Everything. The owner and the facilities are very well maintained and it is a friendly place. The amount of work the owner has put in the place is impressive.

Rooms small and dated and was stuck up in the loft. Offered one room with no windows in 41deg heat! Street lights outside kept us awake all night. Beds old and uncomfortable and too small. Breakfast was disappointing and very basic. Photos show a garden but only a quart yard to sit in. Very disappointing for price paid.

The owner, Bruno was really friendly and helpful. We had been hiking the Via Francigena route and were very tired. When we realised that the bar near his accommodation no longer serves food he tried to call a number of taxis to bring us the 2 kilometres to the nearest restaurant. When none of them were available, he put us in his own car and brought us to the restaurant himself. He then told the restaurant owner to call him when we were finished and collected us to bring us back to our accommodation later that evening. Our room was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was lovely too

The only small thing was that the shower head was attached high on the wall but was broken so we had to shower with one hand holding it to aim it at ourselves.
