The property was as advertised. The location was an easy walk to the beach and quick access to the freeway. The host was great. She went out of her way to make sure we knew what to expect in San Diego and gave us fantastic recommendations for activities and food.

This property was clean and very close to the beach. Easy to get to with ride share and in close proximity to everything San Diego has to offer. It can be a little loud because the flight paths are nearby but it is easy to tune out

This property is so comfortable! Every little detail has been thought of. The location is ideal for a wonderful OB stay.

My family stayed here for christmas week and had a wonderful time. The owner’s communication and support exceeded my expectations. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Very clean, nice apartment. The host was extremely accommodating and had lots of extras in the room, especially if you had a long travel day. We will be back again!

We loved the rental unit, it was clean and had everything you need. The furniture was comfy and bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. The location is close to the beach and dining and in a very walkable neighborhood. The host was very friendly and in contact often and gave very good information on check in and check out procedures. We really appreciated that! Some things to note: The rental is on the first level of the property on a corner and there was a lot of foot traffic right past the windows. Parking was hard to come by, and we even got a ticket not realizing when we arrived that we were in a “red” area because it was dark!! There are tons of people walking dogs and there was dog feces everywhere!! I stepped in some exiting the car one evening. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful place! Clean, toys for kiddos, great location, nice neighborhood. Really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Great location we didnt need a car to go to restaurants and the beach, it was just a few minutes walking distance, plus the owner is very thoughtful, the condo has everything you need for staying, extra blankets and pillows are available! Beautiful space. Parking is choppy some days you can find close parking, weekends forget about it. Best thing is to park & Uber everywhere.

Although the location to the beach, restaurants and shopping is ideal the noise was ridiculous. The plane noise from 6:30am to 11:30pm was so loud my companion and I had to stop talking as it flew over. The noise continued with the traffic on the street with pedestrians and cars. Especially, on the weekend. Also, the noise from the upstairs was annoying and it was just people walking around. If they were up in the middle of the night you heard them. The apartment is cute and adequate, but nothing extra was there. No blankets, no beach towels, no pen and paper. Finally, the bed in the smaller bedroom is rock hard. The larger room was nice.

Our stay here was comfortable, affordable and convenient. It was close to a lot of restaurants and stores and the beach was right there! We loved it. The place is very clean and provides all the amenities you need when traveling from far away.

This is a beautiful property that has an amazing location to just about anywhere you want to walk too. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

The property was a short block from the beach. The host was awesome and messaged us a several times just to check in! The host provided many valuable suggestions on places to eat and go. Parking was no problem on the street. Beautiful little beach cottage feel! Can beat this property!

The property manager was always very attentive and gave us great recommendations for local attractions/things to do. This apartment is only a couple blocks from the beach, walking distance which made all the difference. There are so many restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance which was awesome. Parking can be very difficult though. When we arrived around 4ish pm, everyone was heading to the beach and looking for a parking spot. Since the apartment only offers street parking, you have to try to snag a spot before all the locals and tourists show up and take the parking in front of the apartment. I recommend checking in on a weekday which makes parking much easier compared to the weekend. We also tried to uber most places so we didn’t lose our parking spot which worked out perfectly. Ubers range around $20-$35 depending where you are going in SD. The apartment we rented was downstairs so we did have to deal with a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors which was a little annoying but expected in an apartment complex. We did a sea cave kayak tour in La Jolla which I strongly recommend if you want a little adventure. The sunset cliffs are only a 10 minute drive and is beautiful at sunset. The hop on hop off trolley is an awesome option too. There’s tons of scooters around you can jump on, you just download the app and pay per minute. I also recommend OB Surf Lodge for brunch, they have the best mimosa flights and food which is only a 4 minute walk.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The apartment is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need for a beach vacation. The owner is incredibly thorough in her communication so much so that any question that came up was covered in the information she provided before check in. And best of all, it is a block from the beach and just a few blocks from Newport Avenue so you will not need your car unless you are leaving OB.

Park your car and forget about it when you stay here, the apartment is near everything you’ll need, I loved how close Old Town was, spent the day there and took the train from Old Town to seaport Village and the Gaslight district for Dinner and a Game. We’ll be back!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and bathroom up to date. I would definitely recommend this location to stay in San Diego if you’re looking to be close to the beach but away from the crowds. It is easily accessible to most places and is a safe area. The owner was immediately responsive whenever we had a question. She was in the area and we were able to meet her. Thank you for a great vacation stay!

We had a fantastic stay here! No need for a rental car as we were planning to hang at the beach (which is a very easy walk), Target was 1/2 mile away for groceries, etc. Cute little apartment, perfect for two friends having a relaxing weekend! We would definitely stay here again. Communication from the owner was great, which I appreciate. : )

Overall good experience and owner/manager with great communication however guest staying in apartment above ours was loud and walking around in the middle of the night. Recommend requesting second floor if available in the unit.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our son’s 17th with surf lessons in San Diego (one of our favorite places to visit). We wanted a location close to this beach so discovered this gem of an apartment that’s a 3 minute walk from Ocean Beach. The property manager, Meiluen, provided a warm welcome with lots of good information and communication during our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and so very comfortable. We brought our dog with us too who was also quite comfortable. The location is walking distance from Newport Avenue where there are fun, unique restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic weekend and happy 17 year old who had to hang with his parents. Side note: Pacific Beach Surf for surf lessons. Fantastic! My son popped up during his first lesson.

Good location for beach access. It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms, and a kitchen. The owner is very helpful. The apartment did have a slight mildew odor.

This property is in a great location. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it until we left. Everything we wanted was within walking distance (lots of restaurants, beach, dog beach and grocery store). The apartment was very clean and modern and had all the amenities we needed. It has a nice size fenced patio which was great for us and our 2 dogs.
