Esta casa es una casa de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño. Totalmente amueblado. Tiene TV vía satélite en la sala de estar y un televisor inteligente en el dormitorio delantero que permite aplicaciones de internet. Dormitorio 1 tiene una cama king size. Jerry was great and made the process easy from start to finish. Property and house was very clean and had everthing we needed for a nice 3 day get-away. Kids had a great time as there was lots to do around the area and around the lake (i.e. kayaking, fishing, swimming off dock, etc.). It was an added bonus to be able to bring our dog as he enjoyed it every bit as much as we did.

What a wonderful cottage on lakefront! It is located on a cove with little traffic but lots of lake. Just around the corner is the Marina. Great for kayaking, paddle boards, swimming and fishing. A dock is available for your boat too! The cottage itself is super clean, cute and well appointed. It has everything you need to enjoy the best lake life.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has all the essentials we needed and is very clean. We kayak, paddle boat, row swim and fish in the lake. Son and husband caught a fish which made our stay more memorable. Jeri was wonderful to provide all the restaurants and things to do around town and we did those as well. Definitely will come back again.

Jerry and the house were both wonderful. We fished, kayaked, had campfires, and loved the view. Jerry was so helpful with fishing and restaurant suggestions. We will be back! Every time we are in the Dallas area, this is where we will stay!

We loved our stay here. The house has everything you need. The owner has created a great atmosphere for guests. My girls made friends with kids staying in the other houses and they enjoyed the playground, trampoline, and dock swimming. So much to love about the property - the yard is perfect for playing, the view is beautiful, and trails are close.

We were looking for a nice, quiet spot for a few days away with our teen daughter for spring break. The house was perfect. Cleanliness and check in process was great and the owner made sure we always were okay. It was a bit chilly for us to take advantage of the lake activities but will look forward to returning to take advantage of this option.

The cottage is on the edge of Lake Lewisville in Frisco, TX. We enjoyed eating on the patio, walking along the water and in to the wooded area on the trail. It is located in a very peaceful residential area. We would consider revisiting if the opportunity arises again.

This property was beautiful and the location was amazing! There are so many amenities included - our favorite was having morning tea/coffee on the dock. The children had a blast kayaking! And the host was super friendly and so knowledgeable about the lake and the area. I highly recommend booking here!

Had a great stay with family at this cute little getaway house! Location was perfect to shopping and restaurants as well as our other family in Little Elm! The last night the A/C went out but Jeri was quick to come try to rectify the issue and when he was unable to he offered us another house a couple doors down that he had clean and available to sleep in before we left the next morning! Will definitely come again and rent from Jeri!

We stayed here for my sons basketball tournament. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We had a great time! Property had a lot of things to do which was really nice. My son and husband loved being able to canoe and fish! We will definitely be coming back!

The pictures of this property are totally acurate! Beautiful and plents of room. I could only imagine the fun of this place in the summer. We entertained my father and other guest during our stay and everyone fell in love with the place

Jerri and his family were all very accommodating as we were visiting with my 5 yr old grandson. They allowed him to use the trampoline, lily pad, etc. Even invited them to go tubing. Very nice people.

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Though we weren't there very often, it was so nice to know we were going to be able to sleep and relax somewhere clean and quiet! Communication was fantastic as well! We definitely want to come back to enjoy more!

Scenic relaxing Getaway Close to Home
This is my second time to stay at this property. Such a beautiful scenic property. Everything needed for a weekend away can be found here with easy access to shopping/grocery stores for provisions. Love that there is access to some water toys for my family to enjoy.

Jeri is such a nice man. The place has a really view as it is right on the lake. The is nicely furnished but outdated and in need of some repairs which is the next project for the owners. Weather was chilly while we were there so we were not able to enjoy all the lake has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Quirky house on Lake Lewisville
Family and I stayed here during a Spring Break trip to DFW to visit family and friends. The house was clean, checkin/checkout were easy, and owner was very responsive. It was nice being able to bird watch and kayak while in the area. However, didn’t spend much time outside bc the lawn was squishy in parts and smelled like septic. The property is in a changing neighborhood, with lots of trash and suburban development visible along the shoreline that we paddled from the house.
