Bienvenidos a Casa Del Rio. Nuestra casa decorada profesionalmente con un distintivo estilo polinesio está ubicada en Crystal Shores, un exclusivo vecindario privado a la salida de Fort Island Trail en Crystal River, FL, y a minutos de la autopista 19. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios completos y una oficina con una cama tamaño queen Murphy. También cuenta con dos baños completos bellamente decoradas. El lujoso baño principal cuenta con una gran ducha con tres cabezales de ducha. Nuestra casa cuenta con una piscina de agua salada, climatizada con energía solar, cocina grande al aire libre con TV de 50 ", cocina gourmet interior, muelle grande, patio cercado, árboles frutales y un entorno de canal bellamente tranquilo. Esta es nuestra "casa del río" y no solo la casa de alquiler de alguien. Estamos orgullosos de cada centímetro de ella. Very nice. The canal is navigable at tides above 1'. Pay attention to the tides when planning your boating activities. Stay far right in the canal in bound and left exiting. The home is very charming and well equipped.

Always have an absolute blast staying in Crystal River. You can tell the home was recently remodeled fresh and very clean. Everything in the home is very well taken care of and communication with the owner is quick and responsive. The home is well stocked with every you would need to cook. Our only major complaint is the canal is extremely rocky. We have a 26 foot pathfinder and there were multiple times. It was very difficult to navigate due to the water being under 2 feet. The bottom is very rocky and really damaged our boat. At one point, we could not even reach the home because the canal was completely dry across. You have to watch the tides. Only one of the rocks is marked in the channel and thank goodness the neighbors let us know of another one. Unfortunately, there was even more and we took a big chunk at the bottom of our boat.

First off, the host is wonderful. ( Teri ). Checking in to see if everything was alright with the place and if there was anything we needed. My husband and I came down for the fishing. Sometimes it was good and sometimes not so good but sitting on the dock watching the wildlife go by made up for the bad days. It makes you to sit back and think, this is paradise. There is a lot of activates to do in Crystal River, which our company and I did enjoy. We will be back.

We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation week. The house was excellent and as described. Very nice pool. We used the dock and supplied kayaks a lot for fishing and manatee viewing. Caught catfish, black drum and mangrove snapper right off the dock. Very quiet neighborhood and location is very close to all local attractions.

We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was very impressive and the people seemed very friendly. The house was in pristine condition.
The pool was however, a little disappointing where it needed some work. We wanted to do a little swimming but, the not taken care of very well with the pool guy. It’s always the pool guy other then the pool we rated the whole experience an “A”. Thanks very much for letting us stay with you.

This house is as good as it gets for a vacation! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas a lot! There was plenty of space for everyone (6 adults 2 small children). We did cover the River Man statue with a sheet cause he’s a little creepy at night lol! We brought our 28’ boat with us. We had to watch the tides coming in and out of canal (1.2’ was the magic number to get in/out). It was pretty tricky getting the trailer in the driveway, but only because we were over sized a bit… We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway
This house was such a wonderful place for our family to spend time together. We used the canoes and rented paddleboards to visit Three Sisters Spring. We purchased fishing license and fished from the dock. We observed Mantatees, birds, small gator, catfish, lizards, and other Flotida life. We ate at the Shrimp landing and we were not disappointed. The pool was a big hit..we were in it everyday.

50th Bday with a perfect getaway!
The Crystal Shores "Casa Del Rio" property was so refreshingly fabulous. My husband and I travel and book a lot with VRBO.
Without a doubt, this home offered more than any other property we've rented.
Janice & Teri aren't joking when they say, no need to pack the Kitchen sink! Not only was the Kitchen spacious and beautiful, it literally had everything.
The beds were comfy,
The sitting areas were serene.
The dining area was perfect for guests.
The pool was a DREAM.
I think we got lucky with no neighbors on a Holiday wknd but honestly, it's so very private here, we wouldn't have noticed.

Manatee playground
Beautiful clean home that is stocked with everything you need and more. Pool is very inviting. Our last day there, a mama manatee and two babies played for an hour or more in the canal. They were joined by several more. Highly recommend this home.

Serene Paradise

Wonderful
Our family had an absolutely marvelous time here for our Christmas vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and it's at a great location. We loved kayaking around the area and getting close to the manatees and the birding was fantastic too. So many things to enjoy! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future. I am in love ! What a great house! My family of 5 had such a great time. I am a neat and clean freak and the house was immaculate. The kitchen was great for making Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were so comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was great too! Teri is an amazing host. She makes everything so easy. I liked pretending her house was my house for the week! Absolutely amazing!
The phots almost didnt do it justice l! This place was amazing for my family and I for our 4 night stay in october. The property had easy access to the water by kayak (our main goal and activity during the trip) and their tandem kayak and additional single kayak were perfect for us with one of our group not feeling confident alone on the water and one not being able to bring their own. The bay was just around the corner on water and we enjoyed being able to go out any time we wanted to enjoy the water. The home was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of seating for our 8 people and the bedrooms were well decorated and the 2 kings and 2 queens were perfect for us as we are all adults. Everything was clean, well maintained, it felt like home while we were there. Couldnt have asked for a better place.

Peaceful Retreat
Teri shared her large home in a peaceful setting. My family had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of amenities to go around. Casa del Rio is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything one might need for a vacation. Teri is a terrific host, responding to every need. The younger generation used the kayaks and enjoyed the river. I would go back again!!

Most wonderful time at Casa del Rio
This was an amazing vacation. Owners were great to work with, lots of communication from beginning. House was very well taken care of and truly feels like a home. Very well appointed, literally you only need bring your clothes and boat. Owners clearly take great pride in their place, as it smelled and felt fresh, clean and was a pleasure to stay there. The property is on great water and we had no problems with our 24 Ft. bay boat with a jack plate, even at low tide. Can't wait to schedule our return trip to Casa del Rio

Great location with boat
Each morning rolled out of very comfortable beds and started our day with a home cooked breakfast. Next We mainly boated to areas around crystal river. We fished, scalloped, swam with manatees, and went to restaurant bars on Crystal river. In the afternoon chilled by the outside bar watching the game. Then on to awesome scallop dinner.

Great Family Retreat Spot!
Casa Del Rio was the perfect spot for our family scalloping trip. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The layout of the house is great with lots of open space (family room, kitchen, dining) along with the added bonuses of a summer kitchen, and sunroom. We have never stayed in a rental that was so well equipped. Next year (yes, we have already rebooked) I will pack much less for our trip! The pool was so refreshing after being out on the boat for hours and helped entertain our granddaughters, aged 3 and 5, numerous times throughout the day. The yard was shady and perfect for corn hole competitions. The dock was so easy and the boat was more protected in the canal than in previous stays when we stayed directly on the river.
Communication with the owner, Teri was easy and she was very quick to respond to questions.
I really can't say enough good things about Teri and Casa Del Rio!

Excellent Home Away From Home
Our family had a wonderful vacation. The house was very spacious, very clean, stocked with all the kitchen amenities you would need, lots of extra towels, beach towels and pillows and the beds were very extremely comfortable. Our stay felt like we were at home, not at a “rental”. Teri and Janice follow up with you during your stay to make sure everything is ok and if something isn’t they handle it immediately. The only thing that I would point out to renters is if you are bringing a boat, the canal gets VERY low at low tide. We have a 14” draft on our boat and thankfully we had a trolling motor on the boat or we wouldn’t have made it back to the house a couple of times. Overall we had an excellent stay and are planning on doing it again next year.
