This house was perfect for our vacations in Phoenix with our two teenagers. The pool and backyard are gorgeous, the tennis court was available most of the time, the house is beautiful and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and we have really appreciated that he was flexible on our departure time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Everything is just as it is described, but even better! The house was immaculate and appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor patio and pool area is a vacationer’s dream, with cooking area, hot tub, ping pong and darts. We enjoyed this area so much, we had a hard time leaving to explore other attractions. Ted made everything so effortless with easy access and checkout. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. We hope to be back again

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and stocked well. Kids loved the pool table. Lighted tennis courts right across street. We had a great time visiting Scottsdale!

The house was perfect for me and a few buddies in Scottsdale for a golf trip. Whole process was seamless and the house was prepared as if you were staying at a nice hotel. Communication before the trip was on par as well.

This is our second stay and every bit as good as the first. Ted is very responsive to any questions and the house is very well equiped. Great back yard to find shade or sun, pool or hot tub whatever you are looking for. Highly recommend.

The house is just as described and worked very well for our vacation with 3 young-adult children. The layout, with bedrooms on one side and kitchen on the other worked very well. The backyard is fantastic and the lemon and orange trees were a treat! The owner/host communicates well and is very responsive and everything was in working order. Excellent property!

This property is everything you could ever imagine. You won’t want to leave because there are so many activities (horseshoe, hot tub, pool, ping pong, billiards, tennis courts across the street). The place was very clean when we arrived. I was so impressed how clean the hot tub was! Ted and Donna provided everything that was needed to have a wonderful time at their property. The rooms were spacious and there was adequate space for our family of 8. The property is located in a quiet location and felt very safe. Highly recommended, and hope to come back soon!

We had a great week on a family vacation. We just wanted to get away and spend time with kids and grand kids. We were very pleased with the house and how well it was supplied. It seemed as if it is set up for the owners to stay there instead of being set up for renters. In other words, it is not set up with a bunch of cheap supplies and appliances. Nice pans and cookware; plenty of paper goods including foil, plastic wrap, and baggies; double ply TP; spices, etc. There were even a handful of basic food supplies that were left in the house, which we enjoy - like squeeze bottles of ketchup, mustard, sauces, oil, etc. So we did not have to go spend $60 on basic cooking supplies!!!
The pool and back yard were wonderful! There was even a basket full of beach towels. There were plenty of chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. We truly enjoyed the back pool area.
We had an infant and a toddler, so we were pleased to find two strollers, a high chair, and a pack-n-play (with a pad!) at the house.
The location was perfectly situated in the middle of Scottsdale.
The owner was very responsive to the few texts we sent.

Family weekend trip away and this place was perfect for us. Lots of activities (billiards, darts, ping pong, pool, etc.) for everyone in the family to enjoy and the property is spacious and very comfortable. Host was also extremely responsive and accommodating. Very glad we chose this place!!

My family had a wonderful time at this home! Everything I was so clean and organized and the owner was super communicative when we had questions! There was so much space and the pool, hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table we all so much fun to have to use! This was a great house and we will be back in the future for sure!!

This VRBO had everything!! From 11 to 22, y/o and us older adults, the pool, pingpong,pool table, movies, games, tennis court across street, hot tub, close to everything in Scottsdale!!! Great beds! Ted was awesome!! Lives close by, he and his wife have thought about anything possible u and your family would need!! Highly recommend this place!! Especially if u have children/teens!! Not only are the owners so nice and super easy to work with - but the home is so, so fun!! Great place for family and friends of all ages to gather. We have dinner reservations out in a couple nights but cancelled to stay and enjoy the amazing space instead! We would absolutely stay again!

The home is even better than it looks online. Top of the line property and complete privacy. Tennis courts directly across street were well used and everyone enjoyed the pool and outdoor eating area. Lots of entertainment options. Located near anything you’d want to get to in Scottsdale.

Just spent a week at this fantastic house with two families consisting of four adults and five kids 12 and under. There was more than enough space for all of us, both indoor and outdoor. The backyard has everything you could want in a vacation home and when we weren't off exploring the area, we spent all our time in the pool. The location was fantastic for us - we hiked in the mornings on the many nearby trails and in the afternoons we caught a couple of Spring Training games. Communication with Ted throughout the entire process could not have been any easier. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Scottsdale!

Older house but very well maintained, set up so you don’t have to leave. All the advertised games and activities had all the pieces and worked, paying for the heated pool is well worth it, pool stayed in the high 80s which was perfect for spring break. Hot tub was clean. Great location, very central to a lot of the activities we had planned. Owner was great with communication.

This location is ideally located near lots of shopping and top restaurants. Ted is super responsive if there is something you need him for. That would only be for something he is not aware of. Property and house are well equipped. Highly recommend!

This was our second visit to this great house. The home was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation.
It was even better than the pictures and descriptions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the back yard is a fabulous place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. It's close to all the good shopping and restaurants, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in the Scottsdale area.

Perfect escape
What a beautiful home, and a perfect escape from the snow at home. The outdoor space was absolutely dreamy. The kids lived in the pool, and there were plenty of outdoor towels to keep up with them. The indoors were pristine and well stocked with everything we could have imagined. Ted was super responsive to our pool questions, and we loved our stay. Would recommend!

Great location, well equipped home
Thoughtfully appointed home for entertaining, with pool table, darts, ping pong, hot tub and pool. Enjoyed several afternoons simply enjoying the back yard. Tennis court right across the street an added bonus. Can’t beat the location, minutes from restaurants and everything you need on Scottsdale road. Interacting with Ted was seamless and pleasant!
