Property was as described and very clean. Check in process was very easy. Towels, shampoo, conditioner etc…. Was all there. Great location to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Quick bus or cab ride to downtown Georgetown. Pool was great and beach is still around compared to other parts of 7 mile beach. Owner is very fast to respond to any messages. Highly recommend this property for your Grand Cayman trip.

Incredibly and conveniently located Condo with respect to proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Beach access and use is somewhat exclusive and private. Condo is clean, well maintained and well stocked with towels to facilitate a lovely stay for any family.

It was absolutely perfect for us! The beach is right there. The view was amazing!

Had a great stay at Cayman Reef Resort. The location is perfect with a nice beach, snorkeling from the shore, and a nice warm pool to relax in after a day in the hot sun. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, the liquor store, and very close to the grocery store. Condo was well kept and well stocked. Highly recommend.

The condo is fully stocked with cooking utensils and toiletries. The beach has eroded in size but we learned this happened to many of the beaches after the last hurricane. Lorin was very quick to answer my messages.

Hadn’t been to the Cayman Islands in 35 years and it’s changed a lot. The location of the property was fantastic, nice views from the two patios, short walk to groceries, the liquor store is across the street and food options were close and plentiful. Please Note: if you come in on Sunday everything is closed except for Chicken Chicken(roatissere) across the street and it was great. Cimbaco is another restaurant 100 yards south that was also open. Had a good breakfast there. Property owners were helpful when we had a small issue.

This was our first time visiting the Cayman Islands. I have done a lot of research on places to stay and ran across this particular property. This was the perfect place for my husband and I and our two teenagers. The location was spot on. Everything was in walking distance, which was really helpful since we did not rent a car. It was very easy to grab a taxi or a bus along the main road. There was a very large grocery store nearby called Foster’s, which is perfect! We were able to buy food and have meals at the condo when we didn’t feel like going out to the many restaurants that are in the area. The property was very clean and well stocked for us. Lorin, the property owner, was amazing! She was terrific at responding to my many questions, and very helpful with giving me information about the area. She left a binder with a lot of information about the island and places like restaurants and things to do. On the property, there were these cute little baby chicks, and their mother wandering around the whole time. It was very cute to watch. The sunsets that could be seen from the balcony were spectacular! It’s right along the beach and we were able to take long walks up and down the beach. I highly recommend this property and if we ever get back to the Cayman Islands we will definitely be renting this property again if it’s available. Thank you Lorin!!

This was a perfect stay from check in (which was early!) To check out. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 3 older teens and one 20 something and the 2 adults. Communication was easy with quick responses. The beach was a bit rocky but weather was perfect. Overall we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Can’t go wrong with this location and unit. Great communication, all the necessities and check in was a breeze. The unit was clean and stocked with all that you needed. Just replace what you used. We will be back for sure.

This was an amazing condo for 6 adults! The location was perfect & the property was exactly as listed! Lorin was quick to respond to my questions & all info & instructions were clear & easy to follow! Lorin’s condo is right on 7 mile beach with beautiful views of the ocean & sunset! There’s sandy beach front so you can lounge on the chairs at the ocean! There are rocks at the shore in the water to walk over before you hit sandy part, so I recommend taking water shoes! We took our own floaties, flippers & snorkel gear but that’s all there so there so you don’t need to take your own. Her chair cover/beach towels are perfect so you don’t have to bring your own! The pool is perfect & warm as well! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, & clean & comfy too! We grocery shopped at Fosters at Camana Bay. Enjoyed coffee, snacks & dinner on the deck each day, & we slept very well in the comfortable beds after long days enjoying the island! Right across the road is a pharmacy & other shops, & right beside that to the left is the garden walking path to Camana Bay for shopping, dinner, groceries & liquor store. We rented a van but we also took the public bus downtown to avoid parking issues. It’s $2.50 US per person & you can just flag it down & get dropped off where you’d like (watch that you have the right bus to go downtown. The bus & taxis are white vans so look for the sign on the front window to be sure what you are getting). Taxis are a little more but run all the time! This condo is in a perfect location (beside Locale) to walk the sidewalk down to a couple of restaurants & bars if you want to venture out close by. I recommend Mrs. Piper’s Kitchen hidden in the Hampton by Hilton backyard. It’s beautiful! The beach isn’t walkable all the way either way from the front of the condo in the sand because it has been washed out in certain sections due to the past hurricanes. Go to beautiful Governors Beach & walk in the sand from there! Rum Point is still under construction so no stores open but you can still swim. The staff at the Reef Resort were awesome & the manager was super to meet as well! We met some great people at the resort, some owners & some visitors! Everyone was very friendly & welcoming! Lots of fun! As you can tell we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayman Reef Resort #44! Thank you Lorin for having this amazing place for us to relax & enjoy this beautiful island! We loved it & hope to return in the future!

Owner was reachable when glitches occurred. Very supportive and resourceful in contacting knowledgeable people to solve the problem.

This was our first time to the Caymans and definitely not our last. The property was a short 10 minute drive from the airport. The complex was located right on 7 Mile Beach and surrounded by several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unit was clean and well stocked. The property owner, Lorin, was easy to work with in accommodating our need for an additional day when we needed it. I'd highly recommend this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay here!! Great location, our kids could take a scooter to town. Beach was private and excellent! Condo was well appointed with lots of amenities. The pool was refreshing. Will definitely stay here again!!

This is the second time we stayed at this condo. A month in February of 2020 and a week in December 2021. The Condo is perfectly situated between the beach and Caymana Bay. The owner is also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed sitting out of both balconies to enjoy the view. The location on 7 Mile beach was ideal. The water was beautiful we spent our days floating right outside in the water and sunning on the beach. Public transit just outside the door. There was always lounge chairs available for our group at the beach. The other guests were very friendly and courteous. The condo was very quiet no other guests were heard while in the condo. I especially loved the check in. Lorin provided the code to the door and we were in. This was the easiest checkin ever. We were able to go directly to the condo , unpack and in a matter of 30 min we were on our way. I can't say enough good things about the owner. Lorin always responded to any of my questions before we arrived and during our stay very promptly. If not right away within a couple of hours. She provided us with tips and suggestions. Stayed 6 nights May 2019 celebrating our sons college graduation (party of 5 adults). Condo perfect in all aspects. Clean, well stocked with anything you would need. The grounds and beach are beautiful. Never had an issue getting chairs on the beach. Lorin, the owner responded promptly to all inquiries and was A pleasure to work with. We rented a car but there are restaurants, liquor store and grocery store in walking distance. Thanks again for the use of your condo. We will definitely return and recommend to others!
