Súper limpia, súper cómoda casa de 4 dormitorios con increíbles vistas al agua y a la montaña. Privado, tranquilo y todos los suyos. The house was just as described. Very comfortable and well stocked. Nice yard and great location close to town. The owner communicated well and we had a great stay.

Learn from my mistake. Be sure you know the check-in procedure, including door code, before you arrive. (Not just for this property but ANY rental property). Also have a backup contact person you can reach.
In this case, I was unable to reach the owner due to a cellphone problem. Poor planning on my part and an untimely cellphone failure on the owner's resulted in a frustrating arrival/entry.
Once we were able to get in we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Great yard for the dog! Fantastic location and views! Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay and were particularly enchanted by the yard and outdoor living space. The yard is huge and our dog had the best time. We also loved watching the hummingbirds dart around us as we sat on the heated front deck.
The house was clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed. The host was kind and easy to get ahold of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Slumber Party gathering
We have been gathering at the Beach House for an annual mother/daughter slumber party for a number of years. We have never been disappointed in the cleanliness, well-appointed kitchen, and thoughtfulness in which Tim has outfitted the house for his guests' comfort. No complaints. Only compliments.

Perfect location great accommodations.
We just moved to the island and needed a place close by that allowed dogs while the movers moved us in... this was perfect. It was warm... cozy and the fenced in yard was perfect

Great spot!
This was an amazing place to getaway to and work remotely for the week! 3 rooms had their own desks, the jet noise is minimal, and we LOVED the view. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need, and we spent a lot of time cozy in front of the fireplace. The yard was perfect for our dog. Would definitely come back.

Annual family gathering
The Beach House has become the go-to location for our annual mother/daughter/sister/granddaughter slumber party. It's perfectly set up for together time--a fully appointed kitchen for meals together, the cozy gas fireplace, and thoughtful touches for guests' comfort. Tim goes out of his way to make sure our stay each year is trouble-free so we can focus on being together.

Perfect for families! 4th of July was really amazing!!
This property was everything and more. All rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. Bathrooms were all clean and had good showers with great water pressure. Kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking our fresh fish each day very easy. Now to the really good stuff. The living room is equipped with picture windows looking out over Oak Harbor. Absolutely fantastic views of the entire city and bay. Once you step out the front door on to the patio, you ever into an even better slice of heaven. There were birds everywhere keeping us company, and we probably saw 4 million hummingbirds throughout the duration of the stay. The enclosed yard is absolutely perfect for letting kids run free while parents relax on the patio/deck. The hot tub was great and all the fresh raspberries are still staining my children's clothes! Finally, whoever decided to put the heater above the couch on the deck should be handed some sort of Noble Prize! Amazing... Highly recommend, and Tim was super easy to work with! Thanks for a great stay!

Peaceful, scenic getaway
As described, the vacation house is clean, thoughtfully decorated, with a large grassy yard that is great for small children. The location is nice, with a great view of Baker, a low-traffic road that is good for walking and running, and only a short drive to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our getaway!

Great House
The House was great, I loved the great view of the ocean, hills, and other islands from the living room and kitchen windows. Or you could just sit outside the front porch and enjoy the view. The telescope and binoculars in the living room were also great to use, nice touch. The stores like Safeway and Walmart were just 5 minutes away gotta love that. The house was clean and neat no complains there. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Oak Harbor. If I get a chance I will be back for another visit.

Relaxing
We spent a week with precious family and hated to leave. The 1st night we were discussing coming back next year. We found our way around town easily and really enjoyed unplugging as much as we could with 2 under 7. I highly recommend staying her if you like small towns away from the hustle, watching the tide come & go, and hoping for whales to come into the cove. It is close to old forts and lots of wonderful scenery. A totally wonderful week with plenty of room for all 6 of us.

Wonderful home away from home!
It’s our second stay at this place and love it. Tim is so helpful and accommodating. He even dropped off a crockpot for us to use with our family celebration.

Cozy, homey, lovely garden, and gorgeous views. Owner puts a lot of thought and care into his guests' comfort and it shows. We only stayed two nights, but we would have been happy for much, much longer. Great for families!

Beautiful garden and ocean view
This is such a charming sweet property. The garden is immaculate. My kids had tons of excitement running around looking for fresh fruit and veggies to pick. And they were delicious!! The porch and living room are the perfect places for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We hate to leave.

Beautiful, colorful, well-kept, comfortable, inviting
Our 2nd time staying here, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The property is clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Aside from the house having everything we needed, we also enjoyed the patio, the yard, the bbq, the hottub and the fresh raspberries and lettuce!

We spent a wonderful and white Christmas at Tim's place. He was a responsive host and the home was very comfortable. The location was perfect for quick trips to town and quick hikes by the water. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories!

Great house for families or friends!
The Beach House was fantastic for our group of 6. With four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and nice common space, everyone had enough privacy and the option of being social. Location was really convenient to town and easy to find; beautiful view as well!

The best house to spend a getaway with close friends.
Our group of eight enjoyed the Beach House during the weekend of Deception Pass Trailrunning races. We loved cooking our pre-race and celebratory meals in a very spacious and equipped kitchen, hanging around in the living room and recovering our tired muscles in the hot tub. All in comfort and in a very quiet place. It’s the second year we stay here and won’t be the last.

Almost Like Home
This house certainly fit the bill for our family get together. Spacious house that has everything you need for your stay. While it is across the street from the water, the views are great. It's located on a dead end street which is great for a walk. At Thanksgiving, the abundant rose bushes were still blooming and gorgeous. Hummingbirds were regularly visiting several feeders ... fun to watch. Hot tub and spacious decks and patio. Fenced in yard is perfect for the little ones. Highly recommend.

An excellent home to gather friends and family to relax inside, on the deck looking at the Saratoga Passage or viewing amazing flowers in the backyard in the hot tub!!!!
This is a wonderful opportunity to look at the sunset, sunrise, and dining sharing and making memories!!

the BEACH HOUSE is the best!
The Beach House exceeded our expectations! The view was incredible, the place was spacious, comfortable and nicely-decorated, and the raspberries were a real treat - every morning on our cereal! The hot tub was really nice to have after a day of sailing, and we also really enjoyed sitting out on the heated deck watching our boys play spike ball in the large front yard. Tim, the owner, was very pleasant, and always easy to get hold of if we had any questions. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Beautiful house, beautiful view
We loved our stay. The gardens were gorgeous. My one-year-old and four-year-old loved the fenced-in-yard, they loved the chickens, and loved looking at all the many shells and other treasures in the house. It was very spacious, plenty of room for my family of four plus my parents. The kitchen was very well-stocked for cooking. We couldn't have been happier with the house.
