House was wonderful. Beautiful decor, clean, had everything you could possibly need. Great location. Easy walk to Santa Fe plaza. Right by Canyon Rd galleries, and restaurants. Very convenient. Hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

This location is definitely walkable for most things you want to do in downtown and Canyon Road. The casita is charming and warm. We spent 4 nights here and wanted for nothing. Exceptionally clean, bathroom is stocked with many little extras (first aid kit, supplies for laundry, etc) as well as the kitchen (basic spices, coffee filters etc). The host greeted us upon arrival, gave us a quick tour and then disappeared. He lives on the property but his house is private and the casita is private from the house. Neighborhood was quiet. Bedroom, bathroom and living areas are all very roomy, closet is very generous and comes with built in drawers, safe and laundry hamper.

Perfect location and beautifully appointed and maintained property that is an easy walk to Canyon Rd, the Plaza, great food and a wonderful coffee shop next door. The casita has everything needed, was very clean and well stocked. I will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect oasis for visiting Santa Fe
What a wonderful property! Location is superb, walking distance to the plaza, restaurants and parks. The Hacienda is upscale with high end appliances, foam mattress on the bed, lovely fixtures and decor all around. Even beautiful art adorns the walls! The kitchen is well enough stocked for cooking at home and plenty of firewood for the fireplace. We found our stay very relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to stay in Santa Fe, look no further. This place is the dream!.

Unbelievable Find
I almost don’t want to leave a review since I’m tempted to keep this gem to myself. So many positives I’ll probably miss some. The photos are truly accurate- it’s absolutely charming.
Positives:
- kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped with everything you may need.
- bed is ultra comfy
- location is fabulous- just a half block to Canyon Road and a short walk to downtown Santa Fe. We walked in the snow so really anytime it’s walkable.
- hosts are amazing. They respond quickly and are so thoughtful.
- the wood burning fireplace added a magical touch to our snowy night
- parking is right in front of the unit
- unit is very private despite being close to the main house
Only note would be it’s not a king size bed but really who cares- comfortable and cozy! We will be back

Centrally located.
Wonderfully designed and laid out one bedroom house set behind a larger house belonging to the owner.
Santa Fe can't be beat and this cottage has it all. Its a short walk to the best lattes and newspapers every morning, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Attention to detail
This is a wonderful property in a good location. The owners have provided a cozy, tasteful environment, with provisions to meet every need. TV, cooking utensils, high end appliances, shampoos, soaps, towels, sheets, etc. A great place to stay.

A little slice of local living
The Hacienda was well appointed, with great artwork and all the amenities, the owners thought of everything! Our private patio with water feature and birdsong was delightful for morning talks and wine evenings. Within walking distance to Canyon Road galleries and a wonderful local coffee shop. We will be happy to come again!

Outstanding experience in Santa Fe!
This is truly the best VRBO we have visited - in Santa Fe (5th one) and overall (more than 10). The location was ideal (coffee shop adjacent, quiet, close to everything), the house was well stocked and immaculate, the courtyard was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts (Al and Todd) were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, beautiful place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is tastefully decorated, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the hummingbirds, and made the coffee shop next door our regular morning stop. The location so close to Canyon Road and the Plaza made all our activities easily walkable. We found it the perfect base for our Santa Fe getaway and look forward to returning soon!

The condo is in a wonderful location, close to coffee, restaurants and shopping. The home was very clean, well appointed, and quiet. We've been traveling to Santa Fe for 20 years, and this rental home was our favorite.

Pandemic get away
We had coffee in our courtyard every morning and listed to the fountain and listened to the birds. Lovely. The kitchen was the best equipped of any VRBO we'ved stayed in. Great location!

Beautiful Santa Fe rental!
This hacienda is now our favorite VRBO rental! It has top of the line linens, kitchen equipment, and furnishings. The 1-1 is large and the well stocked kitchen made it possible to do any kind of cooking you wanted. The owner is an art gallery owner and the place shows an artist touch. We could easily walk to many restaurants, shops, and the historical plaza from our apartment.We will definately be back.

Sweet!
Love my stay! One bedroom Kaseeta guest cottage type environment. Incredible artwork beautiful furniture kitchen had everything you want. Comeliness was exquisite. Bathroom flawless and a great washer and dryer! Exceeded my expectations. Literally a block and a half from Canyon Road where are the art galleries are.

Great Casita Near Downtown Subscription
I am in Santa Fe frequently for work, often for weeks at a time. This was a great location - walking distance to the Plaza as well as the PRC and the Capitol, but not ON the Plaza with the noise and traffic. It is two doors down from Downtown Subscription, one of my favorite coffee shops in town. It is spacious and laid out well for a 1/1, with a large kitchen, bathroom and closet. Fireplaces in the living room and bedroom and a cute patio for the summer. It’s located behind the owner’s home but has a completely separate entrance and parking, so it was totally private. The owner also owns the Adobe Gallery so the casita is very nicely decorated. It was also very clean, with all white bedding, towels and even robes! I definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Beautiful place with everything you need
We stayed for a week in this beautiful little house and had a wonderful time. Al has made sure the place is supplied with everything you need. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The towels are “the best my husband has ever seen in a vacation rental.” The kitchens is well equipped for any kind of cooking. We loved the private patio where we watched all the birds coming to the feeders by the gate. We are already planning our next trip to come back and stay here again.

Historic Eastside Santa Fe in Luxury
The property is well located just off gallery laden Canyon Road within walking distance to several museums, restaurants and shops. The space offers all the comforts of home with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Christmas
Originally from Santa Fe, I have very high expectations as far as accommodations are concerned. One must consider locale (proximity to the Plaza, the the galleries on Canyon Road etc), cleanliness, space, charm and authenticity etc. Being a super host for my Airbnb in NYC, I tend to be a critical judge. Let me tell you: this place-exceeded all expectations in every single way!!! Todd and Alex simply put my super host abilities TO SHAME!!! They have thought of every single detail. The kitchen was fully stocked (huge for our Xmas eve dinner party) with the nicest applicances and all the necessary spices. However, this is where the devil is in the deets: Todd and Alex have it stocked with things like organic avocado oil and organic cinnamon. Just made my day!!! Furthermore it was all organized and clean.
Speaking of clean, the entire place was spotless. Crisp white linens! Plush, extra white/clean towels and robes. Honestly, these things make a difference in overall comfort. Also note, excellent closet space and storage, you can really settle in and not live out of a suitcase.
Lastly, they also had a little Christmas tree setup for us!!!! Lovely touch!! So cheerful!! Todd also was just so friendly and warm whenever we’d run into him and gave us the fabulous recommendation to go to the Tesque Pueblo on Christmas Day!!

amazing upscale one bedroom. no complaints on furnishings, fixtures, location or size/space. much preferred to staying at an upscale 5 star hotel. only downside, no king bed :( that is reaching for complaints tho! all in all amazing!
