Amazing home!
We loved our stay in Cathedral City. The home was gorgeous. The backyard a beautiful oasis. Everyone loved the pool area. The home was close to shopping, eating, and hiking. We highly recommend staying here.

Quiet neighborhood and pretty pool
This property is situated less than 15 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport in a quiet, small residential neighborhood. QUIET: For the duration of our stay, we didn’t see more than six people in the neighborhood. There is a school and neighborhood accessible field and track within easy walking distance. There was also another park or two within a 5 minute drive.
The home is generously sized and the pool is the home’s unquestionably biggest asset. The home had plenty of linens, towels, blankets, etc. it also had solid furniture. The owner was reasonably responsive prior to our visit and even allowed us to have a package delivered the day we were arriving. While we had some initial problems with the pool, the owner and pool tech were responsive.
Some things in the home gave the impression of maintenance and cleanliness laxity. For example, every bedroom had multiple missing or broken vertical blinds (we took some of the spare blankets to cover the windows). The bedroom carpets also felt worn and old, making some of the rooms feel dirty although they had clearly cleaned the unit prior to arrival. The home also felt a bit sparse...perhaps because some of the rooms are sizable, leaving lots of room even with the furniture in place, which may be good for those using blow up mattresses.
If our son wasn’t an early riser, I’d have been quite upset about the yard service that arrived at 7:15am, worked for over an hour trimming bushes and mowing, and then leaving all bush trimmings that fell into the pool.
Two things that would have been nice additions - a garage door opener for easier parking and lounge chairs for poolside relaxation.

In the heart of many local activities!
This property provided a great venue for a family gathering for the holidays or any time of year. The kids and grandkids loved the pool and hot tub and had fun playing games and going to the local attractions. I would recommend this rental to any extended family that needs multiple bedrooms and baths.

AMAZING!
Nora's place is gorgeous! The photos are entirely accurate, but still do not capture the true warmth of the home. Nora was supremely responsive - when we got there, the previous guests had lost an air mattress pump, so we couldn't inflate two or three of the ones remaining. We reached out to Nora, who let us purchase new mattresses from Costco and reimbursed us for the associated costs. A pool guy came through our first and third days and worked with us to make sure we knew how to use the pool. Furthermore, the house was comfortably climate-controlled, the beds (and the couch...!) all luxurious to rest and sleep on, and the area is quiet and serene. We spent a lot of time in the pool and in the kitchen - an amazing retreat! Would definitely stay again. As one of our group members put it, "Does anyone know anything about squatter's rights?"

Great!
Wonderful place in a great location. House was very clean and beautiful. Pool was great. We only had a few minor issues - the toilet by the bedroom by kitchen continued to run and made loud banging noises but turning off the water to it at night resolved this. The basketball hoop shown in pictures was broken but we propped it up. Instructions said not to use the heater to pool or spa excessively or the damage deposit refund would be reduced so we were a little nervous because we had no idea what was considered excessive. The coffee pot did not work but there was a new one on our doorstep the next day!
Probably the only reason we would give this 4 stars is because there were no pool accessories like floaties so we spent about $50 and of course left them there. Also, there were only three lounge chairs, one of which was broken. And there was no outdoor speaker system as advertised - which was explained to us as previous people played music too loud. Understandable but this feature should be removed from property description
But overall, a very lovely and spacious place and I would definitely recommend it. Just a few minor things that could have made it spectacular.

Great place for our large group
We really enjoyed our stay! We were 2 families of 5 and often had other family over for extended time. Everything is nice and new and kept up very well. The pool was our main pass time. I would highly recommend the spot. Nice kitchen, big TV, BBQ (which we didn't use) and a good central location for our purposes.

Perfect vacation home for extended family.
This place was perfect for our family reunion. The pool kept us entertained every day, playing volleyball and basketball. Lots of sun (or shade) in the backyard. At night, we fired up the spa, a great place to relax and socialize. Jose the pool guy was very helpful, so it was a breeze making everything work. The kitchen is very functional, and we had fun preparing big meals and BBQ's. Great park close by with a huge grassy field and outdoor workout machines. I would recommend this home for either three couples (everyone has a comfy king or queen bed) or two to three families, as the kiddies can sleep on the air mattresses provided. For us, this place was excellent.

Awesome Stay!!
The house was nicely maintained and stayed cool for us the whole time.
The best part was definitely the pool and jacuzzi!! We spent the majority of our time out there in the water. The house was nicely located and easily accessable from the freeway. I would have rated 5 stars, but we had a couple issues with the pool and jacuzzi heating up. Once the pool guy came, it was promptly fixed!

Nice clean property
The house is clean and well supplied. The outside area is a nice place to congregate with friends and families with plenty of space. I would suggest more lighting in the master bedroom; there is only the small overhead light. Also the master bedroom needs access to closet space there. These are the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5.

Great Vacation
We had a get-together with 3 families and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house is very beautiful and well maintained. The best part of the house is the heated pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. Our families with young kids ended up spending most of our time in the pool. The kids loved the room with bunk beds and slept there together. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could prepare something quick for the kids. There was extra bedding and linen so that we all could sleep comfortably. Nora was a pleasure to work with and took care of our needs very well. We had a very relaxing time and ended up going out just twice during our 5 day stay here.
A couple of suggestions to make it an even better place
- Consider having an entertainment system (TV, DVD, etc) in the master bedroom. Currently there is only 1 room with TV and there were times when we would have liked the kids to have their own TV time while the adults enjoyed watching movies.
- Quality of the extra beds - The mobile bed and the pull-out bed in the kids room could use an upgrade. We ended up using air-mattress instead.

Perfect Getaway!!
This house is beautiful in every way possible, I love the decor and house is very well taken care of, that feeling made my vacation more comfortable and relaxing. The Pool and Jacuzzi was my families favorite, My husband literally slept in the Jacuzzi. The outside scenery is very nice and relaxing and it's a plus that the neighbors are very quiet too. I personally liked the kitchen, I love cooking and the house has all the pots and pans you may need along with utensils... If you want to fulling enjoy your vacation and not cook they have plenty of fast food and restaurants close by.. I highly recommend this house, Once you get there you won't wanna go home...

Fantastic Holiday!
We stayed at this property for a week and had a wonderful time! The place was clean, big and all 6 of us were very comfortable there. Lots of fun for adults and children. Our 2 six year olds had a blast and so did we. Would recommend this property to anyone!

AMAZING POOL!
We had a wonderful stay and found the home very nice! You wont be dissapointed. The best feature for our family was the pool, we spent almost our entire vacation in the pool and it is quite beautiful! The house has plenty of room for everyone, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. We found the location very close to stores and anything we needed but we mainly stayed in the pool. The neighborhood is VERY quiet, didnt hear or see any neighbors, it was like our own private corner of the world. Had a great time and would definately recommend the house and will definately be back. Also, the owner was more than a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.

Great place!!
We had a great time at the house! It is very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The pool and spa are amazing! We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was a big hit among the kids as well as the adults :) The kitchen is nicely stocked, and with a grocery store a few minutes away, we had no problem to prepare at home many of our meals. The owners also provide plenty of towels, extra linens, etc. - overall the house had everything we needed for our stay. The house is located in a quiet area, but is still very close to restaurants and a grocery store. Driving time to places such as Indian Canyons or the air museum are also reasonable. Overall, a wonderful place for vacation.

Pure Relaxation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is new and well furnished. We spent majority of time in the backyard which is truly a spa like experience. The pool and hot tub were temparuture controlled and very inviting. The palm trees and privacy was the perfect atmosphere to relax. Also the fire pits at night were unbelievable!! We used the grill one night for a tasty BBQ. The location was ideal as we used nearby parks to play tennis and there were plenty of golf courses to play during our stay. The fresh market was nearby for groceries and other amenities. We enjoyed the proximity to Joshua Tree and San Jacinto. We had 5 people staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. The sleeping accomodations were plentiful and we never felt cramped at any time. We look forward to our return next year. Nora was very hepful and responsive to our needs. Thanks for the hospitality.

The house is incredible! Everything was so beautiful and the pool is unbelievable. We had such a wonderful time there, I wish we could have stayed there longer! Everything we needed was there in the home. Simply amazing!

Loved it!
Our group thoroughly enjoyed this house. It lived up to all of the desriptions and photos in the listing and then some. The entire house is clean, comfortable, and big! The owners were very helpful during the rental process. I would certainly recommend renting this house to anyone vacationing in Palm Springs.

would recommend this house
My Family and I needed to get away and after much searching, we found this perfect home. The Property is beautiful and amazing and the owner is very sweet and helpful. The pool, water falls and the fire pits had us so relaxed at night time and not to mention the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds that was provided. Everything we needed was available and to make it even better the neighborhood was very clean and quiet so we were really able to relax. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be back... hopefully this year.

Beautiful home!
This house was incredible. The renter was an absolute dream to work with. Everything was literally perfect for our stay. The house was new, spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. The back yard and the pool was amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more during our stay here. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.
