We went to go visit my son who attends ASU. We had six people staying there. It was very spacious and on a nice lake. It’s a bummer you can’t use the Lake. But it was still nice to be on one.
The pool was cold but I have a feeling that might be normal in AZ. (Since it gets so hot there)
The communication with the owner was very good.
We had an overall very nice stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

Our families enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Kids really enjoyed fishing in the lake. Everything worked at the house (which has been an issue with past VRBO's that we have rented. Ryan was very easy to work with & very responsive. We would consider staying here again if available.

This home was exactly as described. We had 9 of us staying there to celebrate Christmas and it didn’t disappoint. There was plenty of room for all of us and the home was well maintained and very clean. The location was excellent, nice quiet neighborhood overlooking the water. My family came in from Wisconsin and enjoyed the patio immensely. Ryan was great to deal with, he was very responsive and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying here. If you want a place with beautiful outdoor space, this is it! Great pool, backs to the lake, sunset views, and super quiet! House has everything you need. Great bedroom/bathroom layout for large groups. Highly recommended!

our family flew into phoenix from around the country to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. She loved the house so much that we didn't leave for a special birthday dinner. we stayed in and bbq'd. The house provided everything we needed and all we had to do was buy groceries!

Ryan’s gone was great! Pool was perfect, the view is relaxing and Chandler is wonderful area. If you like BBQ check out Rudy’s BBQ. We would love to stay with Ryan again.

This house was awesome! Tons of room to spread out and the back patio was amazing! The outdoor furniture was getting worn and the grill was missing some knobs but worked fine after some cleaning. The outdoor fridge was not working either. We were disappointed that the firepit was "just for looks" and the indoor fireplace did not work but overall loved the property and neighborhood and felt very safe. Thanks Ryan for answering all of my questions!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the holidays in Arizona. The views from the backyard were picturesque, especially with all the holidays lights at night. It was relaxing sitting by the pool watching football and having coffee by the lake. The house was very spacious and included everything needed for Christmas Eve dinner. Ryan was great to work with. We definitely will be back next time we are in Arizona.

Loved having separate bathroom for each couple. Outdoor seating area was great. The only thing that didn’t work for us was a couple of TV’s to watch Sunday football.

We rented this property for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite spot to hang out was out by the pool. There’s plenty of places to sit and relax, and the kids had a blast in the pool. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I cannot tell you how much we love this home. It is super clean, well stocked, well taken care of. It was my husband, son and myself and we played board games, my son took his paddle board out on the lake, we swam, fished and relaxed as well. My 2 small shorkie dogs loved helping us fish and running in the yard. Ryan has been amazing to work with as this is our second time staying in this home. I would 100% recommend this home to stay in if you are visiting the Chandler area.

Relaxing break
Property was clean and tidy. Checking in was not as smooth as we would have liked but after several calls we got access. Ryan answered our calls immediately and helped with our issues. Outside area was wonderful. Pool was perfect.

Great Home in Beautiful Location
We had a great experience. Big group of us (9) and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy time together and still have space to be alone. Great communication with Ryan. Quick to respond to inquiry and also checked on us to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for a short family vacation and the property was great. Due to cold weather we were not able to take advantage of the great outdoor space but the house was great with lots of room and the Chandler location provided lots of options for us.

AMAZING!!!
I cannot say enough great things about this property and Ryan. It’s super clean, beautiful, full of everything you need from dishes to board games to fishing/biking. It’s in a wonderful and safe neighborhood that’s easy to find and get places. Ryan was super friendly, quick to answer questions and checked in to make sure we were doing well or had questions. We had a family of 4 that included 2 teenagers (15 and 17) who I NEVER heard say they were board ALL week! Please stay it will not disappoint.

Tons of space and amazing yard
We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants. The backyard and pool were great with amazing views of the lake.

Above Expectations!
Ryan was wonderful to work with! The check in process was seamless and the home was wonderful. There was a hole in the air mattress and he had a new one delivered to the property within 12 hours of me letting him know. We had a great holiday and would 100% come back to this home again in the future. Thanks, Ryan!

family vacation
We had a much needed family vacation. Our son and his girlfriend live in LA and our daughter lives in NJ with us. We all met in this beautiful house for one week!! It was nice to be able to cook all their favorite dinners and just hang out at the house. We have been going to AZ for 30 years and have our favorite places to eat that are all close to this great location. The house has PLENTY of games we brought our own and used the ones at the house. Also there are lots of books for all. There is a fridge outside which was nice so we didnt have to keep coming in from the pool to get drinks. Would reccommed this home to all!!
