Great space for two, Enjoyed the setting and beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental previously; however it needs a little help. The patio chairs are too uncomfortable to sit on. There are only 2 teaspoons. The toilet plunger is sitting on a Walmart bag. Seriously? The shower curtain liner is too short so the floor always gets wet when used. Invest in a new liner, more silverware, a new plunger, and new patio chairs. The bed pillows are very uncomfortable. You make $45,000.00 a year on rental income, please put some back into this unit. The bathroom walls are filthy. Some deep cleaning needs done.

The property was adequate for our needs. The unit location not great. Very noisy both overhead and from outside. Location of bedroom was such that outside lighting came through window all night and could hear everyone coming up and down stairs and at the public park next door. View from balcony very nice and closeness to beach was very nice. Location of property in general was good as we were close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Bed had a big urine stain on it. No mattress pad either. This is a health issue and should be replaced. I reported it via email and in person and no response. Bathroom is dated and needs to be refreshed. Paint was nice but very limited place to set your toiletries or hand your towels. With some simple changes like adding a shelf and more towel hooks, the stay would have been much nicer. This is a very popular shopping and dining area across the street. If you like it crowded you enjoy it. Silverware is pretty slim. Other items and essentials were there. Nice den furniture. Took a while to learn what to do to make the TV work as it is on cable. I requested that the owner leave some simple instructions for subsequent guests.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I would stay at The Breakers again but not in Unit 109. It is located on the end of floor where outside stairs are so you hear all foot traffic. Also outside light is on all night and bedroom by the front door so light is coming in bedroom window. Even though there were blinds on window there was no curtain and light coming in was bright so we had to hook blanket on nails that were sticking out at top of window. We were constantly kicked out of the internet which was aggravating. Also, there wasn't anywhere to put our luggage except table chairs but there was a large closet in hall that had plenty of empty space in it that 2 fold able luggage racks in it would have been very helpful. Our backs don't allow us to bend to the floor to get in our luggage or we would have put them on closet floor.The place is very small which was sufficient for the two of us but couldn't have put luggage on the floor and still have walking room. So we had to eat sitting on couch because luggage was on table chairs.The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to stores and restaurants so yes we would recommend the Breakers to friends and family. We were only there 3 nights so we didn't go to any activites or attractions because we were there to get some much needed relaxation time. We did enjoy couple restaurants: The Skull Creek Boathouse was very good food and located on the water. We ate in their beautiful outdoor area and enjoyed live musician. We also liked San Miguel for some Mexican food and again beautiful location on water next to the yacht club.

Property was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time at sea turtle getaways. Me and my wife both enjoyed the convenience of everything there with coffee, shops, dinners, lunches, breakfast all around us and shopping. And it was only a two minute walk from our room to the beach and we could look out and see from our balcony. I would stay here again!

We loved the location of this unit looking out to the ocean. The kitchen was smaller than expected and not very well stocked. The bathroom does need updating. We also had issues with the TV and had to call management company for assistance. Would go back to the breakers but not this unit.

We loved being at the beach and across from everything at Coligny. The unit was great, and the view so relaxing to enjoy. Lots of live music foltering across while we sat on the balcony.

Check in was very easy and the condo was in a great location. Directly on the beach and across the street from numerous shops and restaurants. The view was great. Our only big complaint was the bed. It is extremely uncomfortable and every time someone rolls over the bed squeaks loudly.

The only thing we didn't like about 109 (end unit on the first floor) was that our bedroom window was at the bottom of the stairs so there was a disturbing amount of noise from late night revelers returning home and early risers heading out. We had booked the end unit thinking it would be the quietest but in fact the opposite was true. Ear plugs were needed. It was our first time at Hilton Head. Our favorite thing was the bike trails, and we rode all over the island. We'll be back!

We were last minute renters and the company was very accommodating. After calling them they made sure to get us all checked in and was very easy to get our keyes and information. Although the place was small it was perfect for our little honeymoon getaway. We loved how close it was to everything and we could walk everywhere which really helped bc parking was tight with a truck. The condo had the basics to get us started which was great. Talking with people who stayed there they say its the best condos to rent from we just wish we came a little earlier in the month so it wasn't as chilly at nights to enjoy the ocean more. Overall we would definitely recommend this place.

Place is great for two adults and a small child. Close to restaurants and shops. Downside is the noise level from the upstairs condo. Could hear every footstep.
