Very nice plans great location

My husband and I loved the property! It had all the comfort of a true holiday home with a well appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us. Fifty steps took you onto the beautiful beach and a short 5-15 minute walk took you to the local tiki bar/ restaurant or a little further to historic Bridge Street. We would most definitely rent again!

This is a very nice condo, just across the street from Bradenton Beach. It has three levels-- the large garage is on the bottom, the living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry and half bath is on the middle level, and the top level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a small balcony off the dining area, another small balcony off the master bedroom, and a large balcony off the living area (with a view of the ocean). There is a small community pool and a whirlpool. There is also a community boardwalk to the bay side, with lovely views. The condo is conveniently located, easy to get to from the airport, and just a short drive to anywhere you might want to go on the island. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was in good working order. It would be nice if the bath towels were replaced. We enjoyed our two-week stay and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay, host and local management very helpful/responsive. Wonderful location, great accommodations, beach just across the street. My sisters and Mom thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat!

We were very happy with our stay. Very nice 3 bedroom condo just steps away from the beach. Also within walking distance to many restaurants. Very nice view on the decks. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Great time but the unit needs some updating and required cleaning before we could enjoy our stay. Otherwise, great location central to everything. We are coming back next year.

We love everything about this property. It was right across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Owner and property manager were great answered all our questions and got back with us very fast. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect location to experience this spot of paradise with the beach steps away or to experience fishing and solitude by walking to the boardwalk over the morass with groomed hedges to Tampa Bay. The beachy theme is present throughout the well appointed home. We enjoyed many gatherings on the deck viewing the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Ralf, the owner, was a wonderful communicator. Very informative and helpful. A delightful experience. I highly reccomend it!

Very clean and decorated nice with comfortable furniture. The grounds were well maintained and the location is perfect. The view of the sunset was amazing!

Great stay at this resort!

The property is nice and everything that was listed. However, there was construction from 8:00-5:00. Woke up to equipment noise, workers and hammering on the roofs and continued for the whole day from Thursday to Saturday. Even on Saturday morning, the noise was unbearable. Spoke to the property manager and he apologize and told me that he recommended to the owner not to rent, however the owner is in Germany.

After a long flight we arrived at the house. It looks really pretty outside and is really fantastic after we have gone inside. Clean, fully equipped and nicely decorated. Perfect location, close to beach, bay and pool area with the free island trolley bus stop just one walking minute distance away.

Great location, very clean, nice accommodations. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars. Very close drive to grocery store. Great kitchen, stocked with everything we needed for nights cooking in. We had a lovely time sitting on the porch with our morning coffee or evening glass of wine to watch the sunsets. This was our first experience with VRBO and it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as described. It was clean and had plenty of room for a family of six. The view of the sunsets from the balcony were just amazing. It was also nice to have the TV and Xbox One for movie nites, etc. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler and toys to take advantage of as well. The beach is a 1 minute walk. Ralph is just wonderful as an owner and was always there to answer questions. When we needed laundry detergent to wash clothes, etc the property management team was there to deliver. Looking forward to going back next year.

We had a great family vacation at Ralph’s bermuda bay townhome. Location was right across the street from the beach and a very easy walk. House was very clean and well equipped to meet the needs of our family, including our 3 young children. They loved spending time out on the spacious balcony. Thanks for a great week!
