The concept is nice and the room spacious. Location was also good

Since I read negative reviews from previous guests before my arrival, I decided to bring some bedsheets and I was happy I did so because the bedsheets provided had stains on them Coffee machine in the room didn't work properly and the kettle in the kitchenette was full of limestone. The place overall really needs to be renovated.

The decoration and the bed

Access not easy to find

The apartment was spacious and the terrace is a plus (we didn't use it because it was cold outside but in summer it must be amazing). Not very close to the city centre (about 15 minutes walk) but close enough to it and very close to the bus stop and to an area with many restaurants and shops located 5 minutes walk across the bridge on the river. The owner sent us all the important and clear information about the check-in and we had no problem in checking in and out.

There was only a split of the air conditioning and this was located in the main room with the table and the sofabed, which made this area very comfortable. On the contrary in the next room (the main bedroom with the matrimonial bed) the warm air was not getting inside at all and the room was very cold. The small kitchenette was outside the apartment in the common area and here there was no air conditioning making difficult to go out to get all the things we needed (glasses, drinks located in the fridge outside, wash disher, and so on...).

It was close to the city center.

heating type was only air conditioner and unfortunately it wasnot enough. ıt was freezing all night.

The property does not correspond to the description in several key points. The place of terrible quality. We could not stay there and had to book another hotel. The owner declined to respond to the request from Booking.com to refund the booking. Apparently, a fraudulent listing.

I really think the room is not in a state to be rented out. There is no door to the bathroom, no curtain by the window next to the toilet seat (that looks straight to the neighbor terrace) and other small things need to be fixed

Everything was ok, good location with a nice terrace.

The heat was not enough sometimes for the entire property.

Shower head was not working

A neat little stay for a night.

Superficially it was fine. However, there were small things that spoiled it; the hairdryer didn't heat up, the TV remote batteries were dead, the chairs at the table were broken and there is no door to the toilet which leads directly in to the main room. These things could be easily put right.

Apartment is spacious enough and nice decorated, though furniture is a little old. has big terrace. Important detail: toilet room doesn’t have door, only a curtain. Shower cabin curtain is dirty and old.

The studio was really big , clean and comfy. They have a parking lot for 5€ a day, also really nice. And there was coffee in the room!

The keys were left in a safe box. The code was sent to me before I got there. There was no need to meet any staff, the key was returned to the safe box and I left. The great thing about this is that it facilitates a late arrival or early departure.

The only downside for me were the shared kitchen facilities. A kettle, microwave and induction hob were supplied as well as a fridge. It was situated on the top floor landing with not much room to prepare meals. But it was okay for the price.

Not too far out of town and felt like a very safe place with the extra gate. Room was spacious.

The bed is very noisy, woke up every time I turned around. The light next to the bed cannot be used as it flickers if it's on. The toilet has no door and the toilet seat is completely loose. The towels were nicely rolled up on the bed but they were wet when we got there, as if they didn't dry them long enough after washing. The shower head is full of calcium so the water sprays very unevenly. The place felt quite run down, even though it was clean.

Nice sunny terrace. Located close enough to walk to the city center.

The apartment was supposedly for 8 people. We were initially 5 and contacted the property to add 2 more people. They sent the additional rate that included 2 extra bedding. First of all, it says that the bedding is optional. Therefore, we told the property we would bring the bedding for the additional people but they responded that it wasn’t an option anymore. However, when we got there, we were missing a pillow and 3 sets of towels. We notified the property around 6pm and they said they would bring it later in the evening. At 10:30pm we still didn’t have the missing items. We told them not to bother anymore because it was too late. As for the other towels provided, they were thin and scratchy.

Lovely balcony and comfortable bed.

We had a bit of trouble parking. We ended up having to move our car because appartently our spot was already taken (eventhough the host said it had been reserved for us).

the cleaning lady was very rude and rasist!

Nice flat in a quiet street with a big balcony. Clean and comfortable.

What a pity to pay €16 just to have the bedding for the second bed...
