Great spot

Everything we needed was there, like beach chairs and towels, even a couple of games.

Comfortable, clean, two showers/bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen, deck with grill, small yard area. Plus a great location walking distance to town and on the bike path to Cisco Beach. Perfect!

Great for a long weekend with friends

The location was perfect . The apartment was above a three car garage and it was sunny, charming, clean and spacious. The owners were extremely accommodating and generous and had two other beautiful homes on the property. If I had to give any downside for us, it was that the mattresses were a little firmer than we like but the bedding was lovely and the pillows were soft. We would definitely return there.

Our stay was hassle free and very enjoyable! Lillian responded to all our questions in a timely fashion and the place was exactly as shown in the photos and descriptions! The location was ideal with town a short walk as well as our favorite stop while on the island Cisco Brewery. We would definitely return now ext time we visit.

A wonderful stay that was quiet and close to town. The kitchen had everything we need and was well stocked. The house also came with some great beach chairs and board games which also made our stay extra lovely.

We had a great stay at Lillian’s apt. and she was always responsive if we/when we had questions. For our family of 5 (3 kids ages 8 and under) it was the perfect set-up. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry was a huge plus as we were coming off a stretch of travel and needed to refresh. We rented bikes and could easily get to and from town as well as childrens and jetties beach. The outdoor shower to get all the sand off and the small yard were a nice bonus! We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lillian!

This house was perfect for a weekend stay for a wedding. It was great for 4 people (2 adult couples) and was quiet, private, and clean. The deck and yard was beautiful as well! The location was close to town and getting around was super easy. Lillian was a great host, helpful and responsive - we'd love the pleasure of staying here again. Definitely recommend!

Came to Nantucket for the first time with friends and stayed on Lillian’s property. The apartment was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio and the easy walk into town. Lillian was a great host, and we would love to stay again.

This property is clean and such a quick, pretty walk to town! We didn’t spend much time there, but it was perfect for our stay.

Had a fantastic time staying at this apartment. It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We loved the deck as it is very private and overlooks a nice backyard. Loved the outdoor shower. Lillian answered all our texts straight away. It is about a 20 min walk into town. We usually walked into town and took a taxi back. We didn’t use the sofa bed but not sure if it would be the most comfortable but the queen bed and two singles were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was nice and the host was very easy to get a hold of. However, there were so many bugs, it made it seem dirty. Other than the excessive amount of bugs - it was nice!

This little house is just great for a visit to Nantucket. We did a girls long weekend and it was ideal for us to hang out on the deck in the beautiful late September weather. The house is clean and well appointed, although with just a slight hint of a musky smell. The beds were comfortable and the whole place had everything we needed. It takes around 15 minutes to walk into town and to the harbor, but what a beautiful walk it is. Otherwise a taxi ride is $12. The DVD player wasn't working but a quick call to Lilian and she was willing to rent a new one and get it to us. We said no need but it was great to know she cared enough to help out with all our needs, large or small. Great place overall, highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay here. Perfect for mom, dad and a young baby (or 2 older children). Seemingly thought of everything that would be needed for a stay, including a custom made baby gate for the stairs that was easy to hook up. Less than a mile to town one way and the Cisco brewery the other way. 1.4 mile walk to Jetties beach and the Sandbar. All easily walkable. Highly recommend!

Lillian and family were great. Enjoyed the location - we usually stay closer to town but with bikes it was a whole 4 minutes of riding. It's close to Cisco Beach, and the Brewery. And easy access to the bike trails leading to eg Madaket, Surfside etc. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds and pillows (critical for me). A small point: I would suggest that the kitchen have more 'stuff' - more wine glasses, more pots and pans (one small and one medium only) since we don't like to go out for dinner and it meant reusing same eg pirex dishes (one), cleaning every night because there was not enough glasses etc. But other than kitchen things ... every was great.

The place was beautiful. But the bed was hard, and with my arthritic back the bed didn't help or the lack of fullness in the pillows. Lillian and Angelo were very friendly to me and my David. However, their place was out of reach from the town and stores and the beaches as well. Thanks anyway, Lillian and Angelo!!

If you want affordable, adorable, squeaky clean and close to town, this apartment is the perfect rental for you. We stayed here 3 nights, with just our bikes and managed to get around the main part of the island just fine. This place was only a mile from town so it's walkable as well. Lots of privacy on the outdoor deck, and fully equipped. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nantucket!

Lillian and her husband were so welcoming and accommodating. It was great to have a washer and dryer on premises, so we could limit the amount of luggage we brought. The outside shower is always a great feature, makes me want one at home. The location made it easy to bike just about anyplace we wanted to go. From downtown to the beaches on the south side, to Jetties and Steps everything was within a reasonable bike ride. Thank you so much for making our week so relaxing and enjoyable. Brenda
