Beautiful location. Home had everything we needed.

This was a great spot. So easy to get to and fit every one of our needs. Very cozy

We just love this area! Close to everything but off the beaten path. The cabin had everything we needed and I loved the lay out! Plenty of room. A true Colorado cozy cabin. Would definitely go back!

It was a great place to stay since we had a wedding to attend at the lodge there. Conveniently located to visit Garden of the Gods , Pikes Peak and others. Also Walmart close for forgotten items.

We enjoyed our time in Green Mountain Falls and this house met all of our needs wonderfully!

This cabin is very quaint, in a quiet area. The back deck was very nice and so peaceful looking towards the mountain, you can hear a creek running as well, saw several deer each morning and evening. The home itself is older but the bathrooms have been updated nicely. Kitchen was nice and the living room was very cozy. The largest bedroom could use some updating as far as the bedding. Overall this is a cute rental .

Great location and fire pit area. In town for family reunion and really enjoyed the area.

Everything about our stay was amazing!

The Green Mountain Falls area was easy to get to from the hwy and was very close to all the nearby attractions. The house was very homey and cozy and had all that we needed during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a nice bonus and the fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows with the kids. We saw a bear one morning, so that added to our excitement! Would definitely return!

Property manager was responsive to a question. The table was very wobbly, and the house isn’t overly fancy, but it worked well for our family trip. We enjoyed the hot tub!

Excellent communication. Check in was easy . Said there was a grill and propane fire pit- no propane. Loved this home was so inviting. Deer everywhere. Would stay again

The cabin is quiet, Cozy, clean with a nice view.. The hot tub was especially enjoyable in the cool crisp night mountain air.. Well stocked. If you think you need it.. It's there. A wonderful experience!

Very cute place and not a far drive to CO Springs. Close to Walmart too! Beautiful area/location. Lots of deer around and the hot tub is amazing. The house is stocked with all necessities which is amazing. Thank you for sharing your property!!!

We booked the adjoining cabins for my daughters wedding at the Garden of the Gods and the location of the cabins worked perfectly. The wedding day was especially convenient as we used one cabin for the women to get ready and the other for the men. We really loved the location next to the mountains.

This was a lovely house located in a small and very nice town. Very close to Manitou and Colorado Springs. Hot tub was relaxing and the daily visits from the family of deer was fun to see. There was a baby deer that we could walk up to and pet. The only complaint I have is the lock box was hard to use to get the key and the master bed was not comfortable other than that we had a wonderful time.

The property worked for us, but it was a bit rundown. The location was perfect for seeing certain things like Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The deer were very friendly. Over all we had a nice week.

We really liked this home (it really felt like home). Everything was as advertised. However, we had a problem with the hot tub (it wouldn’t stay on) on the first day. I sent an email to the owner asking if there was something we could do to solve the problem, but we never got a response. All in all we enjoyed our stay save for this one annoyance.

Advertisement of pool Hours were misleading . Was not open when sign said should be. There was a cost which I was not aware until getting there.

The cabin was amazing, just perfect for our family of 6. Location was lose to groceries, activities, and the scenery was unbelievable. The host was super accommodating for our crazy schedule, can’t say enough great things. Highly recommend!!

What a surprise to find this mountain cabin tucked into the side of a mountain with great trails within walking distance and a little cafe and shops. The cozy cabin provided all necessities and a wonderful hot tub! A great location close to Pikes Peak and Colorado Springs but tucked away for peace and quiet. Neat and tidy!

Hot tub and front patio sitting area and bathrooms, lake area and playground were great! Community Pool is not open which was one of our main things we wanted to do with the kids, . Also no air conditioning and was 81 plus degree most afternoons inside the cabin and took til about 10:00 pm to get cooled off enough to sleep. Also killed several hornets both inside and outside of cabin, some beds need upgrade, master bedroom you could not move without squeaking loudly, fire pit not working, was first out of gas then would not light. Only two fans and had to go buy one more for third bedroom the first night then two were dropped off the next day. Third bedroom has no closet or room to put clothes. Also third bedroom has to be entered through master bedroom or one of the bathrooms. Bridge to other property had two boards warped and major tripping hazard. Floors had dust on them when we got there especially pretty thick under chairs. Concrete out front was chipping off so we swept it. Back patio setting area had high weeds and a pile of broken limbs that were dangerous for the kids ans again for pit was broken so no s’mores. Two broken chairs on the back patio which the back gave away when our daughter sat down. We live in the country so home let we are not picky people but had planned this vacation for 8 months and was just a little disappointed as we don’t take vacations but eveey couple years.

Wonderful location, amazing house! The hot tub was a real treat! Everything was just what we needed. Would definitely rent this place again just because of location. It was great.

Small little cottage that was perfect for a short getaway.

Four of us senior ladies gathered for a high school reunion. The cabinet was clean and cozy. We loved sitting out on the deck with the deer visiting daily. I would suggest the manager upgrade the cookware and it would be nice to have Kleenex in the bedrooms and soap in the showers.

The cottage was nice. It had a small deck w 4 chairs out back that looked out over the beautiful Rockies. The front has a small patio with seating for 4 too. The master bedroom is a nice size w ample dressers but the smallest one has none and no closet. The other one has a connecting bathroom w one small dresser and the only room with a closet. The kitchen is a nice size but no sitting area. You’ll have everything you need to cook and even some spices left in the cabinet. There are dish towels, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove. The dining room seats 6 -7. The bathrooms are nice and newly remodeled. The neighbors are very close so not wide open spaces but high enough on the mountainside to make for a cabin experience. And the deer would visit every morning. The elevation is over 6,000 ft. and the air is really dry. You can get canned oxygen at most gas stations which we used often. Stock up on chapped stick and good lotions. It’s a short drive to many attractions and restaurants. A recommendation would be Manitou Springs and be sure to take a water bottle to fill at their 7 natural spring fountains. Minor recommendations to the host would be to add some hooks to the bedrooms to hang at least a few clothing items and a better description of outside garage disposal location. We had a great time at this nice mountainside cottage.
