This place was perfect for my family of 5 and 1 11month old, right on the beach with easy access. The pool was great.
Tami and her husband were awesome and very accommodating, we had an issue getting the TV's to work and they were there in 15 minutes to get it fixed.
We will look forward to staying here on future trips.

I cannot overstate how amazing this stay was. This unit’s decorations and accessories were absolutely perfect. We were so impressed. Sewing kits? Tums? Fishing poles? It was awesome. And that pool area was perfect. Not crowded and right on the beach. No lugging stuff back and forth and all sandy. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this really was my favorite. Great job. We are booking again as soon as I finish writing this review.

When we opened the door to the condo for the first time we were greeted by the worse smell you could imagine. It was like really strong b.o., so not great to start with that. We bought room spray and I cleaned and wiped everything I could. Not something I ever want to do on vacation.
Throughout the week the kitchen area always had tiny no see um bugs everywhere. We sprayed, but they kept coming back. We had to store cereal and snacks in the fridge, just so they weren't covered in bugs.
Every closet door had issues opening and was full of stuff. I would say this condo needs a refresh...new furniture because I think the smell is in the furniture, especially the bunk bed wood. It smelled the worse in that room. The dresser drawers do not open well. All the furniture in the living room looks rough. It most definitely needs a very deep clean, but really should be cleaned very well between guests.
It would have been nice if the key pad on the door worked, not a big fan of keeping track of a physical key.
The mattress in the main suite feels like an air mattress. Its awful!
Reason I give this a 4 is because after I wiped and sprayed and cleaned what I could and got over the fact that I had to do all that on my vacation...the condo worked just fine for our family vacation. Also Tami, the owner, is very responsive. She immediately responded to a couple things that we needed for our stay.

Spent the weekend at this condo with our adult children. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach but the property also has a swimming pool. The unit was clean and was well equipped for cooking in house. The beach was not crowded and we were just a short car ride to restaurants, Flagler Ave, and New Smyrna Beach. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

I was so lucky to find this fabulous rental for my family! We are Vrbo property owners and know what it takes to prepare a cozy space for guests, anticipating everything they might need, and ensuring the space is squeaky clean, updated, and well-appointed. This "PERFECT place right on the beach" exceeded our expectations! We visited during a quiet time of year and felt we practically had the space to ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of clean towels, a variety of beach supplies, and personal items available to get guests started before visiting the grocery store.
The property is in a great location. We had awesome ocean views, appreciated the lounge chairs and seating options around the pool, and the beach was pristine.
The host is exceptional! She provided easy access to the condo and left specific checkout instructions to help us avoid cleaning fees. We arrived late at night and appreciated having direct access to the space without having to check in at the office. Luggage carts are available on the property for a one-trip entry from your vehicle to the unit. We had an early flight on our last day and mistakenly left one bag behind. We contacted the host from the airport at 6:15 AM and by 7:35 AM she contacted us to let us know she found it and would keep it safe. Going above and beyond, the host arranged for us to pick up the bag at a convenient location on the following weekend.

Unfortunately there were things that fell short of our expectations based on previous reviews; cleanliness, safety (no smoke alarm, no bunk bed ladder, very dim lighting throughout the condo and the exterior hallways/stairways), pool wasn’t heated during the week we were there, 1 elevator wasn’t working the week we were there, limited paper products provided (toilet paper/paper towels/ garbage bags ect.)
Location was great, beach was private and had TONS of shells to pick, NSB was a nice little quiet beach town. Condo was quite and outdoor patio /views were awesome.

I was looking for a place that was quiet and relaxing and I found it. Good view of the ocean with all the sounds. The condominium had everything we needed. The only thing I wish was the pool was heated during the time I was there. It was a wonderful week.

The condo was fantastic! We had 3 adults and 3 children and it was so spacious it never felt like there were 6 people using it. It was close to everything. From the beach to the pool, to stores and to restaurants everything was near at hand. The condo was clean and the beds so comfortable. They even supplied beach towels if needed. A wonderful place for vacation. We are hoping to return next summer.

The unit was clean and cozy. There is plenty of sleeping space with a 3rd bedroom with full sized mattress bunkbeds. We enjoyed watching several blue-ray movies that were left for our enjoyment. The kitchen is spacious and plenty of cooking utensiles. We highly recommend staying here and the owner's are very accomidating.

Our family stayed two weeks in Feb. 2023 (five adults, 2 kids and one infant). Condo has three bedrooms and could accommodate everyone. Truly the only drawbacks were that the hide-a-bed was broken, and the condo had limited storage space. Otherwise, location was perfect, beach uncrowded, and condo had nice ocean view. Grocery store and restaurants within reasonable driving distance. Host communication was great, and host is very responsive. Host also provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Had a wonderful time. Would stay here again for sure!

The condo was much bigger than expected and had absolutely everything you could need. Tami was readily available for any questions. We had 3 kids and they loved the beds, all the toys, and privacy the condo provided. The condominium grounds are very well maintained with umbrellas at tables for comfortable shaded seating outdoors. No hassle with parking or visitors stopping in. It was quiet and peaceful. We did have a crawler who instantly found things on the floor so I quickly swept and mopped for my ease of mind. Overall we loved our stay and will ABSOLUTELY be back!

This condo was a perfect site for our family beach getaway after Disney. It was a quick drive from Orlando. It is steps from the beach. The beach always get very private with few people. The pool was nice although a little chilly. No restaurants nearby, but it’s a quick drive into New Smyrna. The condo is well stocked with beach supplies and fun extras like games and books. Would stay here again!

The condo was clean, nice unobstructed view of the ocean, and plenty of Towels. Two minor constructive criticisms. 1st the recliners did not work properly; one leaned to one side when sitting in it. The second was the bed in the 1st bedroom was not firm enough. I prefer a firm bed.

Third bedroom much smaller than anticipated ... couldn't even put our luggage in that room, drawers barely open with the bed that close; couldn't use it. No kitchen table and chairs so there was really only 4 chairs for eating at the counter. Could eat in the living room with TV trays ... furniture is older in living room than anticipated ... it was advertised as newly renovated. Bathrooms could use some calking and tile work. Master bedroom was and bunk beds were the perfect size. Accessories galore ... pool not heated and looked like it had a lot of algae ... kids loved the ocean and all the fun accessories. Manager was super friendly and responsive to all communications ... thanks Tami. Terrible weather weekend (not your fault) caused the smoke alarm to beep at 4:30 am on Friday night but we had a great time anyway,,

Comfortable Condo in a Beautiful Complex
We enjoyed a quiet long weekend in NSB. This is the best time of year to go! The condo is clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a beach vacation. Nice beds, well equipped kitchen, fast internet and cold air conditioning. Lots of towels and fresh linens. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer too. Easy and friendly communication with our hosts as well.
