Location

-Roaches (all day every day) The ceiling fan on the porch didn't work and I put in a maintenance request multiple times with zero response. This prevented us from enjoying the screen porch the entire week because it was too hot and humid to sit on porch without the fan on. -Cookwear was not adequate. Only one frying pan and it was so warped you couldn't even cook an egg in it.

The dishes qere dirty, trash cans dirty, there is a hole in the wall at the floor beside the vanity, huge bugs coming thru this hole. We had to rewash all the dishes, pots n pans before use. Fan went out on the balcony. Could not enjoy sitting on the balcony without a fan. Couch in living room uncomfortable. Bed wss uncomfortable to sleep in. Drawers in kitchen smell very musty.

Dated and tired decor. Needs upgrade. Very limited kitchen ...it's a part of the living room. Bathroom VERY tiny and stained. Lockbox is balky....touch pad would Be better!

Excellent location Close to beach.

Furnishings a little dated, but adequate for 2 people. Good kitchen area, screened in porch, washer and dryer a plus. Very clean. Two flat screen TVs. Dedicated parking spot. Good communication from property mgr.

Location was on Kiawah Island so that is easy to like. Unit was an easy walk to the beach. Bed was OK. Lots of cutlery.

The unit was very run down and needed a complete remodel. Carpets were very dirty. We mentioned a couple of items (no cutting boards, no hair drier} to Vacasa and got a text to say they were going to take care of them but never from them again. Later we found toaster did not work.

Outdated condo, fell down tripping over floor in kitchen that was missing transition strip, needs work Screen door was very dirty and screen was filled with debris.
