip coffee maker and an espresso maker. We stayed 5 days, and there were plenty of paper products for those 5 days. I found the bed very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows of different thicknesses and densities. The bunk beds are DOUBLE beds. We were less than 1.5 miles from our children who live near Chapel Hill Tennis Club in Carrboro. Excellent property for our needs. Absolutely no issues! I would stay here again without any hesitation

Accommodating and convenient
This house is very accommodating for a group. Three friends visiting from out of town stayed there for three nights. They had everything they needed and were quite comfortable. We all enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and up to the commercial area around the Green. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Plenty of space for the 3 of us plus a small fenced in yard for our dog. Great neighborhood for dog walks. Convenient location to amenities and close to the university where our daughter goes to school. Would definitely book this property again.

Great Location
This was the best place for us to stay so I was very pleased a house was available in Southern Village. Great playground for the kids. Neighbors were a little loud but we did go to bed around eight pm.

Great Chapel Hill spot
This property was perfect for us. It is located about 3-3.5 miles from north campus and takes about 8-11 minutes to drive. When visiting my college-aged daughter, it was a great spot to make a home base. Close friends came in from Charlotte to share it, and we all had a great time.
It is not a place that you would walk to from campus, but Uber/taxi are an option if you don't have a car.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, so it's not a spot to host a large gathering.
As a home base to explore campus for a few days, spend a weekend for a big football/basketball game, interview for a job in the triangle, or even come for consultation at UNC Hospitals, it works great.
