Incluye las siguientes antigüedades: tocador, cómoda de roble y armario de esquina con espejo. El dormitorio de la reina está decorado en el sabor del suroeste y está totalmente acogedor. El 3er dormitorio / oficina tiene una cama doble. Se puede dormir un sexto en la antigua cama de día Jenny Lind en la Gran Sala. Segundo cuarto de baño tiene bañera con ducha. Hay abundante luz natural, hermosos pisos de cerámica al sudoeste en toda la casa y cómodo de calor aire / gas acondicionado. We had an outstanding stay in a wonderful property. The tennis court was such a bonus for little tyker play area. The hosts are exceptional and the house was spotless, well equipped and super fun. The amazing birds at the feeder were so great to watch. The location is close to hikes, stores and parks.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa del Sol so very much! It's fairly equidistant to Saguaro West and Tucson Mountain Park vs. The Catalina Road up toward Mt. Lemmon and Sabino Canyon, then you've got Dove Mountain literally in the back yard and Romero Canyon fairly close -- so much to enjoy, and virtually everything in the house that you could need!! Larry and Claire are close at hand if you need anything, but not obtrusive. In short, an ideal paradise to call home for a couple weeks or more!!

Casita Del Sol is a beautiful place to stay! We were surrounded by nature and close to several great hiking trails. We also attended our niece’s wedding in downtown Tucson just minutes away.
Larry and Claire have made their Casita very comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. We are photography enthusiasts and birders and loved seeing an abundance of wildlife during our stay. We did not want to leave and expect to return again someday!

The property was lovely, felt like we were out in the wilderness despite being off a main road. We loved watching the mountains change color throughout the day. An easy short hike thru the desert is close by. Property owners responded promptly to a battery request and checked on us during our stay, nice people. The house was immaculate. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! This property is gorgeous and had everything we needed. We saw beautiful sunsets and had an interesting experience with a javelina the first night! It was super exciting. Larry and Claire were so nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

We stayed over Thanksgiving while visiting family in Marana and Tucson. Location was great for us, and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We joked that the casita was nicer than our first house! We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed at Casita del Sol for six weeks ending in April, 2023. Claire and Larry were gracious and helpful hosts, but were not intrusive in any way. The casita was well-supplied with paper products and toiletries to last the entire length of our stay. The kitchen has all you need to make and serve any meal. Most casitas are small, but this one is spacious, with three bedrooms and two baths, which made it easy to host our two sets of overnight visitors. A walk-in closet, king-size bed and en suite bath make the master bedroom super convenient. There is wonderful bird life and Sonoran desert vegetation right outside the door. The nearby Tortolita trail systems offer varied hiking opportunities, and there are abundant bike trails close at hand. We highly recommend the facility and the Klinglers as hosts.

A wonderful and calming casita fully surrounded by nature. The hosts Claire and Larry were above and beyond hospitable. We were even provided with oranges and lemons from their trees upon arrival! Easy access to amenities. Would 100% stay there again.

I enjoyed my initial stay so much I extended my stay for as long as I could until the next booking came in. I've never so so at home in a place that wasn't my home before.

A paradise on the outskirts of the city ❤️
This is a phenomenal place to have a weekend getaway or a vacation. The tennis court was so much fun and great exercise, even though nobody in our family has played before. The house is sophisticated and modern. The landscaping is lovely, and the view of the Catalinas is stunning. We spent time hiking around the property, watching sunsets on the porch, having lovely meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the host was so nice as to even let us use her amazing kid friendly s-pool! It was an incredible stay and we will return for sure. Thank you so much Claire and Larry!

Wonderful Casita
We really liked this casita. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great and made sure we were happy. The location was beautiful and private. Lots of wildlife. We saw a javelina passing through while we were sitting on the porch and then he came back through an hour or so later. We will definitely stay there again.

Great dessert escape.
My wife and I wanted a warm escape from our Minnesota winter near good hiking and this property was perfect for us. The hiking nearby is excellent. We saw mule deer, javalena, and a great variety of birds in the yard. The property is isolated in a great desert locale yet only a mile from a good grocery store. The cassita itself is appointed with everything you need and your hosts are very helpfull. If we decide to stay in the Tucson area again this will be our first choice.

Wonderful family vacation!
The house and property were everything we hoped for-- clean, inviting, comfortable. The location was excellent. It was easy to get to from the airport, close to shopping, but still felt like you were away from the crowd. The property was beautiful with a variety of cacti, plants and birds. We loved having a tennis court right out the door, overlooking the beauty of the desert and the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. Larry and Clare are wonderful hosts, responsive to needs and questions. We would definitely stay here again and surely hope we will sometime.

La Casista tan linda
What a gem and the perfect place for the family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and all our meals and the large table made it easy to social distance, eat, socialize and play board games. We enjoyed breakfast outside where we could take in the exquisite scenery and loved exploring the area on foot and with our bicycles. Claire and Larry were the perfect hosts, helpful, but not intrusive and we would happily stay here again on a return visit to Tucson. You'll love staying in this property as did we.

Clean and Roomy
This home is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It's a little outdated, but very clean, welcoming, and roomy. The hosts were very nice. Warning to anyone driving a low sports car, it's down a long dirt road and over a small rock bridge that might be tough for the car.

Amazing sun rises!
The sunrises were absolutely stunning! The home is beautiful. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and provided hiking options for us. They put together reference books for the area. If I'm back down in the area I would definitely look at staying there again.

Desert getaway
We were in Tucson for a conference. We arrived late when it was already dark. Claire stayed on the phone with us until we were able to get into the Casitas. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and were able to see some wild life through the large windows. It was a wonderful experience. Would stay again if in the area for another conference. Peaceful Retreat
Very lovely owners were great to work with & enjoyable to meet. Made me feel very welcome. Property is very easy to find, close to grocery, restaurants, beautiful vistas and all the Sonoran Dessert has to offer. This Casita is fully equipped with many extras. The owners have thought of everything to make a perfect stay. I would be visiting again if they weren't already booked. Would definitely make a return visit.

The Klingler ranch was wonderfull ,lots of privacy and wildlife.
WOW!!! The experience at the ranch was more than I had expected. Claire and Larry were very helpful telling me where the best restaurant were, what places to visit and most of all very good hosts. There were lots of different wildlife to see right from the the house. The house was more accommodating, with everything you needed. To get up every morning and see the Catalina mountains was inspiring. Thanks Claire and Larry.

Always awesome!
We've been here numerous times and it's always lovely and relaxing. Sitting on the patio is the best part...watching the birds on the feeder with a morning cup of coffee was just about perfect. Claire and Larry are perfect hosts and we always appreciate their helpfulness. Of course, the private tennis court tops it off. Where else is there the opportunity to walk out your door and walk onto the court? Nowhere we've seen, so thank you both! It was great!

A wonderful repeat!
We just wrapped up our 2 week stay at the Casita del Sol for a hiking vacation; our second stay here in three years. What a wonderful home away from home! The location is perfect for a variety of activities; the Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon, Mt Lemmon & more are all a short drive away; other sightseeing opportunities & more hiking trails than one could imagine and while the house is in the desert with plenty of wildlife and birdlife to enjoy; grocery stores and other shopping just a short drive. It’s a perfect combination of living close to nature yet having the conveniences that we all appreciate.
The house is very large; with plenty of space both inside and on the patio. A great BBQ and as someone who loves to cook while on vacation; the well equipped kitchen is very much appreciated. Comfy beds, great views from every window - and having wonderful hosts like Larry and Claire nearby, who are very responsive yet not intrusive; all contribute to a great Arizona experience!
