Ottima posizione, lontana dalle altre strutture e illuminata solo da lanterne e candele e raggiungibile in 40 minuti da Marrakech. Sono presenti 3 piscine stupende, una a sfioro sul deserto, una tra gli ulivi, una nella parte più alta con bar. La nostra tenda era confortevole e con una vista magnifica. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Transfer ottimo, soprattutto al ritorno con un autista che ci ha raccontato tanti aneddoti sulla loro cultura.

Le tende sono in plastica e non più chiudibili completamente perchè le cerniere sono rotte. Di notte si stente musica techno di un resort vicino fino al mattino. La cena basica, costosa e non particolarmente buona rispetto ad altre strutture di Marrakech.

Absolutely LOVED our experience at La Pause. The room was beautiful and so were the grounds. The dinner and breakfast were incredible and so was the ambiance. It was definitely the highlight of our girls trip.

The place is quite nice, the bungalows are well spaced. Staff is very welcoming and smiling. Food was really great and let me say that we had plenty!! Also, they offered us the birthday cake which was thoughtful !

To start with, the driver supposed to pick us up wasn't there on time and apparently wasn't even aware that he had to do the transfer. 1h30 spent waiting. Secondly, I asked the 'owner' (or at least the person I was talking to by email) about differences in the rates I was seeing online and through them. Even though I talked to her during the weeks before and always had quick answers, on this one, no answer during the 4-5 days preceding the stay. Freaking out about the possibility that she didn't made the booking properly, I then decided to book through Booking.com. Anyway, when arriving there, the manager of the place, very nice person, explained to me that I would have to pay the difference because the price paid wasn't including the evening meal (+- 100€, that btw you have to take as you don't have any other options in the middle of the desert..). I explained him that no one was answering my last emails and that I had to make sure the booking was made because it was for a birthday. He asked the owner about it and he decided to make an half price deal for the meals. All of this to say that I was quite disappointed that they wouldn't understand that not responding to a customer during the days before the stay isn't quite a good idea and that they wouldn't wave the price difference. PS: The dogs of the property barking all night has been quite annoying too but I guess thats part of the charm

Prices seemed a bit high, but it was such a unique place it was easily justified.
