My family and I enjoyed the house very much, there was enough space for everyone to have their own space, but also large dining areas for everyone to gather. Good location from Freshfields, we come to Seabrook every year as a family, and will be looking into this house again!

Great for families with entertainment and ample space to spread out. Rent the golf cart! Situated in a quiet area with marsh views crabbing dock. House needs some TLC - reupholstery on cushions and pain on interior. Range top cracked and two burners working. Need smart person to manage a variety of TVs on WIFI. Would go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! We had 4 friends running the Kiawah Half Marathon and it worked out great for us--plenty of room for all. The house was very clean. The only problem we had was figuring out the TVs. We could have called the property manager but never got around to it. We will stay again!

We had a great week in this very comfortable home. There were 11 of us--9 adults and 2 kids, 8 and 6--and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, but apparently not so much for the others. The grandkids loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom! All in all, it was a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabrook during the Holidays of 2022. The Captain's Creek House was very accommodating with plenty of room for our family reunion. Despite some problems with the appliances...both the dishwasher and microwave stopped working....we had a wonderful time. This is a very nice house....highly recommend for family fun!

Family & Friends time
We had 10 family and friends that gathered for our annual vacation it was a first time to Charleston area for most. We enjoyed the home very much the check in process and manager was great the home has new owners since we booked it months in advance the new owner is making some renovations but it did not interrupt our stay. The golf cart addition is a definite hit with the young adults in our group. Overall a great vacation and we loved the island would definitely come again.

Spacious comfortable property
The house was perfect for an extended family gathering of ages ranging from 0 - 72. Large master on the main (drawback is that it is right off of the kitchen/TV area) with 4 large bedrooms upstairs including another room that could considered a master. Huge basement/play area, access to the garage, 2 refrigerators, great dining room, and the kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed to make our weekend fantastic. Only feedback would be to send the check-out instructions with the check-in (and again before check-out). Not everyone reads their email on vacation.

Spacious and quiet retreat
This home was perfect for our group of 8. The home is beautifully furnished with lots of areas to gather and chat in comfort. The rear deck and screened in porch are lovely. The house suits on a large lot(maybe a double lot or 1.5?) So you feel very secluded on the back porches. The kitchen was well appointed with 2 ovens and even an electric griddle which we used for french toast. Windows, doors and blinds were all in good shape and easy to use to allow fall breezes to pass through the house. We would definitely stay at this house again with a group of this size.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time at this property. The communication with Sweetgrass was excellent and response time was good. We rented bikes and a golf cart to use to get around. It was a little ways to the pool and beach. Golf cart is definitely easier if you have stuff to carry. House had ample room and all your basic needs. The mattresses weren't the best and kitchen did not have a ton of storage for food. 2 refrigerators was wonderful. There is a not a bathroom for basement room so that was a little inconvenient for those sleeping downstairs. Overall, great stay! We loved Seabrook and will be back to Seabrook next year.

Perfect Family Getaway
This was a great family getaway home. The home had great space for different groups to enjoy each others company and kitchen had all the right items to prepare simple meals, etc.
Plenty of parking and beautiful peaceful backyard.
Beds weren't very comfortable, and one downside was having to walk through the twin room or bathroom to get to one of the queen bedrooms upstairs.
Overall this was a great home!

House is great for a group with gathering areas and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely marsh view with lots of wildlife. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy and very quiet being off the main road.
My recommendation to the owner/mgmt team is to clean and repair the grill. On full heat it would only get to 325 deg which can make cookouts difficult.

Wonderful!
The house was beautiful and very spacious for our party of 10. The interior was very aesthetically pleasing and the backyard view was beautiful. Our children enjoyed the board games available and we were relieved to see a few child proof (plastic) dishes for them to use as well as beautiful dishes for the rest of us. It was a nice distance from the larger cities, but close enough to not have a long drive. We would definitely stay here again!

We rent a lot of vacation houses and this one was a gem... We rented this house with my family, my brother's family, and my mom. The house is spacious and although it's technically 5 BR, there is a set of bunk beds in the first floor area that allowed the kids to stay down there as their own space.
Overall the house has a good layout, and in addition to the bonus room on the first floor there's plenty of other space to congregate, including a spacious living room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and two ovens, which turned out to be surprisingly helpful when cooking meals.
The house and furnishings are nice, and the property is well-managed, with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, etc.
One other thing we liked is that the house is in a good location - fairly close to the gate, right by the crabbing dock, and not too far from the beach.
5/5 - we'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Vacation
The house at 3012 Marsh Haven is beautiful and very comfortable. Our family of seven adults and three toddlers had plenty of room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The two car garage was helpful since we had three cars and visitors a couple of times during the week. There are two refrigerators which was great for all the beverages we brought with us. There are also two ovens although one by the kitchen island seemed to be very slow to warm up. We used the gas grill three times during the week.
My grandchildren loved the basement room. There were some toys there and they loved the bunk beds. My daughter brought her Nintendo switch so everyone had video games to play. I also brought my amazon fire stick so we could watch the channels we watch at home.
We had only minor complaints.The vacuum cleaner did not do a great job. The ice maker could never keep up so make sure to buy ice before you get to the house. The family room furniture is not the most comfortable but the living room furniture is very nice. There were plenty of bath towels for our family but I wish we had brought kitchen towels as there was only one.
Overall I gave this vacation an excellent review. We love Seabrook Island and had a great family vacation.

Nice Home
The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental. Lots of personal stuff/pics in the home. It had everything you need for a great place to stay in Seabrook. Very good gas grill that we used almost every night. Close to the Crab Dock and easy to get to the beach or pool quickly. A short car ride or moderate bike ride away to everything. The only negative was that we all found the beds to be pretty uncomfortable. Hard mattresses/pillows and rough sheets.

Everything about renting this house was easy. Great location near the crabbing dock, great layout for our guests, and easy to get it all booked. Highly recommend this house for future rentals.

Church women's retreat
We had a great time and the house was very nice. The view out the kitchen window was great with all the birds. We hung out in that area the most and if the homeowner does any updates indoor furniture would be better than the wicker. We had a few problems that were corrected promptly by management. We enjoyed the beach club house area where some of us saw many dolphins. Overall the house was very clean and the only slight issue was the doors were hard to open.

Wonderful space for a large group
We had an amazing time at Seabrook Island. The house worked out very well for four families. Most of the time our group congregated in the kitchen, which is a nice, open space. We wished they had more comfortable furniture in the kitchen seating area, but that was a minor issue. The bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was very clean and we found everything we needed to cook several meals at the house. We loved all of the wildlife on the island and found it very easy to get around. The beach and the golf course were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!
3012 Marsh Haven is a beautiful home and had tons of space. So much space that we did not find the basement door (which was right in front of our eyes) until the day before we left! It allowed our family to have one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years! It was my mother, daughter and their significant others’ first time on the Island and they enjoyed it thoroughly and cannot wait to come back next year! 3012 Marsh Haven was the site of our first annual low country boil wherein we had over 30 guests to the home and it was perfect! We would definitely suggest this home to vacationers! It’s a home away from home!!!
