The pool, the patio and the location.

No internet for practically 8/10 days I was there. The amount of cockroaches inside and outside the unit. No AC. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable.

TV barely functioned and there was no Wi-Fi

Called and texted numerous times regarding internet, but then I realized; "Surf's up." Self-employed people will NOT be happy when you ignore such a basic thing as SECURE internet. The plant services guy actually told me to go downtown and use a coffee shop's internet!

Floors were filthy as was every dish in the condo. Toilet ran constantly despite a maintenance man coming to "fix" it. I don't know why you would rent to someone on a vacation in a condo in a retirement community. NO TALKING ON THE LANAI ON YOUR CELL PHONE? Property was beautiful. Property manager was rude and initially refused to tell me where the smoking area was despite telling me I would be fined for smoking inside the condo. A nice lady from the landscaping crew told me where it was.

No air conditioner

Location was great Condo was decorated well Pool was wonderful Overall we were fairly happy with the condo and enjoyed our stay. There are a few issues we had that were out of the owner’s control: broken pipe on third floor, neighbors upstairs. It suited our needs fairly well.

Floor was very dirty. Made our feet black when walked on barefoot Little brown bugs in the bed (not bedbugs) that ate us alive at night Only two rolls of toilet paper left for a week for an entire family. Broken pipe upstairs flooded bathroom and hallway and tripped outlets in bathroom. Quick response but was left to clean up water and mess myself and ended up doing a lot of laundry to wash and dry towels after using them to clean up water Neighbors upstairs very loud at all hours of the night. Very loud sex and very loud fights. Often woke us up. Would be helpful to have a note in the unit about where to locate trash dumpsters. Condo was in good shape but mold and bubbled paint on bathroom ceiling alerted us to an issue three days before the pipe in wall/ceiling broke and flooded the bathroom and hallway.
