Lake Travis Waterfront - Outstanding Views, Boat Dock/Deep Water, Walk to Pool
Amplia casa adosada de cuatro habitaciones ubicada en la orilla del lago Travis. Venga a disfrutar del relajante Point Venture, una hermosa península que cuenta con un parque frente al mar de 50 acres con rampas para botes, golf, tenis y piscina. El restaurante flotante Gnarly Gar está a solo un minuto a pie. El Point Venture Marina tiene gas disponible de marzo a octubre.
Disfruta de increíbles vistas del lago desde casi todas las habitaciones de esta gran casa adosada. En el nivel principal hay una gran sala de estar, cocina, comedor, dormitorio (cama queen), dos baños completos, terraza sombreada y un área adicional para dormir (litera - doble sobre doble). En el nivel superior hay un dormitorio (cama queen). En el nivel inferior hay un gran dormitorio principal (cama king y futón queen), un baño principal enorme con bañera de hidromasaje, un segundo dormitorio / sala de juegos (litera - doble con dos camas) con barra de bar y una terraza con sombra adicional.
Las escaleras de piedra conducen al lago y al muelle privado. Aquí puede guardar su bote, probar suerte en la pesca o simplemente nadar. Si tiene ganas de relajarse, siéntase como en casa en el patio trasero. Hay varios columpios a la sombra.

Wonderful visit for eclipse. House was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Host did an excellent job with communication. Only downside was how steep it is to get to the lake - but that is everywhere along Lake Travis. Overall, great experience.

Property was great! It’s even nicer in person than the pictures suggest. Plenty of space for everyone that stayed. View off the deck was beautiful, great spot for breakfast and dinner. Close to liquid thrillz and the restaurant if you want. The dock was our favorite spot. Plenty of noodles to just float in the water. The top deck was awesome, had a little opening to jump off too which provided entertainment. We hope to return to the property in the future. Definitely would recommend!

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The owner, Scott, was great to work with and they have a prime location that always has deep water. Be ready to get your leg workout as the lake is low and there are LOTS of steps. But well worth it to enjoy the dock and swimming. Thanks for a great trip!

** Our stay was the first week of July 2022.
Scott sends great/detailed information in getting you set up and to the property. The house is truly fully stocked, especially the kitchen. Unless you need a specialty item they will have everything (including seasoning). The house is lovely, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone in our group was impressed, the inside décor is very nice. And outside patios are wonderful. I can't say enough how much fun we had. I almost forgot to mention the pool is conveniently located also. It is a nice hike to the back yard doc, but well worth it. The water was perfect. This is a great property!

Home is beautiful and very accomdating. The dock was well maintained too and had a lot of outdoor furniture which was a plus. Only drawback was that the VRBO was almost 1 hr from most conveniences and nearby restaurants close quite early. Had the location been 'across the river' then it would have been a much, much shorter drive. Overall, a great stay and I would happily recommend!

Booked this spot to celebrate our 28 year wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing!
Scott was so helpful and easy to talk to, plus was very quick to reply to all of my questions.
We had the best time ever--the townhome is beautiful, cozy, spacious and huge, it has plenty of seating indoor and out.
The double decker boat dock was excellent, we got to park our boat and a pair of jet skis with no issues, the kids had a great time jumping from the second level of the dock.
We loved the ping pong table!! So much fun.
We had access to the gym which was directly across from us!! We also had access to the large parking lot which was extremely helpful in leaving our trailers while the toys stayed in the water the entire time!!
We look forward to booking another getaway here very soon!

What a wonderful stay on the beautiful Lake Travis! There were so many positives about our stay we didn’t know where to start! So, I made a list highlighting our most memorable experiences:
- Excellent communication from owner from start to finish
- Easy/detailed instructions to follow from arrival to departure
- Self check-in
- Breathtaking views
- Super clean home / smelled fantastic
- Fully stocked kitchen with every kitchenware / appliance imaginable
- 3 stories with ample space for a large group
- Direct access to the lake
- Dock with 2 decks - top deck is partially covered so you can stay in the shade or sunbath
- Quiet, quaint neighborhood with DEER everywhere (my favorite part)! The deer were so tame that you could walk right by them while they laid in people’s front yards and didn’t bat an eye.
- And SO much more…. I HIGHLY recommend this lake house!

We have rented a lot of lake houses on Lake Travis and this is in the top favorite! The dock is fabulous, the kids had a blast on the upper deck. The owner is very communicative and helpful. House was great and very comfortable. Gorgeous views of the lake! We will be back.

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time to book and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood is beautiful and the available amenities make this place a steal. The owner makes the check in/check out process easy and is easy to contact if needed. Definitely consider booking!

Overall this property was great! Only issue was the advertisement of a 4 bedroom, when really there were 3 and 1 bed in a game room off the master and 1 in the dining room. OMG AT THE KITCHEN STUFF. We did most of our cooking here and this kitchen was FULLY stocked! There wasnt a single thing we needed that it didnt have. THE VIEWS. OMG the views, we ate all the meals on the patio overlooking the lake. On Saturday night the restaurant up the hill has live music so you can hear it from the dock, which has a lot of seating and lights strung for a dreamy night on the water with perfect views of the sunset. Really recommend this stay. There were 8 adult couples and we never felt cramped even once!
