Everything was perfect

We had a fantastic time! The kids enjoyed the amazing themed rooms and arcade activities. You can tell they put in time and thought into the home to make it fun for all ages. Would stay there again.

We stayed at the property as a group of 11. There were more than enough bedrooms which were all very spacious and clean. The game room was a plus for the kids and the home theater was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and clean. I would definitely recommend this property and will use it again myself for future stays in the area

This home was awesome , fun game room and tons of space throughout the house. Communication with the manager was easy and they were very quick to respond. Wonderful stay we will definitely be back!

Let me preface what i am about to say by saying we had a very good time during our stay. There were some inconveniences that we were able to overcome but it didn't take too much away from our stay. Upon arrival, the kids marveled at the game room. Although the house wasn't exactly as described it was still a very nice house. The Jurassic Park video game kept going on and off. I think it might have been a wiring issue. The 2 beds that were in the game room were very nice though again, not what we were expecting because based on the photos, we thought the arcade room was star wars themed. The room was also very hot and we couldn't find a thermostat to control the temperature in there so we had kids displaced. On the first night there was a horrific thunderstorm that caused a leak in one of the master bedrooms on the first floor, displacing guests to sleep in the living room. We called someone the following morning and they took care of it pretty quickly. The ice machine wasn't working so we had to go out to get ice every day. The pool in the main complex was very nice. Kids had a great time on the lazy River and waterside. The one complaint I have is that there were some guests who were drinking in the pool and spilling in the pool and one child who got sick near the pool and was vomiting but I think missed the pool, thankfully. Maybe a little more supervision is needed. The last thing was the noise level. I know when we booked, we chose this place because of the strict quiet

We had an amazing stay at this house! It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The highlight for us was definitely the entertainment setup — all the TVs worked perfectly, and once we got the hang of it, the large theater screen provided an awesome movie night experience! Initially, we had a bit of trouble with the WiFi connection, but a quick router reset solved the issue completely. Additionally, when we arrived, the air conditioning on the first floor was off due to a breaker issue, which made it a very warm. However, the management team responded promptly, even sending a technician out after hours to fix it. Their fast and efficient customer service was truly impressive! We had cooling air within an hour of us reaching out. The pool and hot tub were impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to our overall enjoyment of the stay. We had such a great experience that we wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat!

We had a few families stay here for the AAU Boys National volleyball tournament that was held in Orlando. This place worked out great! There's plenty of room, the kids and adults enjoyed the game room, and it was so nice to have a pool. The community pool with the lazy river is just over a mile away. We enjoyed looking out backyard with the open space/pond. We would definitely stay here again.
