We loved our stay at this house! The hosts were very accommodating and answered any question we had. The house was very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need! There’s even a basket of snacks and coffee and tea!

LOVED this house!! Here are the highlights of our stay: having our morning coffee on the front deck, spacious, comfy bedrooms, multiple areas for different groups to hang out, spic and span cleanliness, and the overall charm of the property. I was there with my husband, our grown daughter and her husband and our two older teens. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place for large group. Kitchen has everything for all your cooking needs from pots and pans to slow cooker and electric griddle. In town for family wedding it was close to the venue and shopping. With the home being a ranch it was very conducive for my mother who uses a walker to get around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ft Collins. The house is perfect for families especially people traveling with pets. There is a fenced in yard to the side and the front yard has a nice garden. The house is spacious and well furnished. It is about a 10 minute drive to Old Town and a 15 to 20 minute drive to great trails.

A great stay for a family with children!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was wonderful. Sharon was great with communication. She made us feel so very welcome! From booking to the texts as I was leaving. My family and some friends were meeting to celebrate my daughters graduation from CSU. Sharon was open to me having a BBQ with family and friends above the 6 ppl I was booking for. It turned out we only had 9 for the BBQ and only 6 of us ever slept there but it was great to know that she allowed gatherings. (I'm guessing she wouldn't allow crazy parties but that's not our jam anyway.) When we arrived Sharon had a bunch of Happy Graduation yard signs for us to use. (Crazy thoughtful right?!?!) The side yard with the fire pit was wonderful. We only used it once but it was delightful. Also, if you have a dog, don't be swayed by the "no pets" in the description, if you look a bit you will see she has a policy that involves permission and a pet fee. YAY! She was open to our dog (and I'm guessing yours) as long as we followed some basic rules. No dogs on the beds or furniture without using sheets and blankets she provides (our dog isn't allowed on furniture but how sweet is it that she has the place prepped for owners who do allow it?) The basics are all there, you may need condiments etc but the kitchen is well organized and there are lots of unexpected nice touches. There are a ton of board games and a jigsaw puzzle. There is also enough room to travel with a group and not get sick of each other. Sharon missed her calling she would be an excellent hotel owner! One tip for visitors, It took me a minute to find the yard, It's on the side of the driveway away from the house that looks like it would be the fence to the neighboring property. It's not, its a great big welcoming yard. I highly recommend this property. The only downside of my daughter graduating is now I will have fewer opportunities to rent this house from this delightful host.

This was our base of operations while we were in town for our son's wedding. Conveniently located between in-town necessities and the wedding venue. Dog-friendly.

We were in Ft. Collins for my sons wedding. The house was close to all venues. It was the perfect space for my husband and I and our friends. Out in the country and very peaceful with a great front porch. Very well furnished and clean. I would love to see it in the summer time!

The 8 family members who stayed here had a wonderful time. The property was in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard space for playing and fire pit. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed - and the stash of toys in that room's closet. Things were pretty much what we expected from the listing information and photos, and Sharon had things decorated for the holidays, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In the day time, we had an extra 5 people visiting, and there was still room for more to visit, both parking wise and sofa wise. Lovely break for all of us.

Clean, convenient, and wonderful. Four guys used this as "home base" when playing golf in the area.

This property was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room, nice yard, well equipped and beautiful. We loved our time in Ft. Collins Colorado.

Overall, the property was good. Plenty of space and a nice sized yard for our two dogs. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. We happened to come during a hot time in Fort Collins. The AC never quite cooled down and eventually just stopped working. We got lucky towards the end of our stay as it cooled down a bit. Otherwise, it was a great stay and a good experience.

Beautiful property quiet area would absolutely rent again

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Plenty of room for all and close to campus.

We weren’t able to take advantage of the fire pit, the grill, the games due to our planned agenda. The house is close To nearly everything you want to do in Ft. Collins.

This is a terrific home. CLEAN. Orderly. Well-appointed. Great location; close to everything ... grocery, gas, liquor, parks, Old Town, breweries. Just a wonderful set up.

We had a great time on this property. There was plenty of space for our group and the neighborhood was quiet. Sharon was quick to respond to any questions and left wonderfully detailed information for the house. We didn't want for anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is lovely, VERY clean, very accommodating for 5 friends. The kitchen was complete with items we needed. A superb home. Loved the porch that span the entire width of the front of the house! Would definitely stay there again!

Location was perfect for us in reference to the event we were attending. The home was perfect and comfortable for 4 couple to stay in. Sharon had great communication and was wonderful to work with.

I stayed here while my home was being renovated and I couldn't have been happier. The yard was perfect for my dog, which was a priority. There was everything I needed there and it was very comfortable. It even felt good energetically. The neighborhood felt really safe and there are plenty of places to walk a dog. Sharon and her husband were super helpful and responsive. During my stay, I broke my ankle (not on property) and had challenges with leaving everything in order and finding help to do so. They were very helpful and understanding and were willing to work with me. I am so grateful I found this place to stay. Renovations and having to move all of my stuff around to renovate with a broken ankle was super stressful but having a comfortable place to stay in the meantime was a blessing. I highly recommend this rental. If it is so comfortable for a long stay it will be perfect for a shorter one as well!
