Great location with amazing views of the beach! Easy access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, had most everything we needed. Already booked my stay for next year!

Let me start by saying the condo itself is a 10. The location right on the ocean is perfect. The ocean can be heard from the master bedroom with the windows closed.
The reason I knocked the rating down is because of the listing description. It is not clear that LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. So we started our trip spending $200 on that stuff, oh, and toilet paper. These things are usually included so we were shocked to find they are not. You have to dig around in the description to find where it says that.
Also- notice that you can only park two cars in the garage. We had three so we parked the third on Melody Lane, very close by.
Lastly, there was a lot of confusion about all the codes that were needed to get around the property to open gates. Ask the host about doing it using your phone. It is possible and very convenient. This made accessing the property confusing and very stressful.
That being said, I would recommend staying here.

My family was so pleased with our stay here! The beds were comfy! Everyone had a great seat in the living room with ocean views. Lots of space so no one felt crowded. Clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

This condo is hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in at Garden City! The place is so clean; very well stocked with items needed in the kitchen! Check in was so easy; we were even able to check in early which was so helpful with having a little one - Thank You, Tamra for that! Communication was wonderful as well. I will Definitely be staying here again. The view is so pretty; even with sitting on the couch and looking outside was gorgeous! You will not be disappointed in this rental; so don’t hesitate and BOOK NOW!

This unit was beautiful. It felt like home! The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything, we loved our week there so much.

Tamara has a beautiful and comfortable condo. Everything you need is available and it was very clean. We were able to check-in with zero issues, and the couple times there was a Q, Tamara responded quickly. There is nearby restaurants and shopping.
The only down fall for us, which is no fault of the owners, is that golf carts are not allowed on the condo property. This would not keep me from staying there again, just a little extra planning :)

We had lots of space for the 6 of us (we are a family of 4 plus grandparents), it was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, right on the beach. We were also very thankful for the chairs and umbrella set up on the beach. The host was very easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly.
We would be happy to stay if we are ever in the area again. Thank you so much!

We have stayed in many beach properties over the past 30 years, and must say this was the nicest one ever! The location is fabulous, out of the busyness of Myrtle Beach, but a short drive to anything you might want, from groceries to shopping to entertainment. The furnishings are top quality, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well furnished. Even the balcony furniture is nice. Except for early morning, the large balcony was in the shade. I was really amazed at how clean the unit is. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The garage parking is a bit tight, but we had no problems with that and never had to wait long for an elevator. The only improvement we would suggest is a new shower head in the master bath. We loved the condo so much we have already booked for next summer!

This Condo has everything! They have lots of extras you wouldn't expect from spices to tin foil. Loved the balcony and the great view. The only negative was the heads on the showers and having the cost of sheets not included. You can rent them from $100-$117 for 3 nights, so we brought our own, which took up precious space in our vechicle.

A Great time had by all! The condo we found to be very spaciou. There was a lot of room for all 6 of us. Condo is very well laid out. The view from the condo is fantastic! Looking right out at the ocean. The location is also great. Short drive to myrtle beach, yet Garden City seemed very quiet and we all agreed we were glad we stayed in Garden City and not Myrtle Beach. We still had many restauraunts very close and lots of things to do. Great beach front right outside the condo. Would definetily stay here again.

This was our second time to stay at the Heard’s condo and we will always choose it when we come to the beach. Their home is lovely and very well maintained. Tamra is a pleasure to communicate with always giving quick responses.
The view is great. I love to drink my coffee out on the balcony in the morning and sit there in the evening listening to the waves. It feels very private with the way the walls are built. The king and queen beds are comfortable and it’s great having 3 baths. Kitchen is well stocked. Be sure to bring your toilet paper and extra paper towels etc. We always bring our own linens and it’s not a big deal. FYI. You cannot use two hair dryers at the same time in the bathrooms, but the breaker box is behind the door in the bunk bed room :). If you are there after Labor Day, the advertised beach chairs are not free so plan accordingly.
The Conch Cafe is almost next door to the right if you’re looking at the ocean. It looks like a big beach house. Our first year we didn’t even realize it was a restaurant. They have delicious fried shrimp and you can walk to it.
We love this condo and are always sad to leave!

Exactly as listed!
Loved, loved, loved this place! Views are fantastic, condo was so spacious for our family of 5. We cooked almost every night and had EVERYTHING, we needed and more. The decor was very nice and well put together. Owners were super responsive to all our questions and even went above and beyond to get some items back to us that we left. Close to all the spots we venture to and far enough away from all commotion of Myrtle Beach. Be advised that this is a larger condo so checking in and checking out times can be drastically slow with getting on and off the elevator due to the volume of people. But if you plan accordingly or just go into knowing it will be a process, you’ll be fine. No issues with getting an elevator any other days. Would definitely stay here again, no question!

Had a great stay - love the reclining couches and the location. This was our second year at this location. We brought our Tundra last year which made parking very challenging so this year we brought the RAV4 which made it much easier.

Weekend for Graduation
Property was nice and good location
I didn't read all the fine print and was supposed to find no linens for beds and no towels or toilet paper, but Walmart was close. Parking garage has very low ceilings and tight spots so could only half open hatches on our Suvs without hitting the roof. The front door lock and tv system was a little tricky to use but finally figured them out. We enjoyed our weekend.

Perfect Getaway
This lovely condo was a pleasure to stay in. It has a nice sized deck to watch the sunrise (if you’re a morning person) and later to enjoy the evening breeze. I love having a great view of the ocean all day long. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have the 3 bathrooms. I appreciate that it is a gated property with secure parking and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the lovely leather recliner sofas at the end of the day. I loved that it is not totally surrounded by more condos and hotels, but rather, flanked by several houses. One hidden gem is the Conch Cafe just a minute walk from the property. You would never know because it looks like a large beach house. We discovered it on our last night and the fried shrimp was delicious!!! Did not have to get dressed for dinner which was a treat. The only thing this property might be lacking is larger pools more conducive to young children with fun shallow ends or lazy rivers etc. Other than that… it truly is perfect and we will be booking for next year!!

Great Vacation!
Condo was located in a great location! We received 2 complementary chairs the lifeguard set up but only could use them till 4pm wish it was a little longer. The room was perfect for our family and very clean! Parking there was not so well if you have over size vehicles like Ford F 350 parking garage made for smaller vehicles but Plenty of spots for smaller vehicles. You get 2 spots for vehicles per this condo which worked for us. But all together was very nice and would highly recommend people to stay here!

Last trip before the kids head back to school
This property was perfect! Beds were super comfortable!!!!! Very clean, kitchen had everything, great view, pools and hot tubs were cleaned each morning. Easy access to the beach! host also reserves you 2 chairs and umbrella. Only complaints are that the pool is only open from 9-9. I would have liked to be able to get the hot tub late or early in the morning and the water pressure in the showers was a little on the weak side. Would recommed and would definitely stay again!

Great place, ocean front, super owner service
Great place for our family beach vacation. While primarily my wife and I, we did fly our 86 & 90 year old parents down for a few days. It was their 1st plane trip and first time to the ocean; they enjoyed it immensely!

Great place for families
Our large family had so much room in this condo! Clean, well stocked and overall a great location.The complementary umbrella and beach chairs were a bonus. We look forward to staying there again.

What. A. View.
When you walk through the front door the view from the enormous windows is literally jaw-dropping. The balcony is more like a porch. It’s huge. Plenty of room in the condo. Large living/dining area. Very comfortable couches! Beds were very comfortable as well. Hosts were great communicators. Would rate this a 10/10 and would for sure stay again.

Great condo on the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! The condo is beautiful and very comfortable for our big family of 7. Really enjoyed being right on the beach, having an umbrella and chairs set up for us, and the pool. Only downsides were slow/out of order elevators and having to bring all of our own linens was a chore for a lot of people. But overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful Spot in Garden City!
We loved this condo. It was exactly as described, super clean, updated decor, well stocked, and conveniently provides two lounge chairs and an umbrella. We chose this part of the beach thinking that it would not be as crowded as surrounding areas....we were wrong. At high tide, there is very little beach area. This would normally not be a problem except for COVID and our attempt to distance a bit. The condo was so relaxing with a beautiful view. On the 9th floor, we felt away from the noise and could enjoy the sights. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short when our daughter fractured her wrist. We were sad to leave and would definitely book this unit again!
