Acabamos de comprar este hermoso condominio en mayo de 2017. Hice una remodelación completa en el otoño de 2017, se ve increíble. Disfrute de las maravillosas puestas de sol desde el balcón directo extra grande frente a la playa.
Todo sobre nuestro sofisticado y elegante apartamento de dos habitaciones lo deleitará; desde las impresionantes vistas del golfo hasta la nueva cocina totalmente equipada. Te encantará el ambiente global y las comodidades. ¡Nada se compara con un momento tranquilo en el balcón con su café de la mañana o su cóctel de la noche! ¡Cielo!
Nuestro lugar es una casa recientemente renovada con suite principal con una cama king-size y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas de tamaño completo. Amplio espacio abierto de planta abierta y un amplio balcón completan esta excelente casa. De buen tamaño para grupos de hasta seis, pero no demasiado grande para una pareja o un viajero solitario. Perfectamente adecuado para unas vacaciones familiares, un retiro de invierno o un merecido aislamiento espléndido.
Para el entretenimiento interno, está equipado con televisores de alta definición en las dos habitaciones y una sala de estar de 50 ", todos con más de 200 canales. Un reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray de Sony y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad aseguran que nunca se quede sin opciones. Deje que la cocina moderna, el enfriador de vino de 28 botellas y la mesa de comedor para ocho personas den rienda suelta a su gourmet interior.

This place was wonderful with an amazing view of the ocean from the extra big sliding doors. The deck was huge and the kitchen and dining/living area combined to make a large area to be together. Had a wonderful time.

Property was as advertised. Simple, clean elegant interior, location was amazing you could walk to or drive to many wonderful restaurants. The view was amazing. We never went to the interior as the beach was too lovely. We did drive to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille. They gave restaurant suggestions which were very good. We ate most breakfasts and lunches in just enjoying the beach, sound of the waves. Just lovely.

I can't say enough good about this property!! We stayed here three nights with a total of four adults. Everyone agreed this was a high point of our trip!
Everything about this booking was perfect. The check-in instructions were clear and simple, the location was great, the parking was easily accessible (even with an extra car). The owners - Rodney and Connie - were nothing short of awesome to work with and the condo itself was incredibly beautiful!! We really appreciated how quiet it was as well. And the neighborhood had plenty of excellent restaurants and food choices within a couple of miles.
Located right on the beach, we were able to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the lovely balcony. There was a large and a small table and four chairs so we spent lots of time on it in the morning and in the evenings. The condo was absolutely stunning!! It was spotless and fresh, and very well-stocked!! It was so roomy and we've never felt more at home (away from home!) I cannot wait to come back here!
There was some beach reconstruction going on while we were there (which the owner notified us about well in advance), but we were still able to access the water over the weekend when they weren't working on it, and also just to the north of the property during the week when they were working on it.

After hurricane Idalia, we were worried about our Labor Day weekend at the beach. It was great! It was a welcome relief to relax on the beach.

Good location right on a quiet beach. Trolley stop just outside for trips along the coastal road. Very spacious living area and kitchen.

Lovely apartment right on a beautiful white sandy beach, perfect for dolphin spotting. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and we would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely few days at this apartment. The views across the ocean were amazing and the access straight onto the beach was great.

This has been the best condo we have stayed in!! Had all the extras, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, plenty of seating, kids step in the bathroom, potty seat, hamper, pack n play.... and more. Perfect view of the sunset! Very clean and beautifully decorated! We loved that the location was close to restaurants and the store. We also enjoyed a baseball game at Tropicana Field! Plus, veru friendly and informative staff! A must if you are in the area!

Our family loved our stay! Check in was easy, laundry was right near the unit, beach towels and chairs were provided, and kitchen was fully equipped with spices, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. There is even a volleyball net right on the beach that my girls loved. The unit had a beautiful view and the sunsets were amazing!!!

Condo was exactly as described and was very clean. Lots of beach chairs/toys in the closet as well as beach towels. Kitchen was supplied well too.
Only complaints was the elevator not working most of the time that we were there and getting stuck in it at one point. And the water pressure and temperature did not work properly in the master room.
Other than that, we had a great time and would return again!

This is our second stay at this condo and we are excited to be returning next year as well. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking fresh fish from the local market and were glad the kitchen had everything we needed to cook many delicious meals. The owners provided many helpful items such as beach towels, beach chairs, and a bunch of other "beach items" in the balcony closet. This condo is right on the beach and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We were very happy with our stay here. The host was super responsive whenever I messaged him. The unit is located directly on the beach with amazing sunset views. There were a number of restaurants in a short driving distance . The check in and process were extremely smooth. Would absolutely come back to this condo!

Location and view was perfect. Condo was spot on based on the pics and description found online. Little disappointed on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Putting that aside we enjoyed our stay and created some great memories of our 60th birthdays.

We had a great week- the condo and view were beautiful! Plenty of towels, linens, beach equipment/toys provided. Outside building is in need of some repair, but overall we loved our stay!

Condo is as described, photo’s very accurate. Deck is directly facing the beach, table and chairs with two lounge chairs. Deck storage closet is loaded with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and various items for the beach.
Living room/dining room very comfy! We were two couples—lots of seating and space. Kitchen is adequate, plenty of supplies to prepare meals. Kitchen could use 2 more small pots. We ate a few meals in, otherwise well supplied. Basic spices, sugar are available. Beds were great! Sheets very thin and worn. Quilts were great! Plenty of towels!
Overall, a wonderful, beautiful VRBO!! Owner was responsive!
